Abstract

E-learning technologies at educational institutions like University of Raharja are essential in enabling flexible and accessible education in this period of significant digital revolution. This study examines how Information Technology Support (ITS) affects user satisfaction, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to reuse concerning e-learning systems efficacy. Unlike prior Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based studies, this research emphasizes the specific role of ITS dimensions, such as infrastructure and technical training, in non Western educational contexts. This provides unique insights for improving e-learning systems in higher education. This study assesses the reactions of 500 users of University of Raharja e-learning system using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the PLS technique. Results indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are greatly increased by strong ITS, which in turn has a beneficial effect on User Satisfaction and Intention to Reuse. This study aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by enhancing the accessibility and quality of education through e-learning systems, SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by emphasizing the importance of robust IT infrastructure and technical training, and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by addressing the digital divide in non Western educational settings. Additionally, ITSs SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by encouraging collaboration between educational institutions, technology providers, and policymakers to optimize e-learning outcomes. According to the study findings, ITS must be strengthened to maximize e-learning system performance, raise user happiness, and promote continuous usage.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Management Information System (MIS) effectiveness and users’ technical competence on individual performance among employees of PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia (PT PEI). The company aims to enhance employee performance through the optimization of an integrated management information system and the development of users’ technical capabilities. The research employs a verificative method using a total population survey approach (n = 32), with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, supported by validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results reveal that MIS effectiveness significantly influences individual performance by 34.16%, users’ technical competence contributes 38.94%, and both variables simultaneously affect individual performance by 73.1%, while the remaining 26.9% is attributed to other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight that enhancing MIS effectiveness and users’ technical competence plays a vital role in improving individual employee performance within the manufacturing industry context.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped Management Accounting Systems (MAS) from traditional reporting tools into strategic decision-support systems. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on PRISMA 2020 guidelines to examine Scopus Q1–Q4 journal articles published between 2016 and 2025 addressing digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI), and MAS. From an initial pool of 312 articles, 50 studies met the inclusion criteria and were synthesized. The findings indicate that digitalization enhances the quality of management accounting information through big data analytics, cloud-based ERP, business intelligence, and predictive analytics; the role of management accountants has shifted from administrative reporting toward strategic analysis; and technological readiness and data capabilities have emerged as new contingency factors determining the success of digital MAS implementation. These results confirm that digitalization generates strategic value when aligned with organizational information needs and strategy, while also highlighting opportunities for future research in developing-country contexts and the integration of MAS with sustainability-related issues.

Abstract

Effective regional financial performance reflects efficient financial management supported by an integrated information system. This study aims to examine the effect of regional financial management efficiency on regional financial performance, with the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 229 respondents from Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderation tests. The results indicate that regional financial management efficiency significantly affects regional financial performance. Furthermore, the implementation of SIPD was found to moderate the relationship between these variables. These findings highlight the importance of utilizing information technology to enhance accountability and effectiveness in regional financial management. The study is limited by its regional scope and the quantitative method applied. Therefore, future research is recommended to adopt a mixed-method approach and include a broader regional coverage to obtain more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of user involvement, personal technical skills, and user satisfaction on the performance of the accounting information system (AIS) at PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering (Hariff DTE). The implementation of the SAP ERP system requires adequate human resource readiness to ensure optimal system performance. This research employs an associative method with a survey approach involving 60 respondents who use the SAP ERP system. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression, supported by validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that user involvement, personal technical skills, and user satisfaction significantly influence AIS performance, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, user involvement contributes 20.03%, personal technical skills 36.52%, and user satisfaction 26.10%. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect AIS performance by 82.6%, while the remaining 17.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight that the success of accounting information system implementation is not solely determined by technology, but also by active user engagement, adequate technical competence, and user satisfaction with the system.

Abstract

Customers' interest in sharia products is influenced by several factors. In addition to easy digital access and good promotion, the perception of service quality and the role of the company's image as a trustworthy institution in accordance with sharia principles also has an important role. This study aims to analyze the influence of digitization of information, promotion, service quality, and company image on the decision to become a customer, with customer interest in using products as a moderation variable. The research is positioned in the context of Islamic banking which is accelerating digital transformation to strengthen competitiveness and attract new customers. A quantitative approach is used to test the relationships between variables through structural equation models. The results of the study show that digitalization of technology, sales promotion, service quality, and company image have a significant positive effect on the decision to become a customer, while certain forms of digitization of information and company image have a negative impact on interest in using products. These findings underscore the importance of designing an integrated digital strategy, which focuses not only on the availability of digital channels, but also on the quality of content, consistency of promotional messages, service standards, and institutional reputation management.

Abstract

This study aims to develop video-based learning media using the Animaker application in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subject of Computer Systems for seventh-grade students in Junior High Schools, and to test the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the resulting media. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of three media experts, three material experts, one ICT teacher, and 15 seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Towea. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques with a Likert scale. The results showed that the Animaker video-based learning media obtained a very valid category with a percentage of 82.4% based on the assessment of media experts and 89.8% based on the assessment of material experts. The trial on students showed a very positive response with an average score of 4.60 or equivalent to a percentage of 92%, which indicates that the media is easy to use, interesting, and helps students understand the abstract material of Computer Systems. Furthermore, teachers found this media practical to use because it doesn't rely on a computer lab. Therefore, Animaker video-based learning media is deemed feasible, practical, and effective as an alternative ICT learning medium in schools, particularly in situations where technology-based learning facilities and infrastructure are limited.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the problems of integrating ICT in learning Indonesian in schools. This study uses observation and open interviews. The school, which became the object of this study is MTsN 3 Banyuwangi. After observation and interviews can be known that ICT can not be optimally integrated in the learning process. Many teachers who do not understand how to innovate ICT to support learning effective and engaging for students. Therefore in this article also presented innovative solutions are offered to be used in solving the problem of integration and the development of ICT, especially in learning Indonesian. Learning innovations included the power point Internet-based learning, facebook based learning, learning, berbagis youtube, email-based learning, learning-based pages, and blogs based learning.

Abstract

The learning strategy used by PAI educators or teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Genteng is an information search strategy using smartphones and utilizing wifi availability and smartphone ownership by students. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. In the process of collecting data using several techniques, namely observation, interview or interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation, this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection uses techniques, observation, interview or interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis (data reduction, implementation, and drawing conclusions). Checking the validity of the data uses source triangulation. The application of this strategy to PAI learning is indeed able to optimize the use of smartphones as a learning medium and can increase student activity in learning with evidence that students are able to provide information related to memorization or presentations more smoothly. Supporting factors for this strategy are the availability of wifi networks in schools and smartphone ownership by each student, while for each obstacle that is the lack of enthusiasm of students, rowdy students and wifi networks that suddenly have problems, the PAI teacher has prepared solutions that can be used to overcome obstacles so that learning can still run as it should. Abstract

Penderita HIV/AIDS memerlukan pengobatan dengan Antiretroviral (ARV) untuk menurunkan jumlah virus HIV di dalam tubuh. Ketidak patuhan pengobatan dipengaruhi oleh jenuh, putus asa dan efek samping obat yang membuat tidak nyaman. Peningkatan kepatuhan ARV diperlukan melalui pemberian intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan yaitu melalui Motivational Behavioral Skills (IMB). Intervensi Information Motivational Behavioral Skills (IMB) bertujuan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan seseorang terhadap pengobatan dan perawatan. Melalui informasi, motivasi, dan keterampilan berperilaku untuk mengurangi risiko drop out pengobatan, perilaku pencegahan keparahan terhadap penyakit agar lebih mudah terwujud Tujuan: Tujuan dari review adalah mengidentifikasi penerapan intervensi information motivation behavioral (IMB) skills pada penderita HIV/AIDS untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat ARV. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan sistematis melalui kajian artikel tentang Information Motivational Behavioral Skills. Pencarian artikel dilakukan menggunakan data base dari CINAHL, MEDLINE, Academic search ultimate, science direct, dan google schoolar) dalam kurun waktu 2012-2022. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ditemukan 3 tema, yaitu 1) manfaat pengaplikasian intervensi information motivation behavioral skills, 2) teknik pemberian intervensi information motivation behavioral skills, dan 3) Instrument intervensi information motivation behavioral skills. Kesimpilan: Information motivation behavioral skills yang sangat efektif  terhadap kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada penderita HIV
