Abstract

This study aims to analyze publication trends related to the ICT Government in Indonesia with a scientomertic approach. This study uses data analysis methods from Scopus with RStudio, VOSviewer, and CiteSpace applications to visualize and analyze publications. The findings show that Indonesian authors dominate ICT Government research with 172 documents, while the contributions of authors from Malaysia, the United States, and the Netherlands provide an important international perspective. The main research topics include e-government, smart cities, and sustainable development. The findings demonstrate the role of ICTs in improving government efficiency, transparency, and civic engagement. However, publications declined in 2022, possibly due to changing research priorities or the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The implication of this study is the importance of international collaboration and improved technological infrastructure. The limitation of this study is the limited data that is only taken from Scopus, and it does not include analysis of interviews or direct observations that can enrich the understanding of ICT government implementation.

Abstract

This Scientific Writing contains the application of an online Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) to improve service quality. The research method used in this paper is normative legal research, which uses secondary or library data. The results of this study indicate that the application of a web-based online Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) at KUA is a form of modernizing marriage registration which is usually done manually in the KUA sub-district in serving the community. However, it is still not optimal because servers and networks often experience interruptions, which affect application speed. The implementation of the urgency system is an effort to support the implementation of government programs in maximizing IT-based services to the community and assisting KUA officers in the fields of marriage registration, marriage registration, marriage examinations, same marriages, and reconciliation. The quality of the information generated from the system is relevant to the needs and the output is complete and can be directly felt by users of the system and the community as recipients of the information, in this case, the procedure for recording which is usually done in writing by the administrator, can be typed into the SIMKAH program and operated by the administrator. itself so that the shape of the NB, N, and NA models can be printed/printed, and is more effective than writing. However, not all KUA apply SIMKAH optimally. As for the application of SIMKAH, it has followed the Instructions of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number DJ.II/369 of 2013 concerning implementing the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) at the Sub-District KUA.

The research design used cross-sectional where samples were taken using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Questionnaires for each variable were administered and tested using Spearman’s Rho Correlation. There is a relationship between exposure to social media information and attitudes towards avoiding AIDS and promiscuity with a significance value of <0.05. Exposure to information on social media turns out to be related to teenagers’ attitudes towards avoiding AIDS and promiscuity where information via social media about this matter.

Abstract

Land development patterns are patterns formed in the land use structure of a region, both planned and unplanned. Changes in the spatial structure of land development in the Integrated Urban Area as an implementation of PKNp in the West Sulawesi Provincial RTRW in supporting regional economic development are one of the main factors in attracting the priority of West Sulawesi Province's development direction to the Integrated New City development area which is directed at 2 (two) sub-districts in Mamuju Regency, including Mamuju District and Kalukku District. The MATABE Urban Area is designated as the National Promotion Activity Center (PKNp) area which functions as an industrial area, trade, main transportation hub on a national scale and the main hub for export-import activities or a gateway to the international region, as an effort by the government to improve the regional economy. This study aims to identify land development patterns formed in the development of the Integrated New Urban Area in Mamuju Regency and analyze their impact on the spatial structure in Mamuju Regency internally and West Sulawesi Province externally using a quantitative descriptive method with spatial analysis techniques in the form of GIS (Geographic Information System)-based modeling. Where, this analysis is a technique used to explore data from a spatial perspective. The results of the analysis show that the spatial structure model of land development patterns in the New Urban Area in Mamuju Regency basically refers to the polycentric model (random movement) which is influenced by the existence of public service centers and Mamuju Urban services which are spread with a mono-centered model, which means that the area consists of one center and several sub-centers that are not connected to each other between one sub-center and another.

Abstract

Earnings management is possibly incorrect when it has a negative impact on the corporation’s financial health. Several large companies were affected by earnings management cases. This study analyzes the direct impact of various factors such as financial ratios, good corporate governance (GCG), reward, and asymmetric information on earnings management practices, especially in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Data was obtained from the financial reports of 65 manufacturing companies published on the Indonesian capital market, processed, and tested using regression analysis. The study shows that there is a positive impact of profitability on earnings management, but leverage and the board of directors have a negative impact on earnings management, while institutional ownership, independent commissioners, reward, and asymmetric information do not show any relationship with earnings management. These findings add empirical evidence regarding factors that directly impact earnings management practices and can serve as a reference for investment analysis by investors. Further research is recommended using different factors such as corporate value or factors that may influence the occurrence of earnings management practices, such as financial distress.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) today provides many conveniences in various forms of business, including the service business. System User Satisfaction (User satisfaction) is the response and feedback that the user raises after using the information system. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the use of SIMPRODI application products and how SIMPRODI can provide good services for students. The survey research method was carried out and the data collected was 252 data. The data was then analyzed by PLS-SEM. The results showed that the quality of the system did not have a significant effect on the SIMPRODI intention to use, but the quality of information and quality of service was significant on the intention to use, then when the intention to use was higher the user satisfaction was better and vice versa when the SIMPRODI user satisfaction was high then intention to use is also getting higher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust (X1), information sharing (X2) on supply chain performance (Y) mediated by Innovation SMEs. The population in this study were SMEs in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. From the population taken 35 samples with non-probability sampling method. The model in this study uses Partial Least Square. And the results showed that trust and information sharing have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance mediated by SME Innovation.  Applicative suggestions that can be applied are the need for trust between supply chain members. because there is still distrust between supply chain members which in the future can hinder supply chain performance. In addition, there is a need for innovations that can accelerate the performance of the supply chain such as the need for a sap drying oven, plastic caps so that the sap is not mixed with water and dirt and jerry cans are placed between 4 - 5 coconut trees which makes it easier to transport raw material supplies. With trust and information sharing can create these innovations that can affect supply chain performance.
