Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of Officer Interpersonal Communication and Information Technology Utilization on the Quality of Passport Services at South Jakarta Special Class I Non-Checkpoint Immigration Office. The quality of public services in the digital age demands synergy between technological efficiency and the humanism of interaction, which is the background that prompted this research. The method used is a mixed methods approach with data collected from 284 respondents. The regression test results show that both variables positively and significantly influence Service Quality, with a contribution of 87.7%. Partially, the Utilization of Information Technology is proven to be the more dominant factor in determining applicant satisfaction. Nevertheless, descriptive analysis and qualitative findings identified Interpersonal Communication, particularly the aspect of Empathy, as a major weakness most frequently cited by applicants, necessitating specific communication adaptation training. In conclusion, to achieve excellent service, the necessary strategy is a balanced one that leverages technological dominance for efficiency while also investing in improving staff empathy to create supportive and accountable interactions.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Permenkes RI Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 tentang Rekam Medis, seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan harus menyelenggarakan RME sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam peraturan tersebut paling lambat tanggal 31 Desember 2023. Analisis kesiapan diperlukan sebelum melaksanakan RME untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan pelaksanaan RME dengan metode doctor’s office quality-information technology (DOQ-IT) pada aspek sumber daya manusia (SDM), budaya kerja organisasi, tata kelola kepemimpinan, dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan petugas RSUD Kajen yang akan mengoperasikan RME. Kesiapan pelaksanaan RME di RSUD Kajen memperoleh nilai 91,44 dengan rata-rata 3,2. Nilai tersebut berarti RSUD Kajen cukup siap dalam melaksanakan RME. RSUD Kajen sebaiknya menyusun kebijakan terkait reward, anggaran untuk peningkatan kapasitas PPA dan pemeliharan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, serta dilakukan identifikasi SDM agar kesiapannya lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Digital Health Transformation requires health facilities to develop Electronic Medical Records (EMR) according to predetermined data standards. This research aims to develop a prototype of the Semarang Ministry of Health Polytechnic Primary Clinic RME which can be integrated with the SATUSEHAT portal. The EMR Primary Clinic prototype is prepared by analyzing system needs and designing prototypes to build a prototype. The subjects of the study were doctors, dentists, and administrative officers. The object of the study was the EMR Primary Clinic of Health Polytechnic of Semarang. The prototype results are compiled simple design but can include standard interoperability of data.  Registration data includes all data standards in KMK 1423 of 2022. The EMR prototype can record all the clinical data and administrative data needed in the EMR. The test results show that this EMR prototype can accommodate the needs of primary care clinics and meet the data standards set by "SATUSEHAT". The implementation of this system is expected to facilitate the improvement of the quality of health services in primary clinics, as well as support efforts to integrate national health data more effectively and efficiently. This research also provides recommendations for further development to improve the functionality and interoperability of the system in the future

Abstract

Pengelolaan dokumen menggunakan sistem yang berbasis elektronik di fasyankes adalah Rekam Medis Elektronik yang merupakan sistem informasi kesehatan yang wajib diterapkan oleh seluruh fasyankes di Indonesia. Adanya keterbatasan ruang rekam medis serta untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelyanan terhadap pasien merupakan motivasi untuk menerapkan rekam medis rekam medis elektronik. Penilaian kesiapan pengimplementasian rekam medis elektronik perlu dilakukan untuk optimalisasi penerapan rekam medis elektronik. Untuk menganalisis kesiapan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf dalam menerapkan rekam medis elektronik dengan menggunakan metode Doctor’s Office Quality Information Technology. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuisioner, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu selurih staff rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 36 tenaga, analisa kesiapan enggunakan EHR Readiness Starter Assesment dari DOQ-IT. Total kesiapan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf dalam menerapkan rekam medis elektronik adalah 122,69 berada pada range III yang artinya Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf sangat siap dalam menerapkan rekam medis elektronik, kesiapan rekam medis dapat diurutkan mulai dari infrastruktur IT (skor ; 4,49), kesiapan sumber daya manusia (skor ; 4,47), kesiapan tata kelola kepemimpinan (skor ; 4,38), dan kesiapan budaya kerja organisasi (skor ; 4,27). Rumah sakit sangat siap dalam penerapan Rekam Medis Elektonik, namun belum mendapatkan nilai sempurna dikarenakan setiap variabel mendapatkan nilai yang berbeda.

Abstract

Cash is an asset that plays an important role in the running of a company's operational activities. Cash holding is the amount of cash and cash equivalents held by a company to meet operational needs, investments, and other sudden needs. Companies usually hold cash to meet obligations, manage risks, and take advantage of investment opportunities. Cash holding is cash held by a company to meet daily activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of accounting conservatism and cash flow on cash holding with information asymmetry as a moderating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with a non-participant observation method. The sample used in this study was 162 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using MiniTab 19. The results of the study show that: (1) Accounting Conservatism does not have a significant effect on Cash Holding (2) Cash Flow does not have a significant effect on Cash Holding (3) Information Asymmetry has a significant effect on Cash Holding (4) Information Asymmetry does not strengthen or moderate Accounting Conservatism on Cash Holding (5) Information Asymmetry does not strengthen or moderate Cash Flow on Cash Holding.

Abstract

This study examines how accounting information systems and e-commerce adoption affect the operational performance of MSMEs. As digital transformation and efficient financial reporting become increasingly important for business sustainability, this study investigates their role in enhancing MSME growth. Using a quantitative approach, this study collected data through a survey distributed to MSME owners in Surabaya, Indonesia. Multiple linear regression analysis, conducted using SPSS, showed that a robust accounting system significantly improved market expansion and sales performance. The findings highlight that the integration of digital tools in financial management and the utilization of e-commerce platforms can improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall competitiveness for MSMEs in today’s digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting knowledge, accounting training, and business experience on using accounting information (an empirical study on MSMEs in Boyolali). This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was all MSMEs in Boyolali. The sampling technique in this study. Using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. This study uses primary and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study show that accounting knowledge affects the use of accounting information. Accounting training has no significant effect on the use of accounting information. Business Experience has a significant effect on the Use of Accounting Information.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Board Gender Diversity (BGD), Board Size, Return on Assets (ROA), Leverage, and Current Ratio on Forward-Looking Information Disclosures (FLID) in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that published annual reports from 2020 to 2021. The sample consists of 90 companies over the 2020–2021 period. Based on predetermined criteria and using purposive sampling, a total of 82 companies were selected for analysis. The data were processed using multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The results of the study show that: (1) Board Gender Diversity (BGD) has a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure; (2) Board of Directors (BOD) does not have a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure; (3) Return on Assets (ROA) does not have a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure; (4) Leverage does not have a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure, indicating that the company’s debt level is not a major consideration in disclosing forward-looking information; and (5) Current Ratio (CR) has a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure.

Abstract

Pelatihan Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang efektif sangatlah krusial bagi kontraktor skala kecil untuk meningkatkan adopsi teknologi ini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan penerapan Critical Event Model (CEM) sebagai pendekatan yang berpusat pada peserta pelatihan. Perencanaan pelatihan BIM ini memaparkan sembilan tahapan dalam penerapan CEM, mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan hingga evaluasi dan umpan balik. Setiap tahapan difokuskan pada memastikan program pelatihan relevan dan efektif bagi peserta. Perencanan pelatihan BIM ini menekankan pentingnya evaluasi dan penyempurnaan berkelanjutan, serta komitmen dari semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk kontraktor, instruktur, dan penyedia pelatihan. Dengan menggabungkan CEM dengan praktik terbaik ini, program pelatihan BIM dapat secara optimal membekali kontraktor skala kecil dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan untuk sukses dalam proyek BIM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of information technology in improving the efficiency of supply chain management at JS Store Florist in Samarinda City. This study is motivated by the rapid development of information technology and its role in supporting supply chain management, especially for small-scale businesses. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, document study, and literature study. Data analysis was conducted using the SWOT analysis method. The results showed that the use of information technology can improve supply chain management efficiency, as seen from the savings in operating costs of IDR 1,300,000 per month, or equivalent to 17.21%. This proves that the application of information technology at JS Store Florist is capable of improving the efficiency of supply chain management. The use of marketplaces, digital recording, and online ordering strategies has been proven to accelerate production and distribution, as well as providing recommendations for the development of a more integrated digital ordering system to strengthen competitiveness and business sustainability in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the florist business.
