Abstract

The victim and the offender are frequently in separate nations, a crime known as cybercrime transcends all borders and periods. Cybercrime can be committed using the computer itself as the method of committing the crime and the computer network system as the target. Laws governing information technology must take into account its rapid growth. Information and communication technology laws must anticipate and lessen these negative consequences. For information, media, and communication technology to progress as much as possible, legal products about cyberspace, or mayantara, must offer security and legal certainty. In response to the increasing number of cybercrimes, the government adopted a policy on April 21, 2008, with the adoption of Law No. 11 of 2008 regarding Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE). The ITE Law is Indonesia's first legislation focusing on online regulation. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that Indonesian law enforcement has been unable to combat cybercrime to the best of its abilities. Indonesian law enforcement is facing difficulties due to the growth in cybercrime. The reasons for this are a lack of public legal awareness in efforts to combat information technology crimes, limited facilities and infrastructure, and the fact that there are still relatively few law enforcement officials who are familiar with the ins and outs of information technology (internet).

Through data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and literature review analysis, various features and functional requirements have been determined to ensure that this website meets user needs well. In addition, defined non-functional requirements, such as data security, system availability, and ease of use, will ensure that a satisfactory and safe user experience can be achieved. Thus, the VIBRA website aims to be the main choice for those looking for quality accommodation and excellent service during their holidays.

Abstract

Penerapan hasil-hasil penelitian dosen serta mahasiswa kepada Masyarakat, merupakan salah satu tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas negeri Gorontalo. Setiap program studi dapat berinovasi untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dikonversi dengan mata kuliah yang ada pada kurikulum program studi. Berdasarkan hal ini, telah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Isimu Utara Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan penerapan modul monitoring pajak bumi dan bangunan kepada aparat desa untuk menggantikan sistem monitoring konvensional yang banyak memakan waktu dan tidak efisien. Metode kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menggunakan metode pendampingan dan demonstrasi. Langkah-langkah kegiatan adalah bagaimana penerapan modul monitoring pajak bumi dan bangunan dan dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi modul aplikasi kepada aparat desa lsimu Utara. Application of the research results of lecturers and students to the community is one of the objectives of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Service activities. Each study program can innovate to integrate community service activities that will be converted into existing courses in the study program curriculum. Based on this, community service activities have been carried out in Isimu Utara Village, Gorontalo Regency. The aim of this service is to provide guidance on the implementation of the land and building tax monitoring module to village officials to replace the conventional monitoring system which takes a lot of time and is inefficient.Community Service activity methods use mentoring and coercion methods. The activity steps are how to implement the land and building tax monitoring module and continue with finalizing the application module to North Isimu village officials.

Abstract

This paper provides a juridical analysis of Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) and its impact on the development of the creative economy in Indonesia. The ITE Law was enacted to regulate online transactions and protect intellectual property, serving as a crucial framework for digital platforms that are essential to creative industries. However, the law has raised concerns regarding its vague defamation provisions, which have sometimes been applied in ways that stifle freedom of expression. Through a normative juridical approach and case study analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of the ITE Law in supporting the creative economy while identifying legal gaps and challenges in enforcement. The findings reveal that although the law provides necessary protections, reforms are needed to clarify its provisions and strengthen enforcement mechanisms to better serve Indonesia’s rapidly growing creative sector.

Abstract

The digital revolution has fundamentally transformed healthcare service systems, bringing complex legal issues related to patient data privacy protection. This research aims to analyze the juridical challenges of electronic medical information protection in Indonesia. Using a normative juridical method, the research examines regulatory frameworks, identifies legal gaps, and formulates responsive legal protection models. Research findings reveal that Indonesia's electronic health systems face structural weaknesses in guaranteeing data privacy. Existing regulations have not been able to accommodate digital technology developments, creating risks of medical information leakage and misuse. The complexity of challenges includes weak digital consent mechanisms, absence of cybersecurity standards, and minimal supervision. The research recommends comprehensive regulatory framework renewal, establishment of independent oversight bodies, and development of adaptive health data security protocols. This transformation requires an interdisciplinary approach that integrates legal, technological, and ethical perspectives. The research conclusion emphasizes the urgency of patient privacy rights protection in digital ecosystems while ensuring the effectiveness of modern healthcare services.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a personnel information system for PT. Indiga Nusa Digitama (Inditama), aimed at streamlining the management of attendance data, leave applications, and official travel documents (Surat Perjalanan Dinas or SPD). The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency, minimize errors, and accelerate administrative processes, which were previously manual and prone to inefficiencies. A systematic approach using the waterfall methodology was employed, beginning with a thorough needs analysis conducted through observations, interviews, and literature reviews to identify existing challenges and requirements. The system design leveraged Unified Modeling Language (UML) for structural modeling and Figma for user interface design, ensuring a user-friendly and visually coherent experience. The resulting system effectively automated key processes, centralizing attendance, leave, and SPD data into a unified platform. This improved data organization, accessibility, and archival reliability, while fostering compliance with company policies and enhancing overall administrative transparency. The study also identifies potential future enhancements, including the integration of mobile-based features, payroll management, and recruitment modules, to broaden the scope of the system. These additions are expected to further optimize human resource management, deliver a more comprehensive solution for personnel administration, and contribute positively to the company’s strategic growth. Through this research, PT. Inditama gains a scalable and efficient system capable of supporting its evolving operational needs.

Abstract

Amil Zakat Institution Yayasan Masyarakat Muslim Freeport Indonesian or better known as YMM FI is an institution that distributed to the community. However, even though it has been operating for a long time, YMM FI does not have a website as information media. The basis of good website is the existence of an attractive interface that is easily understood by users, therefore this study has designed a user interface and user experience using the user centered design method through its four stages, namely; the first stage is to understand the context of use, at this stage interviews are conducted with users, then the second stage specify user requirements is a description of the flow of the system that will run using a unified modelling language, then the third stage is the design solution at this stage the researcher has proposed a website interface design, then the last stage is evaluate against requirements. which is the evaluation stage of the proposed interface design. The evaluation stage is carried out to provide experience for users. Based on usability testing with pay attention to effective and efficient aspects. To get the value of the usability testing aspects, researchers used the cognitive walkthrough method and the system usability scale (SUS). In the effective aspect, an average value of 100% is obtained for the admin display and 96% for the muzakki display, then the effective aspect gets an average value of 100% for the admin display and 95% for the muzakki display, then the SUS average value is 76,5 almost close to 77 which gets a good grade.

Abstract

Abstract — Technology facilitates our daily activities, including in the field of education. In this research, the aim is to develop an Academic Information System for a Kindergarten, using TK NAOMI as an example. The system is designed to streamline the exchange of information, such as planned activities for students and reports on their completed activities. All activities are scheduled, making it convenient for parents to be informed about the learning plans and activity reports of their children. The system is developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, and MySQL is employed as the database for storing data. This web-based application is designed to simplify the exchange of information between teachers and parents regarding the development of the child. It ensures that information about teachers and students is well-organized and structured. The research aims to ease the tasks of teachers and provide parents with convenient access to information about their child's school activities. Abstract

The importance of information systems has significantly increased in today's era of globalization, becoming a crucial prerequisite and success factor for both private and public organizations. This study aims to design a web-based information system for "Sinkron," a digital printing business located in Pekanbaru. Utilizing the Sequential Linear method, this research has developed an information system that enhances marketing reach and effectively manages transactions. The programming languages used include HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. This information system assists business owners in promoting and marketing their products, facilitating transactions from product viewing, ordering, and payment, to providing online sales reports. Additionally, the system enables the expansion of new markets previously constrained by time, distance, and communication limitations, while reducing promotion costs by leveraging social media. This system is expected to improve the operational efficiency and competitive edge of the "Sinkron" business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the scholarly literature regarding the impact of blockchain technology on the quality of accounting information. ⁠The research methodology is a bibliometrically mapped Systematic Literature Review (SLR) comprising 36 reputable resources. The findings demonstrate numerous advantages of blockchain technology, particularly for accountants. One of the important advantages is distributed recordkeeping, which enhances information transparency and reduces information asymmetry. As a result, it significantly improves the quality of accounting information. ⁠The implication of this research is to provide comprehensive insights into the potential paradigm shift in accounting facilitated by blockchain adoption. Furthermore, the study serves as a foundational platform for future research on the implementation and impact of blockchain in accounting information quality.
