The purposes of the research are: obtaining a product of Sport Information Management System (called SMICO) in KONI Salatiga Municipal, evaluating the effectiveness of SMICO product in KONI Salatiga Municipal, finding out the acceptance of SMICO product in KONI Salatiga Municipal, therefore it is expected that SMICO takes a role in decision making. The method in this research is developed from Borg and Gall procedural model, in which includes: observation, planning, and developing. Data taken is by field observation, questionnaire distribution, data collection and filing. The finding of this research is a software product titled SMICO website based in KONI Salatiga Municipal in which: the percentage of effectiveness test of the home page is 65%, which means it is satisfactory valid, the percentage of the menu page is 60% which means it is valid, the percentage of the menu sports is 61% which means it is good, the score result of the specification of the use is 4.0 or 80% which means it is excellent, the score result of submenu of sport information is 3.2 or 63% which means it is good, the score result of contact submenu is 4.7 or 93% which means it is excellent, the score result of web management and maintenance is 4.1 or 83% which means it is excellent. The result of the athletes as the respondents show that SMICO has average score 4.44 or 88.8% which means that it is excellent, the average score from the coaches as respondents shows 4.31 or 86.18% which means it is excellent.

This study is a preliminary research on how students understand patterns. Students' understanding of something is a cognitive phenomenon as, according to information processing perspective, an integral part of the stimulus, receiving, encoding, storing and retrieving information. This paper aims to describe the information processing by students when they interpret the graph as a task that was delivered using takjil context. There are 9 seven graders aged 11-12 years in various mathematics ability that three students in each its category high, mid and low. It was found that: (1) The graph given in the task attract students' attention with various reasons. (2) The level of abstraction and processing is in accordance with students' mathematical abilities. (3) The number of words related to the context activated at certain period was determined by reviews of their experiences with similar contexts. (4) Concepts of a new schemes were not solely determined by the students' mathematical abilities. Broadly, this study recommends students to have learning experiences through varying contexts and gain extensive experiences to develop appropriate and useful cognitive schemes for solving problems.How to CiteMampouw, H. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh peningkatan komparatif dalam kreativitas siswa yang mendapatkan inkuiri terbimbing belajar dengan siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran konvensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuasi dilakukan pada siswa dalam satu sekolah dasar di Indramayu, Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui tes tertulis (posttest), observasi, dan tanggapan kuesioner guru dan siswa tentang penggunaan media simulasi virtual dalam dipandu pembelajaran inquiry. Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing untuk kelas eksperimen, yang berlangsung selama tiga pertemuan, dan dimulai dengan tes awal dan berakhir dengan ujian akhir menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan dalam kemampuan kreativitas siswa di kedua kelas dengan rata-rata siswa ujian akhir kreativitas 83,64 untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas rata-rata sebelum 53,54, kesimpulan yang ditarik berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan statistik Mc Nemar: 6,604, untuk pencapaian kemampuan kreatif siswa diperoleh hasil yang meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam kelas eksperimen dengan kelas sebelumnya berbeda secara signifikan. Sehingga penerapan dipandu penyelidikan model dengan pendekatan penyelidikan tentang masalah pernapasan pada manusia belajar dapat lebih meningkat kankarakter kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Sebagian besar siswa termotivasi untuk mengambil peran aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, dan ingin Penerapan model inkuiri terbimbing berbasis IT yang dapat diterapkan untuk bahan biologis lainnya. Dengan demikian penerapan model berbasis IT inkuiri terbimbing efektif dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa dan memberikan stimulus positif bagi siswa untuk belajar biologi.

This research is titled: " The Role of Peer of Teenager's Reproductive Health Problem Counselor in Overcoming at PIK-R Batujajar Sub District Formation, Bandung Barat Regency". PIK-R is an information center and counseling for teenagers under supervised by BKKBN (Familiy Planning Board of Republic of Indonesia). The aims and objectives of this research were: To describe the role of peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health problem. To identify various factors that influence the role of peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health To identify several efforts to overcome barrier on peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health. Practical implications of social work intervention on peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health. The research method employed a qualitative approached relied largely on the interpretative and critical approaches to social work science. The data gathering is used a documenting real events, recording what information (with words, gestures, and tones), observing specific behaviors, written documents, and participant observation. In this research, the number of informants were 7 teenagers related to reproductive health counseling . Research finding the role of teenagers in counseling on reproductive health is still weak due to systems that could not easily be accessed by them . The group dynamic is very important component in reproductive health counseling because the discourse within the group will cover eproductive health, and addresses the reproductive processes, fuctions and systems at all stages of life, however this condition also remains weak. Recommendations went to BKKBN in order to create a synergy program for synergy health between PIK-R, Official Staff of reproductive health at Batujajar Sub District and DP2KBP3A to build data integrity based on digital online related to overcome reproductive health of teenagers.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa mampu untuk berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dengan lancar dan tepat, terutama dalam menerangkan sesuatu ataupun memberi informasi secara mendetail. Data didapatkan dari mahasiswa Akuntansi semester III. Para mahasiswa ini telah mengikuti mata kuliah bahasa Inggris selama tiga semester. Data yang dipergunakan adalah kualitatif dan merupakan data primer. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa mampu menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sederhana secara lancar dan tepat. Tetapi ketika mereka harus menjawab pertanyaan yang memerlukan jawaban yang lebih terperinci dan informasi yang lebih spesifik, maka masih ada beberapa mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya ketergantungan dari kesenjangan informasi (information gap) yang mereka miliki.

Abstract This study aims to see the benefits of INCAR in the implementation of the National Program of Generation Plans (GenRe) for youth and the community. Based on the results of the analysis, the program allows teenagers / peers to pulse to "Duta GenRe". Teens are given information by peers about the importance of health, skills and life skills, and counseling services. The implementation constraints of GenRe in the regions, especially the outer regions of Indonesia are not running smoothly due to risk factors and transportation. Therefore, BPPKB performs a method of delivering information called INCAR (Intelligent Smart Information) to convey the information needed to attract and modernize to solve existing problems using digital media. The result, has formed a variety of digital information media and social networking in the form of Teen PIK Blog, teen sites on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram and others. In conclusion, the perceived benefit of INCAR in the GenRe Program is that BPPKB has succeeded in delivering information to teenagers in outer areas. With INCAR the teenagers in the remote areas can update the latest info. Benefits felt by the community, especially the school and parents is channeled teenagers activities in a positive container and monitored the activities of children and adolescents Another party and parents no longer feel worried about the association of teenagers. Keywords: youth, GenRe, INCAR Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan melihat kemanfaatan INCAR dalam pelaksanaan Program Nasional Generasi Berencana (GenRe) bagi remaja dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, program ini melibatkan remaja/anak sebaya berpotensi menjadi â€œDuta GenReâ€. Remaja diberikan informasi oleh teman sebayanya tentang pentingnya kesehatan reproduksi, keterampilan dan kecakapan hidup, serta pelayanan konseling. Kendala pelaksanaan GenRe di daerah, khususnya daerah terluar Indonesia tidak berjalan mulus dikarenakan hambatan faktor geografis dan transportasi. Karena itu BPPKB meluncurkan suatu metode penyampaian informasi disebut INCAR (Informasi Cerdas Ala Remaja) untuk menyampaikan informasi yang bernilai positif namun tetap dalam kemasan menarik dan modern untuk mengatasi permasalahan remaja yang kompleks dengan memanfaatkan media teknologi digital. Hasilnya, telah terbentuk berbagai media informasi digital dan jejaring sosial dalam bentuk Blog PIK Remaja, komunitas remaja di Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram dan lainnya. Kesimpulannya, manfaat yang dirasakan dengan adanya INCAR dalam Program GenRe adalah BPPKB berhasil mengatasi kendala penyampaian informasi kepada remaja di daerah sulit dijangkau. Dengan adanya INCAR para remaja yang berada di pedalaman dapat meng-update info-info terbaru. Manfaat yang dirasakan masyarakat khususnya sekolah dan orang tua adalah tersalurkannya kegiatan remaja di dalam wadah yang positif dan terpantaunya kegiatan anak dan remaja sehingga pihak sekolah dan para orang tua tidak lagi merasa khawatir dengan pergaulan remaja. PT INTI engaged in telecommunication, has long become a supplier of network construction with a large scale that is national. Therefore, PT INTI has a lot of material and spread all over the city in Indonesia. Previously, PT Inti still uses semi-manual way to do their material recording. The material recording is done by using Microsoft Excel which will be sent by electronic mail (email) if needed. But it is vulnerable to errors because the data contained in is not integrated. To overcome this, PT INTI wants to have a web based application called INTI Maintenance to manage financial materials such as material input, material search, material removal, material search, material data printing, to finance such as request addition, change of request status, delivery, and residual balances of each city. INTI Maintenance web-based information system financial module is built with open source software that uses PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Windows as server computer. The final results achieved in the material management information system in this module have advantages in assisting PT INTI employees in managing financial data and validation for material delivery using receipt of delivery material.

Len Industries (Persero) experienced problems related to Accounts Payable in the accounting department as incompatibility and delays in the processing of data and information that flows every day from other parts related to Accounts Payable section and otherwise. This is caused by the information system on PT. Len Industries (Persero) has not integrated with one to another and still done with simple technology and recording manually. Therefore, has been designed of an ERP information system that supports the activities of recorded Accounts Payable(AP) module at PT.Len Industries (Persero). Design of the system is used the method of ASAP (Accelarated SAP). By using this method, the authors conducted an analysis of the business processes that are running on the company and analysis of business processes in SAP ERP application. Then based on the results of the gap/fit analysis, will performed design proposal and design of business processes to SAP applications that have been compared to the needs of the company. The results from this study is an SAP Accounts Payable system that has been design and integrated with the company needs can be easier for companies to conduct cross-section of the existing Accounting. Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing her potential, as well as to humanize humans. Uneven distribution or school distribution geographically affect the quality of education of the population in a region. In addition to the comparison of the number of certified and not certified teachers in a school also had a role in influencing the quality of learning in schools. Because the teacher certification is a process competency test for prospective teachers or teachers who want to gain recognition and increase the appropriate competence or chosen profession. Teacher certification is the government's efforts in improving the quality of teachers which is followed by an increase in teachers' welfare. Teachers who have earned certification as an educator declared competent and professional. Data maps are very important information with the information contained within. Data spatial information of GIS-based mapping has a very strategic role in maintaining the integrity of a country, planning and supervision of construction, and arrangement of space. By using geographical based information systems digital mapping, it can be noticed the distribution and spatial patterns of Elementary School distribution as well as the comparison of Elementary School teacher certification in a region.

Marriage proposal process of Torajanese-Mamasan is a kind of culture product in social custom and brought some communication acts, such as speech acts, norms, and social custom values upon it. The scope of the research focused on the manner of meaning semantically, pragmatically, and ethics that formed in communication custom system in the process of marriage proposal, instead that the research need to explain all the process of marriage proposal step by step orderly. The researcher used Ethnomethodology approach, and also used two kinds of source of the data,; primary and secondary data and analyzed them in qualitative. The result showed that the process started from ma’bisik, mangusik, ma’pasule kada until ma’randang process were run by social custom system in communities of Torajanese-Mamasan in Kolaka district. And also, that the all of process were planned and done by adult named to matua verbally and symbolically. There was interesting thing of the process, that the communication system to be done associatively, bear several art and ethic values.
