Abstract

The controversy surrounding the authenticity of President Joko Widodo's diploma has sparked a legal debate regarding the status of the diploma as personal data or public information. Diplomas contain identity information protected by Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). Still, as documents related to public office, diplomas can also be considered relevant information for the public interest under Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure (KIP Law). This study examines the legal status of diplomas about personal data protection and public information disclosure, employing normative legal research methods. The results indicate that diplomas are considered general personal data under the PDP Law, so their dissemination requires the consent of the owner. However, the KIP Law regulates limited access to diploma information when it relates to public office. Therefore, a balance is needed between protecting individual privacy and ensuring transparency of information in state administration.

Abstract

Old money holds significant historical and cultural value in Indonesia's economic growth. However, access to information about old money remains difficult due to limited documentation and less integrated digital systems. This research aims to design and develop a mobile application that provides information on Indonesian old money and archives while integrating an image recognition-based scanning feature to identify money and display historical details. The method used includes a literature study to collect data on old money history and prototyping the initial application design. The system design applies the UML approach, the interface design is developed using Figma, and the initial development is based on Flutter and Firebase. The research outcome is a prototype application that enables users to access old money information, view archives by year of issue and nominal, and use a scanning feature to recognize images on the back of the money automatically. This application is expected to facilitate public access to historical information about old money in Indonesia while increasing awareness and interest in preserving cultural identity in numismatics.

Abstract

The current da'wah media continues to develop along with the development of information technology, this condition poses a challenge for preachers to be careful in choosing da'wah media. Information technology as a digital medium today can be used for various purposes, one of which is as a medium of da'wah, given the rapid development of technology in recent decades. This paper aims to analysis the opportunities and challenges of da'wah in the current era of information technology. This paper is a type of qualitative research with a netnographic approach, this approach aims to examine, observe and observe the use of information technology in preaching. In addition, to strengthen the data in this study, this paper also uses several important articles produced by the researchers. This paper argues that in Indonesia today the use of information technology with various digital media platforms is a priority in preaching, even with digital media making it easier for preachers to convey religious knowledge. Even da'wah through online media is able to reach and influence the whole world without having to meet in person, but the limited internet infrastructure available in remote areas is a separate obstacle.

Abstract

The structure of interrelated procedures in the payroll and wage accounting system is based on a comprehensive plan for carrying out the company's core operations and functions. Interior control is essential for this framework, including hierarchical designs, techniques, and activities consolidated to safeguard organization resources, check the unwavering quality and exactness of bookkeeping information, further develop capability, and guarantee consistency with the executive guidelines. The compensation and pay bookkeeping data framework at PTPN IV Medan isn't completely as per the hypothesis that upholds it. Despite the fact that she had been helped by unique mark programming, Ms. Office Excel, dan Accurate Accounting System, related works actually have not arrived at the best level. As a result, the payroll and wage accounting information system's internal control can still be improved, particularly with regard to the division of labor in the financial sector. This can be accomplished by creating new sections in accordance with applicable theory, such as the employment function, the PPh21 function, and other functions, to ensure this system's internal control is more efficient.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of user education and training, and the application of users in system development on accounting information system performance by supporting top management as an intervening variable. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests were used to test research instruments. The classic assumption test uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test.   Testing the hypothesis using the F statistical test and T statistical test. The results showed that user education and training did not affect accounting information system performance, user involvement in system development had an effect on accounting information system performance, top management support had an effect on accounting information system performance, top management support was not able to mediate the significant effect of education and training on accounting information system performance and top management support was not able to mediate the significant influence of user involvement in system development on accounting information system performance. Abstract

Indonesia’s national park development faces a challenging task due to human activities that threaten territorial integrity and gradually degrade the ecosystem. In Aketajawe Lolobata National Park, local communities rely heavily on park resources, resulting in observable changes in land use and land cover. However, periodic monitoring is complicated by limitations in satellite imagery availability and processing, as well as associated time and cost, making it difficult to acquire accurate information on land use. To address this, the study utilized unmanned aerial vehicle imagery to identify and map areas with intense socio-economic activities within the conservation area, aiming to understand the socio-cultural dynamics that affect conservation efforts. The land use classification involved four stages: (1) Orthomosaic image processing, (2) Image interpretation, (3) Supervised classification, and (4) Accuracy assessment. This study produced high-resolution imagery of approximately 640.21 ha with a ground sampling distance of up to 2.89 cm/pixel, which improved the accuracy of land surface interpretation. Mapping was performed at a scale of 1 cm to 2 m. The primary land use was classified into five classes: forest (436.65 ha), agriculture (168.76 ha), water body (20.87 ha), bare land (12.84 ha), and built-up (1.09 ha). The corresponding kappa coefficients were 0.78, 0.66, 0.73, 0.7, and 0.79, respectively, indicating generally reliable agreement. The present findings demonstrate the reliability and accuracy of unmanned aerial vehicle technology as a valuable tool for forest managers to map land use in critical and sensitive areas, such as national parks.  As these platforms continue to evolve, this study presents a compelling case for their use in Indonesia’s national parks. It also highlights the study's limitations and the advantages of this technology, as well as its potential applications in national park management.
