Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has created a demand for efficient and effective information systems to facilitate collaboration among institutions. This study develops a cloud computing-based collaboration information system designed to enhance real-time communication, data management, and collaboration among users. The system comprises key modules, including collaboration management, document management, and integrated collaboration features. Testing involved various scenarios with 10 to 100 active users simultaneously, revealing that the system maintained stable performance with response times under 3 seconds for each user request. Furthermore, security assessments utilizing encryption protocols and two-factor authentication confirmed that the managed data is protected from external threats. The findings underscore the system's potential to improve collaborative efficiency while ensuring data security, making it a valuable solution for future collaborative initiatives.

Abstract

The library is very important in supporting the knowledge and information of students in schools because the library is part of the learning resources that schools must have, therefore the library is often referred to as the heart of education. Currently, the Library of Santo Yospeh High School Medan, which currently has not been computerized, makes it difficult to carry out the process of borrowing and returning books, as well as registering as members and giving fines. For this reason, SMA Santo Yoseph Medan requires a library that has a web-based library system. The tools used to design this library information system are by using the PHP and MySql programming languages. The results of the design of this web-based library information system are expected to be able to help library admins in carrying out the process of borrowing and returning books, processing book and member data, and creating library data reports

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The influence of IT on the innovation performance of MSME actors in culinary tourism MSME actors in Kolaka Regency. (2) The Role of Competition Intensity in Strengthening IT in Improving the Innovation Performance of MSME Actors in Culinary Tourism in Kolaka Regency. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were all culinary tourism MSME actors in Kolaka Regency. While the sample in this study amounted to 32 MSME actors. Testing of the research instrument used validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study was a measurement model and structural model testing using Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the IT variable and the innovation performance of MSME actors, as indicated by the t-statistic of 4.898 with a p-value of 0.024. Meanwhile, the moderation of competition intensity is not able to strengthen the IT variable in improving innovation performance as indicated by the t-statistic of 0.022 with a P-value of 0.994. It can be concluded that most MSME actors in culinary tourism in Kolaka Regency have used IT in carrying out innovation performance. However, in culinary tourism in Kolaka Regency, there is no feeling of competition intensity with the use of IT in improving the performance of MSME innovation actors.

Abstract

Research for finding out about the non-uniformity in the writing of birthplace information in population and civil registration documents, especially identity cards (KTP), which include: differences based on classification or area level, to find out the causes and find solutions. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach which aims to describe the current reality. Describe, record, analyze and interpret these conditions, namely regarding the writing of Place of Birth Information in population data and Civil Registration, especially KTP. The facts of this study show that: 1) There is regional level inconsistency in writing information on place of birth on population documents, especially KTPs, which consist of: some write the name of the province, write down the name of the district/city, write down the name of the sub-district, write down the name of the kelurahan/village, and so on, 2) There are no regulations that require writing down the description of Lahi's place, with the same area level. Usually, if the data on the KTP is not uniform, then the data on other population documents will also be different because the data on other population documents originates from the KTP. As a solution to this non-uniformity, you can provide an application design that only provides options for the name of the city/district in the Statement of Place of Birth.
