Abstract

Balinese dance classification presents challenges due to limited datasets, complex postures, and the lack of real-world implementation. Existing studies often focus on model development while overlooking deployment aspects. This research proposes a lightweight Convolutional Neural Network  (CNN) designed for Balinese dance classification and compares it with MobileNetV2, ResNet50, and VGG16 using consistent training settings. Data augmentation was applied to enhance generalization, and training epochs were optimized based on model convergence. The proposed CNN achieved a validation accuracy of 99.00%, with a precision of 92.55%, recall of 89.88%, and F1-score of 91.1%, using only 590 thousand trainable parameters and the fastest inference time of 476 milliseconds. Although others pretrained model, MobileNetV2 slightly outperformed in some metrics, the proposed model offered a better tradeoff between performance and efficiency. The trained model was deployed in a web-based application, demonstrating practical usability. This work supports the preservation of Balinese dance through accessible and efficient AI integration.

Abstract

.Introduction: Digital transformation in the health sector requires hospitals to implement the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS); however, problems remain in its implementation. This study aimed to analyze the obstacles and challenges in implementing an HMIS in Padang City. Methods: This descriptive qualitative study was conducted between March and July, 2024. The study was conducted in two hospitals in Padang City: one public hospital and one private hospital. The research participants were 16 people who were identified through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and review of documents. Data processing consisted of data collection, reduction, and presentation, with content analysis. Source and method triangulation were used to ensure data validity.Results: Public hospitals have conducted internal training and have an adequate IT team, while private hospitals do not have formal training and lack IT personnel. From an organizational perspective, public hospitals show strong managerial support in the form of budget allocation and cross-unit coordination, whereas private hospitals face limitations in the integration of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and SATUSEHAT. In terms of technology, both hospitals face obstacles due to slow Internet networks, but public hospitals are better prepared in terms of hardware infrastructure.Conclusion: The success of an HMIS implementation depends heavily on the alignment of human, organizational, and technological aspects. Private hospitals require stronger support in terms of training, infrastructure, and policies to compete with public hospitals in the digital transformation of health care services.

Abstract

The digitalization of healthcare services in Indonesia has shown significant progress. At the primary healthcare level, one form of digitalization is the implementation of the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS), which aims to facilitate fast, accurate, and reliable information delivery by healthcare personnel. However, various usability-related challenges have emerged in its implementation. This study aimed to evaluate SIMPUS using the National Usability-Focused Health Information System Scale (NUHISS) method, with a case study conducted at Bunguran Tengah Public Health Center, Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province, during March–April 2025. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was employed. Participants included physicians, nurses, midwives, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, and medical record officers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings revealed that SIMPUS demonstrated adequate technical stability. However, system issues such as automatic logouts, data-saving failures, and information loss were still present. Although the system's response time was generally good, unexpected behaviors—such as disappearing menus, unsaved data, and inter-module inconsistencies—were found to disrupt workflow and increase the risk of service errors. Consistent data loss was also reported, although not on a daily basis. These issues led to service delays, additional administrative workload, and potential risks to patient safety. Users addressed these problems by manually recording or re-entering data, coordinating with technical teams, and conducting repeated verifications to ensure information accuracy.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has had a profound impact on the education sector, especially in the management of data and information systems. The aim of this research is to analyze the Implementation of the Educational Management Information System (Emis) in the Annual Compilation Program at Palopo State Islamic Junior High School. Qualitative method. Data collection using interviews and observations. The implementation of EMIS at MTsN Palopo plays a vital role in managing accurate data for annual program planning, covering student information, class groupings, resources, and funding. Its policy involves organization, interpretation, and application stages with collaboration among staff, regular training, and support from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Despite its importance as a tool for monitoring and evaluation, challenges such as incomplete or inconsistent student data, unreported transfers, and technical constraints from the central system remain obstacles to its optimal use.

Abstract

This study uses Rogers' diffusion of innovation theory perspective to examine the Malang City Social Welfare Data Collection (PDKTSAM) innovation's routinization process. The Social Welfare Data Collection aims to identify, classify, and map the welfare conditions of the community to ensure that social assistance and other government programs are on target. The study results indicate that PDKTSAM has become part of the organization's routine activities through the establishment of SOPs, integration with other systems, and ongoing data evaluation and updating mechanisms. Active participation of various stakeholders, policy support, and system modification and adjustment are key factors in ensuring the sustainability of PDKTSAM utilization. However, this study also identified major challenges in the routinization phase, such as data synchronization, updating, and cross-agency coordination. Limited human resources and technological infrastructure are also recognized as obstacles to implementation. Therefore, a holistic and adaptive strategy is needed to overcome these obstacles and ensure the sustainability of PDKTSAM innovation in the long term. With accurate and up-to-date data, the government can design effective policies, reduce poverty, and improve the quality of life of the community as a whole. This data collection also forms the basis for more objective and transparent decision-making in efforts to develop social welfare. Abstract

Modern warehouse operations face significant challenges with manual inventory management processes, resulting in accuracy rates as low as 65% and substantial operational inefficiencies that directly impact customer satisfaction and profitability. This study presents the design and implementation of an innovative Inventory Information System Model for Smart Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) based on Artificial Intelligence technology, specifically developed to address these critical inventory management deficiencies. The research objectives focus on developing an automated system that minimizes human errors, provides real-time data analytics, and enhances overall operational efficiency through intelligent decision-making capabilities. The methodology integrates the structured Waterfall development approach with user-centered Design Thinking principles, ensuring both systematic development and optimal user experience. The AI-powered system incorporates machine learning algorithms for demand forecasting, computer vision for automated stock counting, natural language processing through integrated chatbots for enhanced user interaction, and predictive analytics for optimized inventory levels. Implementation and testing within the Geoff Max Group demonstrated significant improvements, achieving 95% inventory accuracy compared to the previous 70% manual accuracy rate, reducing stock-out incidents by 60%, and decreasing inventory carrying costs by 25%. The system successfully processes real-time data from multiple warehouse locations, providing managers with comprehensive dashboards and automated alerts for critical inventory thresholds. The implications of this research extend beyond operational improvements, offering a scalable solution for modern supply chain management that can be adapted across various industries. This integrated approach represents a significant advancement in warehouse automation, demonstrating how AI-driven systems can transform traditional inventory management practices while providing economic benefits.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of membership loyalty programs in increasing customer retention using Net Promoter Score (NPS) with the support of information systems. Loyalty programs are one of the effective strategies in maintaining long-term relationships with customers. However, its success relies heavily on the right measurement of customer satisfaction, one of which is through NPS. NPS provides clear insights into customer loyalty levels by distinguishing between "promoters" and "detractors". Information systems play an important role in supporting the collection and analysis of customer data in real-time, enabling companies to create more personalized and relevant offers. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study reviewed various literature related to the implementation of loyalty programs, NPS measurement, and the role of information systems in improving customer retention. The results show that a combination of relevant loyalty programs, effective NPS measurement, and supportive information systems can create a better customer experience, increase satisfaction, and strengthen customer loyalty. This research also provides recommendations for companies in optimizing the use of information technology and periodic evaluation of loyalty programs to achieve maximum results in customer retention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Impact of Human Resources Information System and Internal Control on Employee Performance at PT. The Universe Artha Rays partially or simultaneously. Using an associative method with a quantitative approach. Sampling was 83 people. Data collection techniques and tools are questionnaires or questionnaires. The data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS Software version 29. Based on the t_hitung value of 7,644 > t_tabel 1,663, the H_a was accepted with a sig of 0.04 < α 0.05 and a statistical F value of 40,084 > F of table 3,110 the decision was H_a accepted. The results of the study show 1.) Human Resources Information System has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance; 2.) Internal Control has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance; 3.) Human Resource Information System and Internal Control simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. In addition, it has a contribution of 50.1% while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

Bugis Waterpark Adventure in Makassar faces challenges in promotional outreach and information accessibility due to the absence of a professionally designed web-based information system. This research aims to design and develop a web-based tourist information system, BugisGo, to improve accessibility and visitor experience. The system was developed using the Agile method, which involves the stages of system planning, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and iterative testing. BugisGo successfully implemented key features such as online ticket booking, payment system, and visitor feedback. Black-box and white-box testing showed that the system functions properly and securely. The Agile development process allows for flexibility and continuous improvement based on user feedback, increasing visitor satisfaction and operational efficiency. The BugisGo system successfully improved accessibility and visitor experience, but further research is needed for performance testing under high load conditions and mobile application integration.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the RT (Neighborhood Association) head in managing the Population Information System in Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh District, Muaro Jambi Regency. Mekar Sari Village consists of 17 RTs, each of which is responsible for handling population data such as birth, death, and migration reports. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data collection through observation and interviews with the RT head and related parties. The research findings indicate that although the RT head plays an important role in compiling, updating, and reporting population data, its implementation is still ineffective. The main obstacles include time constraints, low community participation, and late reporting to the village government. These findings highlight the need for increased support and system improvements to ensure more effective population data management, which in turn can better support overall village administration.
