Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Menstruation Tracking Wheel and Information on the knowledge of women of childbearing age (WUS) in choosing contraceptive methods in Hamlet 1, Kota Baru Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The method used was a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest. The study sample consisted of women of childbearing age who received an intervention in the form of the use of the Menstruation Tracking Wheel and Information along with contraceptive education. Data were analyzed bivariately using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the study using the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the Menstruation Tracking Wheel and Information has an effect on increasing the knowledge of women of childbearing age in choosing contraceptive methods, thus making this media a potential tool for family planning education and counseling. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) di Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Kabupaten Gianyar dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, pengalaman kerja, pelatihan dan pendidikan pengguna, kemampuan teknis personal, dan dukungan dari manajemen senior. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 1.730 pegawai dari 254 LPD aktif yang tersebar di tujuh wilayah berbeda di Kabupaten Gianyar. Teknik pengambilan sampel acak stratifikasi proporsional digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 138 orang. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan terhadap data tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, pengalaman kerja, dukungan dari manajemen atas, dan keterampilan teknis personal semuanya berdampak signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja SIA. Sebagai perbandingan, efektivitas SIA tidak terlalu dipengaruhi oleh program pendidikan dan pelatihan pengguna. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, dukungan dari organisasi, budaya yang kondusif, dan keterampilan teknis sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi sistem informasi akuntansi. Namun, program pelatihan formal belum memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem ini. Dengan berfokus pada faktor-faktor internal yang relevan, penelitian ini menawarkan panduan berharga bagi manajemen LPD untuk meningkatkan kinerja AIS.   The purpose of this research is to assess how the effectiveness of the accounting information system (AIS) at Village Credit Institutions (LPDs) in Gianyar Regency is influenced by organizational culture, work experience, user training and education, personal technical abilities, and support from senior management. The research group comprises all 1,730 employees from the 254 active LPDs spread across seven different areas in Gianyar Regency. A technique known as proportionate stratified random sampling was utilized to select a research sample of 138 individuals. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted on the data. The findings indicate that organizational culture, work experience, backing from upper management, and personal technical skills all significantly and positively impact the performance of the AIS. This indicates that the performance of the AIS improves as these four factors improve. In comparison, the effectiveness of AIS is not significantly affected by user education and training programs. These results suggest that work experience, organizational support, a conducive culture, and technical skills are crucial for improving the efficiency of accounting information systems. However, formal training programs have not yet significantly influenced the performance of these systems. By focusing on relevant internal factors, this research offers valuable guidance for LPD management to improve AIS performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze zakat fund financial management based on the BAZNAS Management Information System (SIMBA) in enhancing the accountability of zakat fund management at BAZNAS Kota Surabaya. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of institutional financial documents. Research informants consist of financial managers and relevant staff directly involved in the recording, supervision, and reporting of zakat funds. The findings indicate that SIMBA functions as the primary system in ensuring standardization, accountability, and formal zakat financial reporting in accordance with national BAZNAS regulations. However, in daily operational practices, BAZNAS Kota Surabaya continues to utilize manual spreadsheet-based records as a supporting tool to meet the needs for flexibility, rapid data recapitulation, and internal control. The use of this dual-system reflects a digital transition phase, where the effectiveness of financial management is determined not only by the existence of information systems but also by human resource capacity, operational discipline, and internal supervision mechanisms. Despite challenges such as limited human resources and technical constraints in using SIMBA, overall zakat fund financial management at BAZNAS Kota Surabaya has been implemented effectively and has contributed to improved transparency and public trust. This study emphasizes that the continuous development of SIMBA, making it more adaptive to regional operational needs, is a crucial factor in strengthening governance and accountability within zakat institutions in the digital era.

Abstract

The integration of information and communication technology (ICT) has the potential to enhance teaching and learning in History by improving learner engagement and access to diverse perspectives. This study explored the factors influencing teachers’ perceptions of ICT integration in History teaching and learning in Lesotho. A qualitative approach was adopted, using a multiple case study design. The sample comprised five History teachers from five secondary schools, purposively selected for their role in teaching History, with schools chosen for their accessibility. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, conducted both face-to-face and via telephone, and analysed using thematic analysis with the support of ATLAS. ti software. The findings indicate that although teachers generally hold positive perceptions of ICT integration, effective use is constrained by limited ICT skills, inadequate and inaccessible resources, insufficient administrative and technical support, and limited professional development opportunities. The study concludes that ICT integration in History teaching and learning is shaped primarily by institutional and capacity-related factors rather than teachers’ attitudes alone.

Abstract

Kemasan produk pangan berperan sebagai sumber informasi utama, menyajikan detail esensial seperti status Organisme Termodifikasi Genetik (GMO), harga, dan tanggal kedaluwarsa, yang secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman dan kepercayaan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki korelasi antara informasi yang tersedia pada kemasan pangan dengan atribut produk yang diobservasi konsumen, dengan membandingkan tempe berlabel non-GMO dan tidak berlabel (diasumsikan GMO). Menggunakan metodologi studi kasus observasional longitudinal kualitatif, seorang peneliti sekaligus konsumen melakukan evaluasi harian sistematis selama 120 hari. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup informasi label, harga beli, dan karakteristik produk yang dialami (masa simpan aktual, perubahan tekstur seperti kelembapan dan kekencangan, serta profil aroma) pada kondisi penyimpanan rumah tangga yang konsisten. Hasil utama memperlihatkan tempe tidak berlabel (harga lebih rendah) memiliki masa simpan aktual lebih lama dan integritas tekstur lebih superior dibandingkan tempe non-GMO premium. Tempe non- GMO mengalami degradasi tekstur lebih awal (lembab), meskipun kedua produk umumnya sesuai dengan tanggal kedaluwarsa masing-masing yang berbeda. Penandaan "non-GMO" dan harga premiumnya menciptakan ekspektasi konsumen terhadap durabilitas produk secara keseluruhan yang tidak sepenuhnya terpenuhi oleh kinerja aktual tempe non-GMO. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa informasi pada kemasan saat ini, meski menyajikan detail spesifik, mungkin belum memadai mengomunikasikan keseluruhan nuansa kinerja produk akibat teknologi produksi pangan yang beragam, yang berpotensi memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen. Sistem informasi yang lebih canggih (misalnya, pelabelan cerdas, platform transparansi) berpotensi meningkatkan penyampaian informasi, mengelola ekspektasi konsumen lebih efektif, dan memperkaya pengalaman konsumen dengan menjembatani kesenjangan antara informasi yang disajikan dan atribut produk aktual.

Abstract

Continuous engagement in long-term healthcare programs such as the Back-Referral Program (Program Rujuk Balik or PRB) depends on sustained participant loyalty, which is shaped by service-related perceptions and psychological factors. Previous studies have highlighted the roles of information quality and corporate image in influencing participant behavior; however, inconsistencies remain regarding their direct effects on loyalty. This study examines the influence of information quality and corporate image on customer loyalty, with trust considered as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 271 PRB participants and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that information quality does not have a direct effect on loyalty (? = 0.082; p 0.05) but contributes positively to trust (? = 0.463; p 0.001). Corporate image shows a significant direct effect on loyalty (? = 0.209; p 0.05) and also enhances trust (? = 0.488; p 0.001). Trust demonstrates a strong positive effect on loyalty (? = 0.521; p 0.001) and serves as a mediating mechanism linking information quality and corporate image to loyalty outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of trust in maintaining long-term engagement in public healthcare programs and suggest that clear communication, reliable service delivery, and a credible institutional image are central to fostering participant loyalty.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, rapid business growth demands continuous innovation to maintain competitiveness and ensure long-term sustainability. Both formal and informal business sectors increasingly rely on management information technology as a strategic resource to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business success. This study aims to identify the key criteria for selecting appropriate management information technology, examine the inhibiting factors affecting its implementation, and formulate effective implementation strategies that support business performance. A descriptive research design was employed to provide a comprehensive overview of current practices in the adoption of management information technology across business organizations. Data were collected through systematic observation and analysis of relevant organizational practices and existing literature. The findings reveal that the successful implementation of management information technology is influenced by several critical factors, including technological compatibility, organizational readiness, human resource capabilities, and management commitment. Furthermore, inadequate infrastructure, resistance to change, limited technical expertise, and insufficient strategic planning were identified as major barriers to effective implementation. The study demonstrates that the application of well-planned and context-appropriate implementation strategies significantly enhances organizational effectiveness, supports informed decision-making, and improves overall business performance. These results underscore the importance of aligning technological initiatives with organizational goals and strategic planning. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on management information technology by providing practical insights for business managers and decision-makers seeking to leverage technology as a driver of sustainable business success.

Abstract

A health information system is a system where there is quality information, and user satisfaction greatly affects the use of the system and its overall benefits. The Khanza application which is perceived to be of good quality and easy to use will increase nurse satisfaction and have an impact on the completeness of documentation. The method used in this study is observational analysis using the Cross Sectional approach. This describes the variables of the information system of the Khanza Application to the Documentation of nursing care, The sampling technique used in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique with the Total sampling method so that the number of samples in this study amounted to 40 respondents in the ICU room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo City. From the results of the study, the Khanza application information system in the ICU room from 40 respondents was obtained as many as 31 respondents (77.5%), included in the Good category in the use of information systems and as many as 9 respondents (22.5%) in the poor category. And the results of the study were obtained documentation of nursing care in the ICU room Of the 40 respondents, 31 respondents (77.5%), including in the documentation of complete nursing care and as many as 9 respondents (22.5%) in the documentation of incomplete nursing care. The results of the fisher exact analysis obtained a value of p (0.001) ? 0.05. so it can be concluded that there is an Effectiveness of the Khanza Application Information System in Documenting Nursing Care in the ICU room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo City.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged organizations to adopt Management Information Systems (MIS) to support decision-making and data management. Effective data management is crucial for producing valuable information for both internal and external organizational purposes. This requires a reliable, integrated, and responsive information system that meets managerial needs. This study aims to evaluate the effect of MIS implementation on organizational performance improvement. Using a qualitative method through a literature review approach, this article analyzes ten relevant scientific journals in the last five years. The results show that the implementation of management information systems contributes positively to operational effectiveness, work efficiency, and organizational productivity. Additionally, supporting factors such as human resource competence, system quality, organizational structure, and user satisfaction also play a crucial role in the success of MIS implementation. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of strategic planning and continuous training programs to ensure that MIS can be optimized in enhancing overall organizational performance.

Abstract

The Mobile JKN application is an innovation of BPJS Kesehatan digital services that aims to make it easier for participants to access services independently. The success of the implementation of information systems such as Mobile JKN can be analyzed using the DeLone and McLean models which assess six main aspects, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The use of the Mobile JKN application in the work area of the Dungingi Health Center is still relatively low, so it is necessary to analyze factors related to its utilization. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the success factor of the information system and the use of the Mobile JKN application in the working area of the Dungingi Health Center, Gorontalo City. This study uses a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. The research population is 336 active users of the Mobile JKN application registered at the FKTP Dungingi Health Center, with a sample of 183 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that system quality (p=0.001), information quality (p=0.003), service quality (p=0.000), usage (p=0.001), user satisfaction (p=0.001), and net benefits (p=0.000) had a significant relationship with the use of Mobile JKN applications (p>0.005). Overall, the success factor of the information system was significantly related to the use of the Mobile JKN application with a relationship strength of r=0.407, which was included in the sufficient category based on the correlation value criteria. BPJS Kesehatan and Dungingi Health Center are advised to improve socialization, mentoring, and user understanding so that the use of all features of the Mobile JKN application can be more optimal.
