Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Human Resources Information System (HRIS) dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Gorontalo secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang yang diperoleh proses sampling jenuh. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis kuantitatif inferensial regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Human Resources Information System (HRIS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Gorontalo dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 21,50%. (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Gorontalo dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 39,50%. (3) Human Resources Information System (HRIS) dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Gorontalo dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar sebesar 61,00%. Sisanya sebesar 39,00% dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti kompetensi karyawan, motivasi karyawan, lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, kompensasi, pengawasan kerja hingga pengembangan karir karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), dengan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen dianggap sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian tersebut melibatkan 122 UMKM yang beroperasi di Kota Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Warp PLS 8.0 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Temuannya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan total quality management terhadap kinerja UMKM. Selain itu, sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen juga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM. Namun, sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen terlihat tidak memoderasi dampak total quality management terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

Sistem human resource information system telah menjadi salah satu fasilitas penting dalam mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara efektif. Riset ini bertujuan guna menganalisa dampak human resource information system pada kinerja karyawan lewat time management. Metode kuantitatif dipakai pada riset ini. Populasi riset meliputi karyawan yang terdapat di perusahaan CV Laksana Karoseri, dengan total sampel 133 responden. Alat pengolah data riset ini dibangun pada platform perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau informasi sumber daya manusia berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sistem informasi sumber daya manusia berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, manajemen waktu berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta sistem informasi sumber daya manusia berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan lewat manajemen waktu. Abstract

Kemajuan dalam komputasi modern, khususnya klasifikasi, telah membantu manusia dalam mengklasifikasikan berbagai tugas yang memakan waktu dan komputasi yang mahal, salah satunya adalah klasifikasi kualitas susu sapi. Pengklasifikasian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengurangi kemungkinan beredarnya susu dengan kualitas buruk di masyarakat. Data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 429 susu kualitas rendah, 374 susu kualitas menengah, dan 256 susu kualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini menguji performa algoritma klarifikasi K-nearest neighbor dan naïve Bayes dengan menggunakan teknik seleksi fitur information gain dan tanpa seleksi fitur information gain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan performa KNN mengalami peningkatan rata-rata akurasi sebesar 1,04 persen dengan perhitungan jarak Euclid dan 0,92 persen dengan perhitungan jarak Manhattan ketika menggunakan lima fitur. Sedangkan performa naïve Bayes mengalami penurunan akurasi sebesar 3,48 persen. Perlakuan yang berbeda tersebut memiliki perbedaan akurasi yang signifikan.

Abstract

Human Resource Development of Islamic Boarding Schools in Mastering Information Technology in Pringsewu Regency. Objective: This study aims to analyze the development of human resources in Islamic boarding schools in Pringsewu Regency in mastering information technology as a response to the Industrial 4.0 era. Methods: The study uses a mixed method research approach with a case study design, involving operators, managers, administrators, and ustadz/ustadzah selected through purposive sampling. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analyzed descriptively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings: The findings indicate that mastery of information technology in Islamic boarding schools remains suboptimal due to limited infrastructure, inadequate internet access, and a lack of technological devices. Additionally, most teaching staff and managers lack IT-related educational backgrounds, hindering the effective integration of technology in both learning and administrative systems. While some Islamic boarding schools have started using digital platforms such as e-learning and social media, their usage remains limited. Conclusion: The study concludes that enhancing HR capacity requires improved infrastructure, IT training for educators and managers, and better utilization of digital technology. These efforts will help Islamic boarding schools in Pringsewu adapt to the digital era, enhance educational quality, and strengthen their competitiveness in the education and technology sectors. Keywords: islamic boarding school, human resources, information technology.

Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: clarasendy@student.ub.ac.id Abstract This research addresses legal issues related to the legal loophole regarding Preparatory Acts protecting Copyright Management Information under Article 7 of the Copyright Law. Preparatory Acts, such as the actions of producing, importing, offering to the public, providing, or trading devices that are created or designed solely to facilitate violations involving the removal, alteration, or destruction of Copyright Management Information, can infringe on the Copyright owned by the Creator and/or Copyright Holder. Based on this background, the problems formulated in this thesis include: 1) What is the urgency of regulating Preparatory Acts in the protection of Copyright Management Information under Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and 2) What are the appropriate regulatory recommendations for Preparatory Acts in the protection of Copyright Management Information as viewed from the WIPO Internet Treaties, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and the German Copyright Act? This thesis employs a normative juridical research method, using statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. The primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials obtained will be analysed using grammatical, extensive, and comparative law interpretation methods. The research results indicate that there are devices created or designed solely to facilitate violations involving the removal, alteration, or destruction of Copyright Management Information. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate Preparatory Acts related to Copyright Management Information to prevent such violations. Preparatory Acts seperti tindakan memproduksi, mengimpor, menawarkan kepada publik, menyediakan, atau memperdagangkan perangkat-perangkat yang diciptakan atau dirancang semata-mata khusus untuk memfasilitasi tindakan pelanggaran menghilangkan, mengubah, atau merusak Informasi Manajemen Hak Cipta dapat melanggar Hak Cipta yang dimiliki Pencipta dan/atau Pemegang Hak Cipta. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, rumusan masalah yang diangkat pada skripsi ini antara lain: 1) Bagaimana urgensi pengaturan Preparatory Acts pada perlindungan Informasi Manajemen Hak Cipta dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta?; dan 2) Bagaimana rekomendasi pengaturan yang tepat terkait dengan Preparatory Acts pada perlindungan Informasi Manajemen Hak Cipta ditinjau dari WIPO Internet Treaties, Digital Millenium Copyright Act, dan German Copyright Act. Dari hasil penelitian, penulis memperoleh jawaban bahwa terdapat perangkat-perangkat yang diciptakan atau dirancang semata- mata khusus untuk memfasilitasi tindakan pelanggaran menghilangkan, mengubah, atau merusak Informasi Manajemen Hak Cipta. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the 2024 General Election with the Use of the Recapitulation Information System and to determine and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the 2024 general election with the use of the Recapitulation Information System. This study uses an empirical legal research method, with the research location in Makassar City and its location at the General Election Commission of South Sulawesi Province. Data was collected through interview techniques and literature studies, which were then analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the 2024 General Election with the Use of the Recapitulation Information System has not been fully effective because there are still many obstacles that hinder the use of the Recapitulation Information System such as inadequate networks, devices that are not supportive. In addition, many Voting Organizer Groups still do not understand and understand the Recapitulation Information System. As a recommendation in order to increase the Effectiveness of the Use of the Recapitulation Information System in the General Election, the government needs to add and update facilities and infrastructure, especially those related to networks and devices. The General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia needs to upgrade the Recapitulation Information System so that it is easy to access. The General Election Commission of South Sulawesi Province needs to provide special training to the Voting Organizing Groups. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 dengan Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi dan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan pemilihan umum Tahun 2024 dengan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris, dengan lokasi penelitian di Kota Makassar dan tempatnya di Komisi Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui Teknik wawancara dan studi pustaka, yang kemudian di analisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 dengan Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi belum sepenuhnya efektif dikarenakan masih banyak kendala yang menghambat penggunaan Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi seperti jaringan yang kurang memadai, perangkat yang kurang mendukung. Di tambah dengan Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara masih banyak yang belum mengerti dan paham dengan Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi. Sebagai rekomendasi dalam rangka meningkatkan Efektivitas Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi pada Pemilihan Umum agar pemerintah perlu menambah dan memperbaharui sarana dan prasarana terutama yang berkaitan dengan jaringan dan perangkat. Komisi Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia perlu mengupgrade Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi sehingga mudah untuk diakses. Komisi Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan perlu mengadakan pelatihan khusus kepada para Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology highlights the importance of understanding Management Information Systems (MIS) in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational decision-making. This study aims to explain the basic concepts of MIS, its components, and its benefits in a management context. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant journals and books. The research findings indicate that MIS is an integration of people, machines, procedures, and information technology designed to produce quality information. MIS not only improves the quality of managerial decisions but also accelerates workflow and improves overall organizational performance. By understanding MIS thoroughly, organizations can more easily adapt to change and remain competitive.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services is a crucial phenomenon in the modern era of governance, which demands efficiency, transparency, and accountability. One effort undertaken by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is the implementation of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH), which is expected to improve the quality of marriage registration services across all Religious Affairs Offices (KUA). This study aims to analyze the implementation of SIMKAH at the KUA in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, by examining supporting factors, obstacles, and its impact on public services. A qualitative case study approach was used, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data were then analyzed using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, which encompasses aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, and is supported by theories of good governance and e-government. The results indicate that the implementation of SIMKAH has brought positive changes in terms of service efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency in administrative processes. However, it faces challenges such as limited digital infrastructure, technological literacy, and resistance from some members of the public to the use of new technologies. This study recommends increasing human resource capacity, strengthening technological infrastructure, and implementing a more intensive outreach strategy to maximize SIMKAH's future use.

Abstract

Information technology has now become an important part of spatial data management for sustainable geopsasial information planning and development. This research aims to develop webgis routing applications using open source GIS technology capable of providing dynamic routing systems, completing effective routing, and displaying route search results. The system is built with Client-Server architecture design consisting of QGIS as GIS software, OSM as open spatial data provider, HTML, CSS, Javascript as basic programming language, Leaflet, Boostrap, and JQuery as mapping library, XAMPP as Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS as spatial database management system, Dijkstra as route engine library and PHP as REST API for Web Development Backend. The results showed that the routing WebGIS application was able to run well in finding routes based on the Point of Interest (POI) entered and be able to display the results of alternative routes when there were road closures. Based on the results of the study, the conclusion is the use of open source technology is able to produce a dynamic routing, can be modified, easy in maintenance, and many library options for web mapping.
