Abstract

Attendance is a record of a person's presence in an organizational, school or work environment. Attendance can be done manually or systematically. Manual recording has many disadvantages such as inaccurate recording, risk of loss and fraud, while systematic recording has many advantages, namely accurate recording, minimal risk of loss and fraud. A system is needed to handle employee attendance such as the E-Attendance system as a tool for HRD in processing employee data so that the goals expected by the company can be achieved in terms of salary calculations based on employee attendance and overtime activities. E-attendance (electronic attendance) is a digital recording system using electronic devices and internet technology. E-attendance can replace manual attendance recording methods such as attendance books or attendance cards. At PT. Kusuma Kencana Jaya Bekasi in recording attendance still uses a manual method that is prone to data loss, so digital attendance recording is made using E-attendance which can facilitate the recapitulation and calculation as well as the retrieval of employee data required by the company.

Abstract

Consumer empowerment in Indonesia remains relatively low, particularly for individuals with disabilities. This study investigates the roles of accessibility, self-esteem, and information access in empowering disabled consumers. A total of 100 participants with physical disabilities, aged 17 and older, were surveyed regarding their online and offline purchasing experiences. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using SEM PLS. Results indicate that self-esteem and information accessibility significantly influence the empowerment of consumers with disabilities, with the Disabled Consumer Empowerment Index categorized as "not empowered." Notably, the knowledge dimension received the lowest scores based on a traffic-light system. These findings suggest that consumer protection agencies should collaborate with the government to enhance the self-determination rights of disabled consumers in Indonesia. This study contributes to the literature by emphasizing the critical factors of self-esteem, accessibility, and information access in the empowerment of consumers with disabilities.

Abstract

Parents of children with Down syndrome face ongoing challenges in accessing relevant and trustworthy health information. With the increasing use of digital platforms, understanding parents’ needs and preferences is crucial for developing effective and inclusive digital health services. This study aims to map the digital health information needs of parents of children with Down syndrome, identify preferred information sources and digital platforms, and explore expectations regarding features of digital health applications. Methods use A descriptive quantitative study was conducted using a structured questionnaire distributed to parents of children with Down syndrome in Indonesia. Data were analyzed to assess patterns of digital information usage, platform preferences, and specific content and feature expectations. The results findings indicate that 83.6% of parents frequently seek digital health information, with WhatsApp groups (81.8%) and community networks like POTADS (80.0%) being the most accessed sources. Parents expressed a strong preference for digital tools that are free, user-friendly, and available in the local language. The most desired features in a health application include home-based therapy guidance (94.5%), educational videos (87.3%), parent forums (72.7%), and online consultation with healthcare professionals (67.3%). There is a high demand among parents for digital health platforms that offer accessible, relevant, and interactive content tailored to the needs of children with Down syndrome. Designing effective digital services requires collaboration across sectors and the integration of digital health literacy initiatives into existing family support systems to ensure equitable access and improved care outcomes.

Abstract

Construction projects frequently encounter supervision and control challenges, leading to delays and cost overruns, primarily due to inadequate information management. This study examines the impact of Information Management Systems (IMS) adoption on project supervision and control in Banda Aceh, with a focus on information quality, technological readiness, and user competency. Using a quantitative survey of 95 construction professionals and multiple linear regression analysis, the findings reveal that IMS enhances real-time data accessibility, transparency, and process integration. However, its effectiveness depends on technological infrastructure, user training, and management support. These insights offer strategic recommendations for optimizing IMS adoption to improve project performance.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on research to the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first as the main material for building research foundations, building hypotheses, and proving hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtain directly or are also commonly referred to as primary data obtained from Zuri Group hotel employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as two hundred and fifty employees. The data obtained by the researcher were distributed through an online questionnaire containing ten questions with five choices including the choice of strongly agree, the choice of agree, the choice of so-so, the choice of disagree, and the choice of strongly disagree. The data obtained by the researcher were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance and the Resonant Leadership Style variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table above show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the Human Resource Information System, the higher the Employee Performance. In the next row, the Resonant Leadership Style variable can also moderate the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing of 0.004. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

With an explanatory approach, this quantitative research examines the influence of the human resource information system (HRIS) on employee performance and whether or not the resonant leadership style moderates this relationship. Primary data were collected from 350 Hypermart employees across Indonesia using a ten-item online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The results show that HRIS positively and significantly affects employee performance, with a p-value of 0.013. This implies that HRIS helps employees complete their tasks and achieve targets, enhancing performance. Additionally, the Resonant Leadership Style significantly moderates the influence of HRIS on performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.004. Leaders with a resonant style can strengthen the effectiveness of HRIS, supporting better task completion and performance outcomes. These findings confirm the acceptance of both proposed hypotheses. The study highlights the importance of technological systems and leadership style in improving employee performance.
