Abstract

Introduction: For teenagers, mental health is a big problem during the COVID-19 pandemic and post pandemic. Only a few teenagers seek professional help for mental health problems. In the last 12 months, only 2.6% of youth with mental health problems used mental health facilities or counseling to deal with their emotional and behavioral problems. The purpose of study is to determine the effect of demographic characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, social support, ability to do self-efficacy, distance to health services and stigma on the intention and behavior of seeking mental health services among students at the Universitas Airlangga Indonesia. Methods: The research is a cross-sectional study using questionnaires distributed through google form. The participants are 324 Universitas Airlangga students. The data was analyzed by logistic regression to examine the effect of independent variables to dependents variables. Results: The results showed that the attitude of the respondents, the ability of the respondents in self-control and the intention as well as social support have significant influence on the behavior of students in seeking mental health services. Conclusion: Campus should provide full support to students in seeking mental health services by providing infrastructure and communication system, both physical and mental, such as counseling services with professionals.

Abstract

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is one of the significant technological and communication advancements in the construction services industry. BIM represents one of the most promising developments in the construction sector. Using BIM technology, a virtual model of a building, known as a building information model, can be digitally constructed and used for planning, design, construction, and maintenance. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22/PRT/M/2018 concerning the Construction of State Buildings, the application of BIM is mandatory for non-simple Stateok buildings with an area exceeding 2000 m² and more than two floors. Based on this regulation, this study aims to evaluate the factors influencing the implementation of BIM among construction project stakeholders in Ambon City, Indonesia. Data for this research were collected through a survey, including questionnaires and interviews with respondents in the construction industry. The analysis employed descriptive statistical methods, including Central Tendency Measurement, Variability Measurement, and Relative Importance Index (RII). The results indicate that the main factor affecting the implementation of BIM in construction projects in Ambon City is the lack of BIM education or training. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic role of the Green Human Resource Information System (Green HRIS) in bridging the transformation of human resource management with the demands of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, specifically examining how Green HRIS contributes to sustainable HR practices, organizational performance, and digital HR transformation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes prior research by conducting a structured search across major academic databases—Scopus, Web of Science, Springer, Elsevier, and Wiley—for publications from 2020 to 2025 that address green HRM, HR digitalization, sustainable HR practices, and ESG integration. The review process includes screening titles, abstracts, and full texts, extracting key data, and categorizing findings into environmental, social, and governance dimensions. The results demonstrate that Green HRIS strengthens ESG implementation by reducing paper usage, lowering carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable HR practices such as digital recruitment and e-learning, while also improving governance through enhanced transparency, accountability, regulatory compliance, and real-time reporting. Empirical evidence indicates that Green HRIS fosters employee engagement, organizational innovation, and the development of green competitive advantages. Practically, the study highlights how organizations, policymakers, and HR managers can utilize Green HRIS to optimize digital transformation and meet ESG requirements, thereby reinforcing legitimacy and long-term competitiveness within the green economy. This research offers originality as one of the first systematic reviews addressing Green HRIS in the ESG era, integrating theories such as the Resource-Based View, Technology Acceptance Model, and organizational sustainability theory, while also mapping trends, best practices, and gaps for future research.

Abstract

Faculty Performance Evaluation (FPE) is a crucial process in ensuring academic quality and human resource development in higher education institutions. However, the traditional FPE monitoring process often faces obstacles such as time inefficiency, lack of transparency, and difficulties in real-time data recapitulation. This study aims to design an information system model capable of monitoring all stages of the EKD process in a structured, centralized, and automated manner. The method used in this design is Object-Oriented Methodology with the help of UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, such as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram, to visualize the system architecture. The main result of this research is an information system blueprint model that includes modules for monitoring evaluation status, reporting progress, and automatic notification features to relevant parties (lecturers, students, and management). This system design is expected to improve the accountability and efficiency of the EKD process, provide accurate monitoring data, and support management in making decisions related to the quality and performance development of lecturers at the institution.

Abstract

The number of tuberculosis cases continues to rise annually, with Sleman Regency recording 2,372 cases in 2024, making it one of the highest in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. This study aims to analyze spatial autocorrelation and spatial relationships of tuberculosis cases in Sleman Regency in 2024 using geographic information systems (GIS) and spatial analysis. A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied to 1,406 tuberculosis cases across 86 villages. Bivariate local indicators of spatial association (LISA) analysis were performed using GeoDa software, while geographically weighted regression (GWR) in R Studio examined local environmental influences. Bivariate LISA results showed no significant spatial autocorrelation for population density, air temperature, air humidity, precipitation, and altitude (p-values: 0.173, 0.265, 0.138, 0.312, and 0.401, respectively). GWR revealed negative correlations between these variables and tuberculosis cases. Findings highlight spatial patterns and inform targeted interventions, recommending enhanced tuberculosis awareness and treatment access in low-density, high-incidence areas, along with public education on ventilation and preventive measures during colder seasons, and strengthened prevention in high-risk lowland villages.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Information Quality and Website Quality on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable on the Shopee and Tokopedia applications. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the community in the Madiun region (Madiun, Magetan, and Ponorogo regencies) who use the Shopee and Tokopedia applications. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability sampling method based on a purposive sampling approach. The number of samples used in this study was 300 respondents. The data used in this study was primary data. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SMARTPLS software. The results showed that customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention among Shopee and Tokopedia users. Information Quality and Website Quality also have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on both platforms. In addition, Information Quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, while Website Quality is only significant on Tokopedia and not significant on Shopee. Customer Satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of Information Quality and Website Quality on Repurchase Intention on both platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on performance through the mediating roles of innovation capability and management information systems among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the eastern region of Java. The research employs a quantitative approach using a partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 98 MSME owners and managers. The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on innovation capability and management information systems, both of which, in turn, significantly affect performance. Furthermore, innovation capability and management information systems partially mediate the relationship between organizational culture and performance. These findings suggest that fostering a strong organizational culture can enhance MSME performance when supported by innovative capabilities and effective information management systems. The study contributes to empirical evidence in strategic management and organizational behavior, particularly in the MSME context in eastern Java.

Abstract

General Background: The increasing complexity of banking operations has intensified the need for reliable, high-quality accounting information to support sound financial decisions. Specific Background: Internal auditing has evolved into a strategic assurance and advisory function that enhances organisational control and strengthens financial reporting practices in the banking sector. Knowledge Gap: However, the extent to which internal auditing, through its operational efficiency, communication practices, and audit outputs, contributes to improving the quality of banking accounting information in private banks remains insufficiently examined, particularly within the context of Najaf Governorate. Aims: This study investigates the impact of internal auditing and its dimensions on the quality of banking accounting information, using data from 70 administrative leaders across five major private banks. Results: Structural equation modelling revealed a strong and significant positive effect of internal auditing on information quality (β = 0.621), with reliance on audit outputs showing the greatest influence (β = 0.411). Novelty: The study demonstrates empirically that managerial utilisation of audit outputs mediates the improvement of both fundamental and enhancing characteristics of accounting information. Implications: These findings highlight the need to strengthen audit–management communication and to institutionalise audit recommendations as strategic tools for enhancing financial reporting integrity in private banks.Highlight : The study emphasizes the strong influence of internal auditing on improving the quality and reliability of banking accounting information. Reliance on internal audit outputs appears as the most impactful dimension in enhancing information usefulness for decision-making. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of blockchain technology in enhancing information system security. With increasing reliance on digital platforms, maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and availability has become a major challenge. Blockchain, as a decentralized and immutable ledger system, offers a solution by providing transparency, audit trails, and resistance to manipulation. This study systematically analyzes recent research articles, case studies, and theoretical frameworks to evaluate how blockchain mechanisms such as cryptographic hashes, consensus protocols, and smart contracts contribute to strengthening information system security. The results demonstrate blockchain's potential in addressing vulnerabilities related to data leakage, fraud, and unauthorized access in various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and supply chain management. However, challenges such as scalability, regulatory compliance, and integration complexity are also critically discussed. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of blockchain's capabilities and limitations in securing information systems and provide insights for future research and practical implementation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri fashion, yang menuntut peningkatan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. RD Busana, sebuah usaha kecil yang bergerak di bidang desain dan jahit pakaian, masih menggunakan proses pemesanan dan pemasaran secara manual, yang menghambat efisiensi dan mempersempit jangkauan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis mobile yang mempermudah pelanggan dalam memesan layanan, sekaligus memperluas pemasaran usaha tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang melibatkan tahap perencanaan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan interaksi antara pelanggan dan penyedia jasa, memungkinkan pelanggan untuk registrasi, memilih layanan, memesan, dan berkomunikasi dengan desainer melalui aplikasi mobile. Implementasi sistem ini mendukung pengelolaan data pelanggan, promosi digital, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan daya saing usaha, yang mendukung transformasi digital dalam sektor jasa desain busana.
