Abstract

This study aims to analyze the intellectual structure and research trends in Autism Spectrum Disorder through a bibliometric approach based on Scopus-indexed publications. Data were retrieved using relevant keywords and filtered based on document type, language, and publication period to ensure quality and consistency. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to examine co-occurrence of keywords, co-authorship networks, and citation relationships. The results reveal a significant increase in ASD-related publications over time, indicating growing global research interest. The co-occurrence analysis identifies several dominant research clusters, including clinical and cognitive studies, early childhood diagnosis, genetic and biological mechanisms, and technology-based diagnostic approaches such as neuroimaging. The density visualization further confirms that core research themes are concentrated around clinical intervention and behavioral understanding, while emerging topics such as functional connectivity and advanced diagnostic imaging are gaining attention. Additionally, collaboration patterns show that research output is largely dominated by developed countries, suggesting the need for broader global participation. Despite the rapid development of the field, several gaps remain, particularly in underrepresented regions and longitudinal research designs. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the evolution of ASD research and offers insights into future directions, emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary integration and technological innovation in advancing the field.

Abstract

Corruption is categorized as an extraordinary crime as it generates extensive and systemic impacts on legal stability, social order, and national development. Therefore, corruption prevention strategies cannot rely solely on repressive measures through law enforcement, but must be supported by the strengthening of legal education and public legal literacy. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to enhance public understanding and legal awareness of anti-corruption values through the implementation of an educational webinar. The method employed an educative–participatory approach utilizing online media, delivering materials on the legal basis of corruption offenses, principles of integrity, and the active role of society in corruption prevention efforts. The implementation of the program indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of the concepts and forms of corruption, the governing legal regulations, and the urgency of internalizing a culture of integrity in everyday life. These findings emphasize that webinars serve as an effective, flexible, and adaptive medium for sustainably expanding the reach of anti-corruption legal literacy within the community.

Abstract

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the evolution of research within the Business Intelligence (BI) domain between 2010 and 2026 by employing the bibliometric method based on the Scopus database. The study was aimed at discovering publication trends, prominent authors and organizations, collaboration structures, and evolution of the scientific concepts within the BI. Data analysis was performed using VOSviewer in order to create maps of co-authors' networks, citation structures, and keyword associations. The study revealed a growing tendency to publish works on the discussed topic, especially in the recent years, which indicates increased interest in data-driven decision-making processes. As far as co-authorship is concerned, cluster structures have been discovered; some authors served as central nodes of the network. Moreover, citations were used as the indicator of relevance of certain papers, and the results showed that interdisciplinary studies focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data became dominant. Finally, the topic analysis has shown that artificial intelligence has remained the focal point, while other interesting topics like behavioral analytics and generative artificial intelligence received increased attention.

Abstract

This study examines Article 26 of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) in Indonesia, focusing on its provisions related to digital data breaches. With the increasing use of digital platforms, the risk of personal data breaches has grown significantly, making data protection a critical issue for policymakers. Article 26 outlines the obligations of data controllers and processors in the event of a data breach, particularly requiring prompt notification to affected individuals and the relevant regulatory authority. This paper employs a normative legal analysis to assess the effectiveness of these provisions in safeguarding personal data, comparing them with international standards such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The analysis identifies strengths, including the obligation to notify breaches, while also highlighting weaknesses, such as the absence of clear deadlines for breach reporting and insufficient enforcement mechanisms. The study concludes with recommendations to strengthen the Personal Data Protection Law, including clarifying notification timelines, enhancing sanctions, and improving infrastructure for breach reporting and law enforcement.
