Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has grown increasingly modern, expanding the demand for information. One effective way to provide optimal services to the public is through fast and accurate information delivery, which can be achieved by implementing information systems, particularly in healthcare services. However, not all aspects of healthcare services, such as elderly health posts (Posyandu Lansia), have adopted information systems to assist in real-time health monitoring. The elderly population is at high risk of developing various health conditions, such as hypertension, arthritis, rheumatism, and tuberculosis, which require routine care and monitoring. Therefore, this community service initiative aims to implement a health monitoring information system for the elderly using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, enabling both the elderly and their families to monitor health effectively. The community service methods involve providing education on elderly health, raising awareness about the importance of health monitoring, and implementing and supporting the use of the information system among the elderly and their families. As a result of this program, the elderly gained knowledge about health and the importance of regular health monitoring. Furthermore, both the elderly and their families are now able to conduct health monitoring through the Elderly Health Monitoring Information System (SIP Lansia).

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan penyumbang terbesar emisi gas rumah kaca dan polusi udara yang menyebabkan perubahan iklim global. Dampak polusi udara paling dirasakan oleh penduduk di daerah perkotaan besar, terutama akibat emisi dari jalan raya yang menurunkan kualitas udara. Guna mengatasi masalah ini, Pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan peraturan mengenai Percepatan Program Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (Battery Electric Vehicle) untuk mendorong penggunaan kendaraan listrik. Kota Denpasar ditetapkan sebagai kawasan rendah emisi dalam Rencana Aksi Daerah Percepatan Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai Provinsi Bali 2022—2026. Dalam mendukung rencana ini, diperlukan pembangunan infrastruktur optimal berupa Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU). Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan rekomendasi lokasi potensial sesuai Peraturan Presiden Nomor 79 Tahun 2023 di Kota Denpasar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan dianalisis menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini menemukan delapan variabel yang mempengaruhi penentuan lokasi optimal SPKLU, yaitu aksesibilitas terhadap jalan, jaringan listrik, tempat parkir, integrasi dengan fasilitas lain, hambatan lokasi, jarak dari permukiman, kepadatan penduduk, dan lokasi potensial. Bobot hasil AHP variabel-variabel tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Weighted Sum untuk memvisualisasikan rekomendasi lokasi optimal SPKLU untuk kendaraan mobil pribadi di Kota Denpasar. Nilai lokasi yang direkomendasikan berkisar antara 0,7–0,97, mencakup 88 lokasi potensial.

Abstract

Background: Completeness of medical information is critical in ensuring diagnosis code accuracy. The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between medical information completeness and diagnosis code correctness in BPJS Patient Inpatient Medical Record Documents. Subjects and Methods: This form of research employs both quantitative and correlational methodologies. The sample consisted of 83 documents chosen at random. Chi-square was employed to analyse the data. Results: The ratio of complete medical information is 60%, whereas incomplete medical information is 40%. Medical resumes with 19 papers had the highest percentage of incompleteness (23%). The accuracy of hospital record diagnostic codes is 40%, while inaccuracies are 60%. Inaccuracies in diagnosis codes are generated by a variety of circumstances, including wrongly defining the major diagnosis, officers being less cautious, and providing inadequate support. The chi square statistical test results in p = 0.0019. Conclusion: there is a correlation between the completeness of medical information and the accuracy of diagnosis codes in BPJS patient inpatient records. The author recommends that health professionals be more attentive when entering medical information, coders follow fundamental ICD 10 rules, and institutions provide coder training to ensure that coding activities operate smoothly.

Abstract

This research originates from the absence of an integrated system for managing the Student Creativity Program (PKM) at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, which has caused inefficiencies in archiving, monitoring, and reporting. To address this problem, a web-based management information system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, selected for its flexibility, iterative process, and strong user involvement. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a system specifically designed for PKM management at the faculty level, which has not been previously available. Unlike prior studies, the system not only supports proposal submission but also integrates review, scoring, revision, and progress monitoring. The development process followed the four main stages of XP: planning, design, coding, and testing, with active user participation in each cycle. Blackbox testing confirmed that all core features functioned properly. The implementation of this system has proven to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability, reduce administrative workload, and contribute to informatics by demonstrating the practical application of the XP methodology in developing academic information systems.

Abstract

Abstract. Organizational governance is one of the ways in which an organization structures and organizes its groups or activities. Good organizational governance can be achieved by utilizing an accounting information system. A website-based accounting information system is a system that can provide benefits such as transparency, efficiency, accountability, and ease of reporting and auditing. Accounting and financial reporting at the Maahad Tahfiz Al-Quran Darul Falah Selangor Malaysia Islamic boarding school currently still uses manual financial reporting using books. Therefore, the community service team offered to assist in managing the organization using a web-based accounting information system. The web-based accounting information system is expected to help the Islamic boarding school manage its organization transparently, quickly, and efficiently. The results of this community service initiative show that the boarding school administrators are now able to operate the accounting information system independently after undergoing training and have been able to apply better organizational management principles. Overall, this community service activity has had a positive impact in strengthening the organization, improving operational efficiency, and promoting the use of technology to support the sustainability of the boarding school. Abstrak. Tata Kelola organisasi merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha organisasi dalam Menyusun dan mengorganisasikan kelompok atau usahanya. Dalam mencapai tata Kelola organisasi yang baik dapat terwujud dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi akuntansi. Sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis website merupakan sistem yang dapat memberikan manfaat seperti transparansi, efisiensi, akuntabilitas, serta kemudahan dalam pelaporan dan audit. Pelaporan akuntansi dan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Maahad Tahfiz Al-Quran Darul Falah Selangor Malaysia saat ini tata Kelola pondok pesantren masih menggunakan pencatatan laporan keuangan secara manual menggunakan buku.  Oleh karena itu tim pengabdian Masyarakat menawarkan untuk membantu mengelola organisasi berbasis sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis web. Sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis web diharapkan dapat membantu pondok pesantren dalam mengelola organisasi secara transparan cepat dan efisien. Hasil dari pengabdian Masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelola pondok pesantren mampu mengoperasikan SIA secara mandiri setelah dilaksanakannya pelatihan, dan sudah mampu menerapkan prinsip tata Kelola organisasi lebih baik. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkuat organsisasi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence and the use of information technology on the quality of financial statements of BUMDes in Kampar Regency. This quantitative research used primary data collected through a Likert scale questionnaire with a sample of 107 respondents, determined using simple random sampling and the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, human resource competence and the use of information technology significantly affect the quality of BUMDes financial statements in Kampar Regency.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Administration (BK) plays an important role in the smoothness and effectiveness of services provided to students. The completeness of BK administration includes various components such as recording student data, documenting activities, and planning BK programs. Although BK administration is often considered a routine administrative task, its completeness affects the quality of counseling services received by students. This article aims to review the importance of completeness of administration in BK, by discussing the main components that must be present in good and efficient BK administration. In addition, this article also explores the obstacles that are often faced in implementing BK administration in schools and how to solve these problems. Technology also plays an important role in facilitating completeness of administration, by providing a more structured and easily accessible system. Through existing literature, this article emphasizes that the completeness of good BK administration not only supports the counselor's duties in carrying out their functions, but also contributes to improving the quality of guidance services that are more optimal for student development.

Abstract

In the digital transformation era and the widespread adoption of remote work, employees must possess strong information and digital literacy skills. This study aims to examine the effect of information and digital literacy on remote work satisfaction and performance. The study also aims to investigate the mediating role of information literacy in the relationship between digital literacy and remote work performance. This study employed a quantitative research design using a cross-sectional survey approach. A total of 68 remote workers were selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that both information and digital literacy significantly and positively impact remote work satisfaction and performance. Furthermore, information literacy was found to mediate the effect of digital literacy on remote work performance, suggesting that individuals with higher digital skills are more likely to perform effectively when they can also effectively manage and utilize information. This study contributes a novel perspective by highlighting the dual role of literacy as a foundational and mediating factor in enhancing remote work outcomes. Then, the practical standpoint, the results underscore the importance of organizations investing in literacy development programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity in digital environments.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of visual appeal and emotional impact on audience interest in students of Information Systems at Universitas Internasional Batam, using a comparison between the anime and live-action versions of One Piece. The research aims to determine which version—2D anime or 3D live action—has a more significant effect in attracting viewers through visual aesthetics and emotional delivery. A quantitative and qualitative approach was used, involving 271 respondents through a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 3, including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that both visual appeal and emotional impact significantly influence audience interest, with emotional impact showing a slightly stronger effect. Additionally, qualitative feedback reveals that anime is favored for its artistic visual and storytelling depth, while live-action is appreciated for its realism and emotional expression. This research provides insights into how different forms of media presentation can affect viewer engagement, which is useful for content creators and media producers.

Abstract

Data security is an essential component of ERP system management, particularly given the increasing cyber dangers in the digital age.  This study assesses the maturity of ERP-based information security at PT BroilerX Yogyakarta using the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard.  The growing dependence on digital platforms in agriculture has expedited the implementation of ERP solutions, like Odoo, to optimize business processes.  This research employs a qualitative descriptive case study methodology to examine the implementation of ten ISO domains, utilizing data gathered from interviews with the IT team and analyzed through the Capability Maturity Model Integration.  The findings indicate that the majority of domains attained a maturity level of 4 (Managed), signifying consistent and thoroughly documented processes, although Human Resource Security and Incident Management remained at level 3 (Defined), highlighting the necessity for enhanced automation and proactive incident management.  These findings underscore both the strengths and flaws in ERP security implementation and offer actionable advice to enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS).  This research contextualizes ISO/IEC 27001:2013 within a poultry agritech enterprise, thereby enhancing understanding of the integration of international security standards in technology-driven agribusiness and providing practical insights for similar organizations aiming to bolster their resilience against cyber threats.
