Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan salah satu teknologi yang mempresentasikan digital dari karakteristik fisik dan fungsional dari suatu bangunan yang memuat informasi mengenai bangunan tersebut. Salah satu software yang mendukung konsep Building Information Modeling ialah software Autodesk Revit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung dengan menerapkankonsep BIM serta mendapatkan output volume pada pekerjaan cat dinding, pintu, dan jendela untuk setiap ruangan tiap lantai sebagai referensi pengambilan keputusan pada pemeliharaan dan perawatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data as built drawing dan juga tinjauan lapangan. Pemodelan diawali dengan mengatur satuan, membuat grid dan level, membuat family struktur serta memodelkannya, membuat family arsitektur serta memodelkannya, membuat identity data, melakukan clash check, selanjutnya mengeluarkan hasil volume sesuai tujuan penelitian. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung menggunakan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) lebih efektif karena output volume yang didapatkan tidak hanya secara menyeluruh tetapi dapatdikhususkan pada lantai maupun ruangan tertentu.Kata kunci : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan

Abstract

AbstractThe use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an alternative solution to optimize the time for each step of work in a project. This study aims to determine the duration of scheduling with the normal and overtime method accompanied by the addition of heavy equipment and to determine the stages of planning with the application of 4-Dimensional BIM. The analytical method used is the implementation of a 4D Scheduling Simulation in Building 6th of the State University Education Hospital (RSPTN), University of Lampung. The calculation result by using the scenario of labor use with a normal duration of 8 hours/day showed that the completion of the work takes 272 days. After crashing with the addition of working hours (overtime) for 3 hours and the addition of heavy equipment, the duration was reduced to 200 days with a difference of 72 days. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the use of crashing method increases time efficiency by 36% higher than duration planning using the normal method and the application of BIM 4D can provide solutions that can be used as a reference in understanding engineering and construction plans.Keywords: Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4D Scheduling Simulation, Building 6th RSPTNAbstrakPenggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan solusi alternatif untuk pengoptimalan penggunaan waktu tiap tahap pekerjaan dalam suatu proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan dan mengetahui durasi penjadwalan dengan metode normal dan lembur yang disertai penambahan alat berat serta mengetahui tahapan perencanaan dengan penerapan BIM 4 Dimensi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan penerapan 4D Scheduling Simulation pada Gedung 6 Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (RSPTN) Universitas Lampung. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan skenario penggunaan tenaga kerja dengan durasi normal selama 8 jam/hari menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian pekerjaan membutuhkan waktu selama 272 hari. Setelah dilakukan crashing dengan penambahan jam kerja (lembur) selama 3 jam serta penambahan alat berat didapat pengurangan durasi menjadi 200 hari dengan perbedaan selisih waktu 72 hari. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasannya penggunaan metode crashing meningkatkan efisiensi waktu 36% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perencanaan durasi menggunakan metode normal serta penerapan BIM 4D dapat memberikan solusi yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pemahaman teknik dan rencana konstruksi.Kata kunci: Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4D Scheduling Simulation, Gedung 6 RSPTN

Abstract

One of the effective and efficient to facilitate operational and maintenance process for a building, technologies in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) is needed. One of them is Building Information Modeling (BIM) that be able to model a building in 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D. 3D is parametric modeling, 4D is material scheduling, workers, area, time and others. 5D is cost estimation and part list, 6D is energy analyst, conflict detection and environmental impact consideration and 7D is facility management. Software that include in BIM category is Autodesk Revit. This Research take a case study of Online Examination System Building and Archives of UPBJJ-UT Lampung. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of applying the Building Information Modeling (BIM) concept which latter will be used for operational and maintenance and to know the result of the modeling to review several volumes which latter will be used for operational and maintenance of building such as paint,doors, windows, and ceramics. The work reviewed includes architectural work without carrying out the cost estimate calculation process from the aspect of Construction Management and MEP. In the maintenance scenario for the entire floor, the material requirements are 470,0641 kg of wall base paint, 718,5397 kg of finishing paint, 45 doors, 56 windows and 2996,29026 pieces of cheramics. Key words : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, Operational and MaintenanceSalah satu cara efektif serta efisien untuk mempermudah dalam proses pemeliharaan dan perawatan  dalam suatu gedung yaitu menggunakan teknologi dalam bidang AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). Salah satunya yaitu dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang dapat memodelkan bangunan gedung dalam model  3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D. Dimana 3D merupakan pemodelan parametik, 4D merupakan runtutan dalam penjadwalan material, pekerja, luasan area, waktu dan lain-lain, 5D merupakan estimasi biaya dan part list, 6D merupakan analisis energi dan deteksi konflik serta pertimbangan dampak lingkungan, 7D merupakan fasilitaas manajemen. Software yang termasuk dalam katagori BIM salah satunya adalah Autodesk Revit. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus Gedung Sistem Ujian Online dan Arsip UPBJJ-UT Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui hasil dari penerapan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang nantinya digunakan untuk kebutuhan pemeliharaan dan perawatan serta mengetahui hasil pemodelan yang dilakukan untuk meninjau beberapa volume pekerjaan yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk perawatan dan pemeliharaan gedung seperti cat, pintu, jendela dan keramik. Pekerjaan yang ditinjau meliputi pekerjaan arsitektur tanpa melakukan proses perhitungan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) dari aspek Manajemen Konstruksi dan MEP. Pada skenario pemeliharaan seluruh lantai  didapat kebutuhan  material yaitu kebutuhan cat dinding

Abstract

Indonesia's development in the construction sector is progressing very rapidly. With the increasing number of developments in Indonesia, the scale and types of work projects in the field of civil engineering are also increasingly varied. In infrastructure development there needs to be a good system and management. This good system and management can be found in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in project implementation. BIM is a process of generating and managing building data in 3D in its project cycle where it can help human limitations in managing data and managing large resources and complex work systems so that errors can be minimized and projects can be analyzed in more depth (Succar , 2008). The purpose of this study was to conduct a study on the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in non-structural modeling of Building B, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung using the Autodesk Revit 2019 software. From the results of the research conducted, non-structural modeling in the form of modeling windows, walls, ceramics , doors and ceilings can be done quickly and well. Then the results of the BoQ comparison between the conventional and Revit methods show a significant difference, this is shown in the difference in brick wall work of -3.91%, the comparison of plastering and plastering work of 6.61%, the difference in the calculation of tiles and bathroom ceilings respectively respectively 3.29% and 4.69%, this is due to differences in calculating the area of brick walls using the conventional method using Revit 2019.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan teknologi digital di bidang Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) yang memasukkan semua informasi dalam model tiga dimensi. Perangkat lunak yang dapat mendukung penerapan BIM salah satunya adalah Autodesk Revit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari penerapan BIM menggunakan software Autodesk Revit 2019, menghasilkan pemodelan pada pekerjaan struktur, dan menganalisis hasil perhitungan volume pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Gedung B sebagai material penelitian untuk dimodelkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemodelan Gedung B Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lampung pada pekerjaan struktur menggunakan software Autodesk Revit 2019 sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi yang sedang berlangsung untuk menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil pemodelan didapatkan nilai total volume tulangan 923850,382 kg dan total volume beton 4424,878 m3. Perbandingan perhitungan volume pekerjaan pada pekerjaan struktur antara hasil dari pemodelan menggunakan software Autodesk Revit 2019 terhadap hasil dari data perencanaan didapatkan selisih lebih besar 18,221% untuk tulangan, disebabkan pada perhitungan Revit lebih detail seperti panjang penyaluran. Volume beton didapatkan lebih kecil 4,108% disebabkan Revit menghitung volume bersih tiap elemen yang menyatu.Kata Kunci: BIM, Revit 2019, Pemodelan, Volume.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of implementing BIM concepts on waste material analysis in type 1 and type 2 column reinforcement. Type 1 column reinforcement refers to the reinforcement applied on each floor separately, while type 2 column reinforcement refers to the reinforcement applied every two floors. In this research, the BIM concept is implemented using Autodesk Revit software. The research process begins with data collection, 3D structural modeling, reinforcement modeling, inputting reinforcement schedule marks, clash detection, outputting the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), cutting lists, and waste material analysis.  The research findings indicate that the total weight of type 1 column reinforcement requirement is 29319.17 kg for D16 and 10232.06 kg for Ø10, with a total weight of waste reinforcement is 2739.17 kg for D16 and 120.64 kg for Ø10. Meanwhile, the total weight of type 2 column reinforcement requirement is 32103.36 kg for D16 and 10232.06 kg for Ø10, with a total weight of waste reinforcement is 6350.03 kg for D16 and 120.64 kg for Ø10. The waste level of type 1 column reinforcement is 9.34% for D16 and 1.18% for Ø10, while the waste level of type 2 column reinforcement is 19.78% for D16 and 1.18% for Ø10. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that type 1 column reinforcement is more effective and efficient compared to type 2 column reinforcement in terms of the weight requirement and waste generated.

Abstract

The rapid development that occurs in the construction sector is important because the construction sector is an important part of the development of a country. The rapid development and high level of project complexity require construction service providers to work more effectively and efficiently. Currently, the development of technology and communication science is able to answer these problems, one of which is by using Building Information Modeling (BIM), which facilitates a more integrated design and construction process in order to obtain efficient results. Stages of research methodology: 1) Preparatory stage; 2) Data collection stage; 3) 3D modelling stage with Autodesk Revit; 4) Clash Check examination stage; 5) Stage of releasing work volume; 6) Stage of preparing The Cost Budget Plan (RAB); 7) Stage of drawing conclusions and presenting results. Overall, the total price difference between the total price using the total volume of work contained in the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) results in a greater total price than using the total volume of work produced by Autodesk Revit, with the following indicators: There is a calculation error in the form of human error in the process of preparing the RAB using the total volume of work contained in the BoQ by planning consultants, such as material double-count errors. From this research, it can be concluded: 1) Modeling with Autodesk Revit greatly speeds up planning work because it is very complex to be applied to various construction projects; 2) The use of BIM is very efficient due to the full-integrity facility; and 3) Output volume issued can minimize human error in calculating work volume manually. Minimizing human error greatly affects the contractor's profit.

Abstract

Land use utilization in a watershed must pay attention to the slope. The slope that will be analyzed is the slope of the Way Pubian Subwatershed, Way Seputih Watershed, Lampung Province. Over time, population growth will increase in the Way Pubian Subwatershed area resulting in land use change which is an important trigger factor for landslides. Perhaps slope mapping has been done in many places, but for the Way Pubian Subwatershed area it has never been done. So it is important to conduct slope mapping in the Way Pubian Subwatershed. The purpose of the study was to conduct slope mapping and its classification using ArcGIS. Based on the results of the analysis with ArcGIS obtained slope map in Way Pubian Subwatershed with five classifications namely flat (0-8%), ramps (8-15%), rather steep (15-25%), steep (25-45%), and very steep (>45%). Way Pubian Subwatershed has an area of 11,562.8762 Ha where 3,026.7852 Ha (26.1767%) is the classification of 25-45% slope class (Steep) which is the largest compared to the area of other classification classes. In the classification class flat (0-8%), ramps (8-15%) and rather steep (15-25%) do not have too much difference. While the very steep classification class (>45%) is the area with the least area. The conclusion is that the slope map is obtained with the largest classification of slope is in the steep class.

Abstract

AbstractCoral reef ecosystems are threatened with extinction. Along with the development of technology, the distribution of coral reefs can be reviewed only by looking at an information map. The purpose of this research is to map coral reef ecotourism on Pahawang Island. So that it is expected to provide information to the community and also island developers related to the condition of the coral reef ecosystem on Pahawang Island. The method used in map processing is sentinel 2A image data processing with the guided classification method in ArcGIS software, while the analysis method is descriptive, which describes the results of the coral reef cover map. The results of the analysis and discussion found that Geographic Information System (GIS) based remote sensing with processed sentinel 2A imagery is very helpful in the process of finding information on the distribution of coral reefs on Pahawang Island. Data processing in ArcGIS software using guided classification methods can be used in order to produce coral cover maps. The results of the coral reef distribution map have an area of 128.64 Ha. The conclusion is that Geographic Information System (GIS) based remote sensing with ArcGIS software can be used to produce coral cover maps. On Pahawang Island, the coral reef cover area of 128.64 Ha was obtained.

Abstract

This research plans the volume and rotation of formwork. Formwork modelling in the LectureBuilding A project of Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung used the concept of BuildingInformation Modeling (BIM). This research aims to model formwork for plate, column and shearwall works and determine the rotation method used in the Lecture Building A project of Faculty ofMedicine, University of Lampung by applying the concept of Building Information Modeling(BIM). The results showed that the formwork volume in Revit was smaller than the BoQ volume inthe project. Expressed the difference in column volume results by 285.03 m2 (36.31%), platevolume of 205.13 m2 (30.63%), and shear wall volume of 26.138 m2 (13.4%). And in theformwork output of the beam structure with the sampling method of the deck floor +25 beam typeB2 (400x250), the total volume result is 33.2639 m2 (4.38%). And then results of the rotationanalysis total volume of formwork required in the shear wall structure amounted to 67,554 m2(40.01 %), 213.39 m2 (42.67 %) of columns, and 195.37 m2 (42.06 %) of plates.Keywords: Formwork, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Volume
