Abstract

Learning management sytems (LMS) play a crucial role to an academic process in a modern university, LMS systems facilitate an online learning process and help teach and it students to connect. This system is considered vital by its nature to ensure a smooth academic process, that’s why keeping the sensitive data and information that are contained in it are a must and ensuring the security are top priority.Whereheas LMS that are used in Pradita University havent got its system information audited. By using COBIT 5 developed by ISACA gives a solution to align IT with the organization goals, ensure its security, manage risk and threats and also manage compliance to a current policy. The main goal of this research is to understand its IT management, Especially on Security sector and Service request incident that contained in COBIT 5 domains like DSS02, DSS04, DSS05 and how this information system compliance to external regulations that already stated by an external organization as contained in MEA03 domain. And the result of its maturity level that have been assesed on Domain DSS02 is 2 DSS04 level 3 DSS05 level 5 and MEA03 is on level 3. That makes LMS aswaya have an average of 2.5 on its maturity level and have 0,5 gap from the expected level of 3. This shown because most of the processes on LMS Aswaya are Repeatable but inituitive.

Abstract

The development of website technology has encouraged digital transformation in various sectors, especially in the provision of information services. The website not only acts as a medium for delivering information, but also as a means of interaction between service providers and users. However, there are still many institutions that have not optimized the potential of the website to the fullest to build sustainable relationships with users. The result of this research is the design of a Social CRM-Based Website Framework for Enhanced Information Services. The Social CRM model enables two-way interaction, real-time feedback monitoring, and digital community management that supports openness and active user participation. The application of this model is directed at optimizing information services through improving the quality of communication, responsiveness, and personalization of content based on user needs. The results show that the majority of users want a website that is easy to access, informative, and integrated with social media, especially Facebook. The number of respondents in this study was 150 respondents, and the application of the Quicksort Algorithm for data analysis. This study proposes a Social CRM-based website framework to enhance user engagement in academic information services. Using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, the system was developed and evaluated through a System Usability Scale (SUS) with 106 users. The results showed a usability score of 72 (Good). Integration with Facebook showed positive engagement, although data privacy concerns were noted.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the challenges faced by village administrations in managing public services that remain highly manual, inefficient, and prone to errors. This study aims to design an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Village Information System to improve administrative efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach through requirement analysis, system design, prototype development, integration of an AI Generative Model and a Natural Language Processing (NLP) chatbot, followed by functional testing using the Black-box method and usability evaluation with the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that functional testing achieved a 95% pass rate and the SUS evaluation scored 87.0, placing the system in the “Excellent” category. These findings indicate that the system effectively automates document creation, validates citizen data, and supports interactive services through an NLP-based chatbot. The study contributes to the modernization of digital village governance in Indonesia by demonstrating how AI integration can reduce administrative workload, minimize errors, and enhance service quality.

Abstract

This study analyzed the performance of SMEs influenced by information communication technology, supply chain management, and competitive advantage. The researcher selected the bakpia-producing SMEs in Sleman Regency as the population in this study. This research analyzed the data collected from the questionnaires using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method using the SmartPLS v.3.2.7 software. The results of this study show that not all hypotheses are accepted. The first hypothesis is accepted where supply chain management positively affects competitive advantage. Supply chain management also affects SME performance positively; thus, the second hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the third hypothesis is accepted, where information communication technology positively affects supply chain management. Two hypotheses are not accepted. The first is the fourth hypothesis: information and communication technology do not affect competitive advantage. The second is the fifth hypothesis: competitive advantage does not affect SME performance. The research team suggests bakpia-producing SMEs to improve information and communication technology and supply chain management practices.

Abstract

The arrest of Bandung Mayor Yana Mulyana by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has sparked widespread media attention, which has been intensively reporting on the case. In response to this situation, the Bandung City Communication and Information Agency (Diskominfo) has strengthened its relationship with the mass media to maintain the image of the city government. This study analyzes the Diskominfo media relations strategy in managing publications amidst the crisis. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with data analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings show that Diskominfo utilizes various strategies to reduce negative images, such as press releases, press conferences, and cooperation with the media. The relationship between Diskominfo and the mass media is interpreted as mutually beneficial cooperation; the media obtains easier access to information, while Diskominfo can convey positive narratives to the public. However, this relationship raises concerns from the public regarding the potential for reducing media independence. In conclusion, Diskominfo's media relations strategy effectively manages the crisis, although a balance is needed to maintain transparency and independence of the news.

Abstract

Introduction: This study examines the effect of cost accounting information on the increase in company value and the fulfillment of stakeholder responsibilities in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016–2021. Research Methods: The research uses simple linear regression for causality testing, one-way ANOVA, and independent sample tests for comparative analysis, with a 5% significance level. Results: The findings show that cost accounting information significantly affects firm value, particularly in calculating cost of goods manufactured. Higher firm value improves the company's ability to meet its obligations to stakeholders, including paying dividends to shareholders, covering loan interest to creditors, paying salaries to employees, and fulfilling tax responsibilities to the government. Conclusion: The study also identifies significant differences among public cement companies regarding firm size, dividend payments, tax burden, and interest expenses. However, salary expenses did not show significant differences. These results highlight the strategic importance of accurate cost accounting in enhancing financial performance and maintaining stakeholder trust.
