Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has driven institutions, including vocational training centers, to adapt by utilizing online platforms for information dissemination and promotion. This study aims to design and develop a company profile website for LPK Teratai Gogakuin Indonesia to serve as a digital marketing tool and enhance the accessibility of information for the public. Using a software engineering approach comprising the stages of Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation, the website was developed with Laravel and the MVC architecture. Key features include a welcoming message, information on activities, recruitment procedures, staff profiles, and contact details. The site’s design emphasizes responsiveness, user-friendly navigation, and visual consistency. Testing results indicate that all features function correctly, supporting the institution's goal of increasing visibility and engagement through a professional, easily accessible web presence. This website serves not only as an information portal but also as a strategic means to strengthen the institution’s brand and reach prospective learners and partners more effectively.   Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong lembaga, termasuk pusat pelatihan kejuruan, untuk beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan platform daring untuk penyebaran informasi dan promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan situs web profil perusahaan LPK Teratai Gogakuin Indonesia sebagai alat pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi bagi publik. Menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari tahapan Perencanaan Persyaratan, Lokakarya Desain, dan Implementasi, situs web dikembangkan dengan Laravel dan arsitektur MVC. Fitur-fitur utama meliputi pesan sambutan, informasi tentang kegiatan, prosedur rekrutmen, profil staf, dan detail kontak. Desain situs menekankan pada responsivitas, navigasi yang ramah pengguna, dan konsistensi visual. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berfungsi dengan benar, mendukung tujuan lembaga untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan keterlibatan melalui kehadiran web yang profesional dan mudah diakses. Situs web ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai portal informasi tetapi juga sebagai sarana strategis untuk memperkuat merek lembaga dan menjangkau calon peserta didik dan mitra secara lebih efektif..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan percepatan pendataan terhadap “Education Managemen Information System (EMIS)” pada lembaga Pendidikan Islam di Lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan cara membangun sebuah gagasan dalam rangka untuk mempercepat pendataan emis. Teknik peneitian yang digunakan dalam membangun gagasan ini adalah melaksanakan serangkaian tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan percepatan pendataan emis melalui: 1) Memaksimalkan sistem pendataan EMIS Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang melalui pembentukan tim emis, 2) Mengatasi kondisi geografis Kabupaten Kupang melalui sistem cluster dan 3) Meningkatkan kemampuan operator Emis lembaga melalui pelatihan. Hasil penelitian dalam membangun gagasan percepatan emis ini adalah: 1) Dibentuknya tim percepatan pendataan emis, 2) Membagi wilayah percepatan pendataan berdasarkan sistem cluster yaitu: Untuk Cluster A, yang diberi nama “CARSU”, meliputi wilayah Kecamatan Camplong, Takari, dan Sulamu, Cluster B, diberi nama “AKUT” meliputi wilayah Kecamatan Amarasi, dan Kupang Timur dan Cluster C, diberi nama “KUTEBAR” meliputi wilayah Kecamatan Kupang Tengah dan Kupang barat dan 3) Dilakukan peningkatan kemampuan operator lembaga melalui kegiatan sinkronisasi dan validasi data EMIS.

Abstract

Perkembanganya manajemen rantai pasokan hijau (GSCM) telah dipelajari secara ekstensif, tetapi kurangnya pandangan yang jelas tentang peningkatan kinerja yang timbul dari penerapan praktik-praktik GSCM menghalangi pemahaman penuh tentang konsekuensi yang dihasilkan. Selain itu, masih ada upaya terbatas untuk memahami sifat kontinjensi bagaimana kinerja ditingkatkan dalam konteks ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan apakah penerapan GSCM menghasilkan trade-off antara keberlanjutan dan profitabilitas serta menguji efek moderasi dari sistem informasi hijau (green information system/GIS) terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Data survei dikumpulkan dari 189 sektor usaha yang bergerak di indusri otomotif yang beroperasi di Indonesia dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi hirarkis yang dimoderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan GSCM dapat menimbulkan trade-off, yang menunjukkan pandangan paradoks antara peningkatan keberlanjutan dan penurunan profitabilitas. penulis menyebut fenomena ini sebagai kekeliruan GSCM yang menguntungkan. Menariknya, tingkat GIS yang tinggi ditemukan secara positif memoderasi hubungan antara praktik GSCM dan kinerja ekonomi. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengetahuan tentang GSCM dengan menjelaskan pandangan yang beragam tentang adopsi GSCM dan dampak ekonominya. Selajutnya, penelitian ini memberi arahan baru untuk menyeimbangkan antara keberlanjutan dan profitabilitas, berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori GSCM yang lebih kuat.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the market’s reaction to information content during earnings announcements from the viewpoint of changes in the book-to-market ratio. Research methodology: This study used a quantitative approach and an event study methodology as the primary measurement. It applies a market model based on Indonesia’s equity market daily stock returns to analyze the cumulative average abnormal returns in firms with upward/downward book-to-market value changes. Results: The findings reveal that stock prices in Indonesia's stock equity grew significantly above the firms' book values, indicating that investors pay more attention to expected future returns than the accounting value. This study also reveals that changes in book value may cause more significant changes in market value, following the direction of information content. The study found that the market is more sensitive to bad news than to good news and noted a significant relationship between book-to-market and post-earnings announcement abnormal returns. Limitations: This  study did not cover the long-term impact of the long-horizon test. A long-horizon test may provide evidence of market efficiency from the long-term perspective. Accordingly, this study suggests an issue for future research.   Contribution:  This study contributes to the literature by suggesting that testing market efficiency from the view of changes in book-to-market provides robust grounds to explain the market reaction to good or bad news information content. Novelty: Our findings show that Rp. One adjustment in book value in the Indonesian stock market corresponds to an average value of Rp. 16.43 adjustment in market value. This result implies that book value changes can lead to more significant changes in the market value.

Abstract

Internal control and Accounting Information System are closely related. In the cash receipts and disbursements cycle, the use of AIS is a necessity because there is a significant risk of misappropriation, thus requiring strict supervision of cash. Companies are expected to utilize AIS technology carefully to enhance effectiveness. The research aims to measure the effectiveness level of the Cash Receipts and Disbursements AIS in supporting internal control, which will be further examined from an Islamic perspective. This is a qualitative research where primary and secondary data are sourced from interviews and documentation. Data analysis is descriptive and qualitative, combined with a checklist method using Dean J. Champions' formula to measure the AIS effectiveness, which serves as the basis for evaluating whether the AIS can support internal control at PT. Haleyora Power Region 7 Lampung.The measurement results based on quality standards and Sharia principles show a score of 100%, and the evaluation indicates that the AIS has proven to be effective in supporting the internal control procedures at PT. Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly affected the company's Accounting Information System (SIA), especially data processing moving from manual to computerized. The purpose of this article is to find out the use of Accounting Information Systems to Optimize the Company's Financial Statements by using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to synthesize the findings of studies related to the use of SIA in optimizing the company's financial statements. The results of the study show that SIA plays a role as a tool to facilitate company activities and improve the quality of financial statements. The close relationship between information technology and SIA makes a positive contribution to the effectiveness of planning, control, analysis, decision-making, and presentation of financial statements. The benefits of SIA include transparency of business data, function as a comprehensive decision-making system, and the development of a systematic internal control system. In the competitive era, companies need to continue to make technological changes to increase their competitive advantage through the use of SIA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Transaksi dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada platform e-commerce Shopee, dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Politeknik Belitung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-verifikatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Transaksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Begitu pula dengan Kualitas Layanan yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 65,8% terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keandalan sistem transaksi dan kualitas layanan yang prima merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan e-commerce. Oleh karena itu, Shopee perlu terus meningkatkan integrasi teknologi informasi serta pelayanan yang responsif dan berkualitas guna mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee information systems, employee competence, and person-job fit on the performance of XYZ Puskesmas employees, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and data collection through questionnaires distributed to XYZ Health Center employees. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that employee information systems, employee competence, and person-job fit had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving good information systems, increasing competence, and job placement in accordance with individual abilities will increase job satisfaction, which in turn has an impact on improving overall employee performance.

Abstract

Background : The current problem of students and the community in searching for boarding house information only relies on information from friends, relatives or manual searches in searching for boarding house availability. Currently, the availability of information service provider platforms for boarding houses is now abundant, especially those based on websites or android-based. Boarding house information services based on websites or android-based only provide general information related to boarding house information, have not been able to provide comprehensive information. Objective : The purpose of this study is the KosyFinder e-commerce platform integrated with the Web Geographic Information System (WebGis) and Expert System which can help users in choosing a boarding as needed. Method : The research method used is Research and Development using the waterfall development model and the certainty factor (CF) method in diagnosing the health of the residential environment around the boarding house. Result : The results of this study were able to produce an e-commerce application product KosyFinder that was able to be integrated with WebGis and expert systems. The results of expert testing and user testing obtained a final value of 3.8 (very suitable), which means that the resulting system can be used. Conclusion : The platform that develops is functioning properly and as expected in accordance with the results of expert and user testing in the category is very appropriate.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of information system implementation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Laskar Teknik Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data were collected from 32 employees and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of information systems has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by providing relevant data and supporting efficient decision-making processes. Similarly, work discipline plays a crucial role in enhancing employee motivation and productivity. The study concludes that these two factors complement each other in improving overall organizational performance, aligning with previous research findings in various sectors.
