Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) in Galudra Village, Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency aimed to empower the community through synergy of local potential, environmental health, and sustainable economy. Implemented over 30 days, the program applied outreach, training, and direct community involvement. Four main aspects were emphasized: (1) utilization of cassava as a local potential through product diversification; (2) environmental health initiatives including Posyandu services, free health checks, community service, waste information boards, and the formation of youth PIK as the basis for youth Posyandu; (3) sustainable economic empowerment through digitalization of MSMEs, facilitation of NIB, halal certification, social media accounts, and Google Maps for business promotion; and (4) strengthening religious values through Quran recitation, TPA, and mass religious gatherings. The program outcomes showed increased cassava-based product utilization, improved community awareness of environmental health, establishment of active youth PIK, and the advancement of digital-based MSMEs in the village.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Digital leadership and AI Integration on Innovation Capabilities at PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri (EIGER). A quantitative causal-associative design was employed, with cross-sectional survey data collected from 31 employees selected through purposive sampling via an online Google Form questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Classical assumption tests indicated the model met the assumptions of normality (Shapiro-Wilk W = 0.955, p = 0.216), no multicollinearity (VIF = 1.430), and homoscedasticity (Glejser test, p > 0.05). The regression equation obtained was Y = 0.948 + 0.367X1 + 0.422X2. Partial t-tests showed that Digital leadership significantly and positively affected Innovation Capabilities (t = 2.773, p = 0.010), as did AI Integration (t = 2.632, p = 0.014). The simultaneous F-test confirmed that both variables jointly and significantly influenced Innovation Capabilities (F = 16.181, p = 0.00002), explaining 53.6% of its variance (R² = 0.536). However, reliability testing showed Cronbach's Alpha values below the ideal threshold of 0.70 for all three variables, largely attributable to the small sample size (n = 31), so the findings should be interpreted as exploratory and warrant replication with a larger sample and a refined instrument.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Based Innovation, Digital Capabilities, and Focus Strategies on Sustainable Economic Growth at Join Us Caffe, an SME in Bandung, Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach using an associative-causal method. The study population consisted of 37 respondents, all of whom were included in the sample using total sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using path analysis with the aid of IBM SPSS software. The results show that, when analyzed partially, Digital Capabilities have a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Economic Growth, while AI-Based Innovation and Focus Strategy do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, AI-Based Innovation, Digital Capabilities, and Focused Strategy have a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Economic Growth. The test results show an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.510, meaning that the three independent variables account for 51.0% of the variation in Sustainable Economic Growth, while the remaining 49.0% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that Digital Capabilities play the most significant role in supporting sustainable economic growth at Join Us Caffe, an SME, while the implementation of AI-Based Innovation and Focused Strategy requires support from other factors to contribute more effectively to business sustainability

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of AI Adoption (X1), Digital Literacy (X2), and Strategic Orientation (X3) on Competitive Advantage (Y) in the RaTuna21 culinary MSME in Bandung City. Using a quantitative approach through a survey of 35 consumer respondents, analyzed with SPSS-assisted regression. The results indicate that partially, all three variables have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, with AI Adoption as the most dominant factor (Beta = 0.713). However, when tested simultaneously, only AI Adoption remains significant (Beta = 0.494), while Digital Literacy and Strategic Orientation lose their influence due to overlap between variables. The simultaneous model is able to explain 54.7% of the variation in Competitive Advantage, thus confirming that AI adoption is the most dominant strategic resource in shaping the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the digital era according to the Resource-Based View perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) during the 2021-2025 period to measure the company’s financial performance amid the fluctuating growth of Indonesia’s frozen food industry. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Financial performance was assessed through eight ratios: Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM), each compared against industry standards. The results show that CPIN’s liquidity ratios—Current Ratio (average 1.60 times), Cash Ratio (24%), and Quick Ratio (1.2 times)—remain below industry standards and are categorized as unhealthy, although all three improved in 2024 and 2025. In contrast, the solvency ratios, DAR (30%) and DER (44%), are below industry thresholds, indicating a healthy and well-controlled debt structure. The profitability ratios also show healthy performance, with ROA averaging 34%, ROE 49%, and NPM 23%, all exceeding industry standards. Overall, CPIN’s financial condition during 2021-2025 is fairly sound, particularly in terms of solvency and profitability, while liquidity management still requires improvement to strengthen the company’s ability to meet its short-term obligations without compromising operational effectiveness.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped the way consumers interact with brands, making purchase intention no longer influenced solely by brand image, but also by social media marketing and AI-based customer experience. This study aims to examine the effects of Brand Image, Social Media Marketing, and AI-Based Customer Experience on the Purchase Intention of 3Second consumers. A quantitative approach with a causal-associative research design was employed, involving 35 3Second consumers selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings indicate that, partially, only Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, whereas Brand Image and AI-Based Customer Experience do not have significant effects. However, the three variables jointly have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention, explaining 77.4% of its variance. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of social media marketing is the primary driver of consumers' purchase intention toward 3Second, while strengthening brand image and optimizing AI-based customer experience remain essential to supporting an integrated digital marketing strategy. This study contributes to a broader understanding of the factors influencing purchase intention in the local fashion industry in the digital era.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric review of Business Model Innovation (BMI) within the field of entrepreneurship economics, aiming to map the intellectual structure, research evolution, and emerging trends. Using the Scopus database, relevant publications from 2000 to 2026 were systematically collected and analyzed through bibliometric techniques, including co-authorship, citation, and keyword co-occurrence analysis, with visualization supported by VOSviewer. The results reveal a significant increase in BMI-related publications, particularly in the last decade, indicating growing scholarly attention to innovation-driven entrepreneurship. The author collaboration network shows a fragmented structure, suggesting limited integration across research communities. Country analysis highlights the dominance of developed economies, while contributions from developing regions remain relatively low. Citation analysis identifies foundational works related to business ecosystems and value creation, alongside emerging studies focusing on digital transformation, sustainability, and circular economy. Furthermore, keyword analysis demonstrates that BMI research is centered around innovation and economics, with recent trends shifting toward sustainability and digitalization. This study contributes by offering a structured overview of BMI literature, identifying research gaps, and providing directions for future research, particularly in interdisciplinary integration and the inclusion of diverse economic contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of AI Literacy, Digital Marketing, and Differentiation Strategy on Competitive Advantage among Donatsu, a culinary micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) in Bandung City. A quantitative associative approach was employed using purposive sampling on 64 respondents who were Donatsu consumers in East Bandung. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics, following validity and reliability testing. The results show that, partially, AI Literacy (Sig. = 0.899) and Digital Marketing (Sig. = 0.606) have no significant effect on Competitive Advantage, whereas Differentiation Strategy has a positive and significant effect (B = 0.928; Sig. < 0.001) and emerges as the dominant variable. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect Competitive Advantage (F = 239.663; Sig. < 0.001), with an Adjusted R Square of 0.919, indicating that 91.9% of the variance in Competitive Advantage can be explained by these three variables. These findings suggest that AI literacy and digital marketing currently function merely as hygiene factors in the culinary competitive landscape, while product uniqueness and customer experience serve as the primary sources of sustainable competitive advantage for MSMEs. This study recommends that Donatsu prioritize investment in strengthening product and service differentiation rather than solely advancing promotional technology.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Community Engagement, AI-Based Innovation, and Focus Strategy on the Sustainable Economic Growth of UMKM Cimol Bojot AA, tested partially, in combination, and simultaneously. The study is grounded in the premise that community engagement and artificial intelligence-based innovation are strategic forces which, combined with an appropriate focus strategy, can drive sustainable economic growth in MSMEs. A quantitative associative approach was employed using purposive sampling with 36 respondents who were customers of UMKM Cimol Bojot AA. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, followed by path analysis in SPSS to test seven hypotheses (H1–H7). The results show that, tested individually, Community Engagement (Beta = 0.815), AI-Based Innovation (Beta = 0.564), and Focus Strategy (Beta = 0.912) each had a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Economic Growth. However, when tested in combination or simultaneously, only Focus Strategy remained significant, while the other two variables lost their significance, indicating an overlap of influence among the variables. These findings confirm that Focus Strategy is the most dominant factor driving the sustainable economic growth of UMKM Cimol Bojot AA, while Community Engagement and AI-Based Innovation act as supporting factors that operate through the focus strategy.
