Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh User interface quality dan Information quality terhadap E-customer loyalty dimediasi Oleh E-customer engagement Pada Pengguna Aplikasi Tokopedia Kota Malang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua pengguna Aplikasi Tokopedia yang bedomisili di Malang. Kemudian sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus Rao. Melalui rumus tersebut diperoleh sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Data pada penelitian ini diolah dan di analisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi smart PLS dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan diagram jalur. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data maka diperoleh hasil penelitian: 1. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel user interface quality terhadap e-customer loyalty, variabel information quality terhadap e-customer engagement, variabel e-customer engagement terhadap e-customer loyality dan terdapat kemampuan mediasi e-customer engagement pada pengaruh information quality terhadap e-customer loyalty. 2. Tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel information quality terhadap e-customer loyalty, user interface terhadap e customer engagement, dan variabel mediasi e-customer engagement tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh user interface terhadap e-customer loyalty.Kata kunci: User interface quality, Information quality, E-customer loyalty, E customer engagement.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how mnemonic methods, specifically acronyms and acrostic, impact language information retention among second year BSED-ENGLISH students at a state university in Camarines Sur. The research questions focused on the effects of acronyms and acrostics on retention, the effectiveness of mnemonics in improving retention, and differences in post-test results between comparison and experimental groups while considering pre-test scores. The participants are the 37 respondents from BSED-English 2A and 33 respondents from BSED-English 2B taking the Technical Writing course. A quasi-experimental design used test questionnaires as the primary tool. Statistical methods like frequency count, percentage, mean, and ANCOVA analyzed the data, revealing significant benefits of mnemonic strategies for short and long-term retention. The findings emphasized the importance of mnemonics in enhancing language retention. Educators are urged to integrate mnemonic techniques for improved retention. Future research could explore the long-term impact of mnemonics across subjects and student groups.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the impact of investment in information technology (IT) on the financial performance of private sector banks in Mosul, addressing the strategic importance of IT in organizational development. Method: Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected through an electronic questionnaire distributed to employees in three private banks, covering the period from August 1 to October 18, 2024. The study relied on statistical analysis, including correlation and regression techniques, to test the hypothesized relationships between IT investment and financial performance. Results: The findings reveal a statistically significant impact of IT investment on financial performance, with a computed F-value of 8.648 exceeding the tabular value of 4.089 at a significance level of 0.05. The correlation coefficient (0.431) indicates a strong positive relationship between IT adoption and financial outcomes, emphasizing IT’s critical role in enhancing bank performance. Novelty: This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on IT and productivity by providing empirical evidence from a developing economy, specifically in the banking sector. It underscores the necessity of creating robust IT infrastructure and optimizing IT resources to improve financial performance, offering valuable insights for both practitioners and policymakers in leveraging technology for competitive advantage in dynamic financial environments.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, information systems have a very important role in the company's activities in order to remain competitive in a competitive market. An information system is a component consisting of humans, technology, information and work procedures that process, store, analyze and disseminate information to achieve a goal. In a company or organization, one of the information systems that has an important role is the information system in the HR department or more commonly known as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) which is a system used to collect, record, store, analyze and retrieve data related to HR in a company. Data collection can consist of salaries, compensation, leave, employee performance appraisals, employee benefits, pensions and many more. The purpose of this article will be to discuss the function of HRIS, the role of HRIS, and the benefits of HRIS in an organization or company. Abstract

Year by year, the number of job applicants is increasing even in 2030 Indonesia is estimated to experience a demographic bonus so that the level of demand for job vacancies will be a matter of concern because of the high productive age group. This is closely related to the organization of recruitment, the company should be able to see the opportunities and threats that will come because of the high number of applicants. Currently, the recruitment system is one of the activities that incur the biggest costs of resource management schemes. In addition, the recruitment system by collecting the files of prospective applicants is also an environmental issue because with the traditional system, prospective applicants must submit their applications and become a pile of paper in the company and produce carbon during the transportation process for sending application files. Therefore, companies must start to become aware of and switch to a digital and automated resource management system so that applicants and HRD can share information easily with each other regarding recruitment and applicant data can be stored in one centralized system so that there are no more piles of paper or paperwork. carbon from file delivery transport. That way, the company's goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In addition, the higher goal is to be able to realize a green business to save the environment. The required human resource management system is called the Human resource information system. Seeing the importance of implementing digital recruitment to realize a green business, this research was prepared with the aim of knowing the process of the Human resource information system to be a solution in implementing digital recruitment so as to support the implementation of Green business. This study uses qualitative methods and literature review. The results show that the Human resource information system can be a digital solution for implementing digital recruitment to support Green business because the Human resource information system can be integrated and collect data centrally and is able to reduce paper waste and transportation carbon.

Abstract

The Jeffrey prior is noninformative prior formed from the Fisher information. However, nowadays, Fisher information is extended to generalized fisher information, which has various forms of specifications. Therefore, this paper aims to establish a theoretical framework of the extended Jeffrey prior based on generalized Fisher information as a first step of investigation for future research. The findings of this study are that the form of the extended Jeffrey prior varies depending on the type of generalized fisher information used. However, the posterior formed using the extended Jeffrey prior is not closed-formed and requires a more complex estimation algorithm than the standard algorithm.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan representasi digital dari karakteristik fisik dan karakter fungsional dari suatu bangunan, baik berupa gedung atau bangunan lain yang di dalamnya terdapat semua informasi dimulai dari tahap perencanaan sampai dengan tahap demolisi. Software yang mendukung konsep BIM salah satunya adalah software Autodesk Revit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan Gedung 5 Rumah Sakit Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (RSPTN) Universitas Lampung menggunakan konsep BIM serta mendapatkan data dan informasi volume bangunan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan memodelkan bangunan dengan menjalankan software Autodesk Revit, membuat grid dan level, membuat family struktur serta memodelkannya, memodelkan tulangan struktur, dan membuat family arsitektur serta memodelkannya. Setelah selesai melakukan proses pemodelan 3D maka selanjutnya mengeluarkan informasi volume bangunan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa memodelkan Gedung 5 RSPTN UNILA dengan menggunakan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) dengan bantuan software Autodesk Revit 2019 menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dikarenakan semua informasi seperti elemen struktur dan arsitektur dapat dimodelkan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya, teknologi Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) yang menjalankan program dibidang arsitektur, rekayasa, serta konstruksi kini telah mengembangkan teknologinya menjadi Building Information Modeling (BIM). Salah satu software dari BIM yang dapat digunakan pada aplikasi konstruksi yakni Autodesk Revit, dimana Revit mampu mempresentasikan informasi pada pekerjaan sarana dan prasarana konstruksi. Pada pembangunan gedung Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (RSPTN) Universitas Lampung, sebagian perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang telah dilaksanakan masih menggunakan metode konvensional, sehingga masih kurangnya dokumentasi yang akurat dari proses konstruksi. Berdasarkan hal itu, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) menggunakan software Autodesk Revit. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa telah dihasilkan informasi yang dipresentasikan menggunakan software Autodesk Revit 2019 yaitu dimensi bangunan serta volume material proyek sebagai bagian dari inventarisasi aset pada Gedung 4 Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (RSPTN) Universitas Lampung yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dari pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan pada tahap Operational and Maintenance (OM).
