Abstract

AbstractImproving the skills is one way to improve the quality of human resources. One form of skills that may be needed by everyone is a presentation technique. Exciting presentation techniques with the help of Power Point will be able to increase the interest of participants (audience) to the idea / ideas presented. This presentation technique training addressed to teachers, students and youth mosque Waalidain Birrul Foundation in the village of Mount Round and Semplak Bogor. The method used in this community service is a lecture, the practice directly with computers and assisted in making an attractive presentation. Implementation of community service is arguably successful, because the material conformity with the needs of the participants, the positive response from participants and the wishes of the participants and venue for the foundation training to be developed with other topics that can raise living standards for people around them.Keywords: power point, presentation techniques, appealing AbstrakPeningkatan ketrampilan merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu bentuk ketrampilan yang mungkin dibutuhkan oleh semua orang adalah teknik presentasi. Teknik presentasi yang menarik dengan bantuan Power Point akan bisa meningkatkan minat peserta (audience) terhadap gagasan/ ide yang dibawakan. Pelatihan teknik presentasi ini ditujukan kepada guru-guru, murid-murid dan remaja masjid Yayasan Birrul Waalidain di desa Gunung Bundar dan Semplak Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, praktek langsung dengan komputer dan dampingan dalam pembuatan presentasi yang menarik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bisa dibilang berhasil, karena kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan peserta, respon positif dari peserta serta keinginan dari peserta dan yayasan tempat berlangsungnya pelatihan agar dikembangkan dengan topik yang lain yang bisa mengangkat taraf hidup masyarakat sekitar mereka.Kata kunci: power point, teknik presentasi, menarik

Abstract

Jumlah penduduk muslim Indonesia yang mencapai lebih dari 85%  sangat membutuhkan akses informasi tentang kehalalan suatu produk yang sudah disertifikasi oleh LPPOM. Kehadiran aplikasi Pro Halal MUI yang bisa diunduh secara gratis dari Google Play dirasakan sangat membantu untuk memenuhi hal tsb. Dengan bantuan telepon seluler berbasis Android, masyarakat bisa mendapatkan informasi tentang produsen suatu produk dan masa berlakukanya sertifikasi halal suatu produk. Kata kunci: halal, sertifikasi, android

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the ability to access and provide information to users is getting quicker and more accurate, Therefore, protecting those from any unauthorized access is very important. Cryptography can be use as they’re one of the fields of information technology development to secure data or messages that are personal and confidential. So, it takes a security to prevent things that are not desired. In this case, the message sending process will be encrypted (plaintext to ciphertext) and the recipient of the message will need to be decrypted (ciphertext to plaintext). The algorithm that we will be using are 256-bit American Encryption Standard (AES) symmetric encryption and RSA asymmetric encryption. Performance testing (size and time-process), integrity ("data integrity"), confidentiality, and "non-repudiation" of data or message security with the algorithm method above will refer to 4 (four) modern cryptographic objectives developed. Those algorithm will be used to encode data stored in document files and implementing it using Python 3.0 language and some support applications. And the results of the process of designing and testing data (text and images) obtained did not experience significant growth, but the encryption / decryption of the RSA algorithm method is much slower than the performance of the AES algorithm time-processing method

Abstract

Risk Management is an integral part of every project. Risk management must estimate the risks’ significance, especially in the SDLC process, and mitigate those risks. Since 2016, many papers and journals have researched planning, design, and risk control in software development projects over the last five years. This study aims to find the most exciting topics for researchers in risk management, especially in software engineering projects. This paper takes a systematic approach to reviewing articles containing risk management in software development projects. This study collects papers and journals included in the international online library database, then summarizes them according to the stages of the PICOC methodology. This paper results in the focus of research in the last five years on Agile methods. The current issue is that many researchers are trying to explicitly integrate risk management into the Agile development process by creating a comprehensive risk management framework. This SLR helps future research get a theoretical basis to solve the studied problem. The SLR explains the focuses of previous research, analysis of research results, and the weaknesses of the investigation. For further study, take one of the topic papers, do a critical review, and find research gaps.

Abstract

Risk management in software engineering projects describes an integrated design with methods, processes, and artifacts that continuously identify, analyze, control, and monitor risks, to prevent the project from failing. Agile methodology is an alternative to the traditional sequential software development process. Scrum is the most frequently used method based on the 2016 Agile development survey results. In recent years, there have been many studies that have produced a risk management framework for Scrum. However, risk analysis and the selection of responses to risks become a burden for stakeholders, so a framework is needed that can become a support system to help make decisions. This paper uses a comparative study of risk management framework literature and literature that utilizes tools for risk management. The research resulted in a new framework that integrates datasets and machine learning into a risk management framework, so further work can be done to test the effectiveness of the new framework

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the policy issued by the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020) on the public's ability to access content through Private Scope Electronic System Providers (PSE). The study uses sentiment analysis and data classification methods to analyze the content of PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020 and provides results on the accuracy of sentiment prediction. The results of the study show that the data classification method in sentiment analysis can provide accurate results in predicting the sentiment towards the content of PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020. The study also highlights the need for improvement and better policy to ensure the interests of the public in accessing online information. The negative sentiment of 80.34% obtained through sentiment analysis provides important contributions for policy evaluation and feedback for improvement. This study provides valuable insights into the public's sentiment towards the PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020 policy and its impact on their ability to access content. It also contributes to understanding the legal uncertainty in accessing content and reinforces the case for better policy to ensure the interests of the public.

Abstract

Twitter merupakan salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan dalam menyampaikan opini atau pendapat terhadap suatu permasalahan yang muncul dan kerap menjadi trend topik. Pada 30 Juli 2022 viral #BlokirKominfo dan #PSEMelanggarHAM atas penerapan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika No.5 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem Elektronik (PSE) Lingkup Privat atas pemberlakuan sanksi yang diterapkan kepada perusahaan yang tidak/belum mendaftarkan layanan sistemnya yang menyebabkan masyarakat tidak dapat mengakses layanan perusahaan tersebut. Berbagai respon yang muncul perlu dilakukan analisis untuk memahami opini yang disampaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Sentimen untuk mengerti apakah opini yang muncul bernilai positif, negatif, atau netral atas viralnya tagar tersebut. Labeling Sentimen dilakukan pada dataset tweet sebanyak 11658 menggunakan pendekatan Lexicon-Based Approach dengan mengimplementasikan kamus leksikal Indonesian Sentiment (InSet) Lexicon atas penelitian Fajri Koto dan Gemala Y Rahmaningtyas serta dilakukan klasifikasi data atas analisis sentimen pada penelitian ini. Metode Klasifikasi yang diterapkan terdiri dari 3 metode, yaitu Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC), dan K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). Hasil Klasifikasi tertinggi didapatkan pada metode SVM dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 79 persen, hasil kedua didapatkan pada metode NBC dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 71 persen, dan hasil terendah didapatkan pada metode KNN dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 61 persen.

Abstract

Pengguna aktif media sosial terus meningkat, dengan Twitter menjadi salah satu platform yang populer. Media sosial, termasuk Twitter, menjadi tempat bagi pengguna untuk mengekspresikan pendapat, termasuk mengenai masalah kesehatan mental seperti depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen tweet pengguna Twitter terkait depresi menggunakan metode klasifikasi seperti Naïve Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan Random Forest. Pengumpulan data tweet menggunakan metode crawling menggunakan API yang disediakan oleh Twitter dengan kata kunci yang berhubungan dengan depresi. Data tweet yang digunakan sebanyak 1502 tweet, yang selanjutnya dibersihkan pada tahap preprocessing dan diberi label dengan validasi oleh pakar terkait depresi, data yang sudah diberi label sebagai data untuk pengujian pada algoritma yang digunakan. Dari hasil pengujian performa pada algoritma yang diuji dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest memilkiki hasil performa yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Naive Bayes Clasifier dan Support Vector Machine dengan Hasil  akurasi: 83.33%, presisi: 83.04%, recall: 83.33%, dan f1-scores: 82.62%. Penelitian ini Juga memberikan Word cloud untuk memberikan gambaran visual tentang kata-kata yang paling sering muncul dalam tweet. Kata-kata yang dominan dapat memberikan indikasi tentang topik atau isu yang paling mendominasi terkait kesehatan mental seseorang

Abstract

Currently, the halalness of a product may only be determined by the halal certificate or halal label displayed on the product packaging. Simply put, several halal-related issues, like cross-contamination, logistical issues, halal counterfeiting, global halal acceptance, and so forth, keep coming up. To address the numerous issues raised above, it is believed that a framework that can support worldwide halal provisions is necessary. The objective of this research is to create a blockchain smart contract framework for halal transparency, integrity, and traceability. Blockchain technology along with smart contracts can solve classic tracing problems including data leakage, manipulation, and invisible data. Organizational consistency across the halal production process and the availability of raw materials that adhere to sharia laws are two more basic challenges with halal certification that blockchain and smart contracts can resolve. The usual traceability problems, such as data explosion, material cross-contamination between halal and haram, and revelation of private information, can all be resolved by smart contracts that make use of on-chain, off-chain, and electronic product code information services (EPCIS).

Abstract

The implementation of electronic medical records through the Hospital Management Information System Generic Open Source (SIMRS-GOS) Version-2 (V2) developed by Indonesian Ministry of Health has been implemented since 2012. The data shows that the failure rate in using information systems in developing countries is quite high due to the quality and reliability of the system, people and support from the organization. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of SIMRS-GOS at three interrelated levels namely human-technological-organizational factors and their benefits on the quality of electronic medical records. The research design uses a quantitative exploration. The research subjects consist of doctors, nurses and midwives, totaling 235 respondents. The data is obtained through a questionnaire. Statistics analysis uses structural equation modeling. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence among human factors, organizational factors and user satisfaction on behavior intentions; use behavior towards net benefits; net benefits and technology factors on user satisfaction; technological factors and net benefits on behavior intentions through user satisfaction; use behavior towards user satisfaction through net benefits. There is a very strong significant correlation among the three human-technology-organization factors and finally there is a significant influence of net benefits on the quality of electronic medical records. Based on these results, it is concluded that the implementation of SIMRS-GOS is acceptable to users at Brebes District Public Hospital. It is also considered successful and has implications for the quality of electronic medical records.
