Abstract

The quality of postpaid electricity billing information services is a critical factor in maintaining customer satisfaction and the operational sustainability of electricity service providers. However, the complexity of identifying service quality gaps requires an integrative and comprehensive approach. The integration of a mixed methods approach with the SERVQUAL model is considered to have the potential to optimise service quality through holistic problem identification and data-driven solutions. This study used a mixed methods design with an explanatory sequential design approach. The quantitative phase was conducted through a survey using a SERVQUAL questionnaire that measured five dimensions of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) among 400 postpaid electricity customer respondents. Quantitative data were analysed using regression tests and gap analysis to identify discrepancies between customer expectations and perceptions. The qualitative phase was conducted through in-depth interviews with 15 customers and focus group discussions (FGD) with service staff to explore the causes of the gaps and potential solutions. Data integration was carried out through joint display analysis and triangulation. Quantitative analysis revealed negative gaps in all SERVQUAL dimensions, with the highest gaps in reliability (-1.85) and responsiveness (-1.72). The lowest gap was in tangibles (-0.95). Qualitative analysis revealed the root causes, including inaccurate billing information, slow response to complaints, and lack of empathy in communication. Data integration identified three main wastes: waiting time in delivering information, reprocessing billing data, and overburdening the information system. Improvement priorities focused on developing a real-time data integration system and training service staff. The integration of SERVQUAL mixed methods is effective in identifying service quality gaps and root causes that need to be addressed. Optimising the quality of postpaid electricity billing information services requires both a technical approach (improving the information system) and a human approach (staff training). Implementing solutions based on the findings of this study can improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Further studies are recommended to test the effectiveness of the solutions in a broader context.

Abstract

Stunting remains a persistent public health challenge in Indonesia, mainly due to chronic malnutrition and limited parental literacy regarding balanced diets. To address this issue, this study developed an integrated nutrition education system using YOLOv11 and Generative AI, structured based on the ADDIE framework. This system aims to bridge the literacy gap by automating food identification and transforming technical nutritional data into easy-to-understand insights for stunting prevention. The study used a dataset of 2,413 images, which was expanded to 4,687 through augmentation. Technical evaluation showed strong performance with a Mean Average Precision (mAP@0.5) of 97%, ensuring reliable detection of important protein sources such as eggs. In addition to accuracy, the system applies a heuristic nutritional assessment algorithm visualized through a ‘Traffic Light’ system to reduce the cognitive load on users. Qualitative evaluation with posyandu cadres showed a significant increase in nutritional understanding, with 90% of users able to explain appropriate dietary interventions based on AI recommendations. These results conclude that the integration of computer vision with structured educational design effectively transforms mobile devices into real-time decision support systems for stunting prevention initiatives at the community level.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of online game addiction among adolescents has become a serious concern due to its negative impact on students’ academic balance and mental health. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of information services in improving students’ understanding of the risks associated with online gaming at SMA Negeri 1 Kejuruan Muda, Aceh Tamiang. A quantitative experimental approach was employed using a one-group pretest–posttest design. The participants consisted of 144 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and systematic observations. The questionnaire was administered in three stages: an initial survey to identify students’ involvement in online gaming, a pretest to assess their baseline understanding of online gaming risks, and a posttest to measure changes in understanding following the implementation of the information service. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to determine the effectiveness of the intervention. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ understanding of the dangers of online gaming after receiving the information service. Comparisons between pretest and posttest scores demonstrated increased awareness of the negative consequences of online gaming, including addiction, health problems, declining academic performance, and changes in social behavior. Observational findings further revealed higher student engagement and improved self-regulation in managing gaming time. These findings confirm that information services are an effective strategy for enhancing students’ understanding of online game hazards and should be integrated into school guidance and counseling programs.

Abstract

In today's digital era, developments in information and communication technology have opened up new opportunities for the broader and more interactive dissemination of religious values. This study aims to examine the role of digital media as a means of moderate da'wah, highlighting the transformation of da'wah methods from traditional to online platforms, the opportunities for two-way interaction, and the challenges of negative content such as misinformation and radicalism. The method used is qualitative research with a library research approach, where data was obtained from scientific journals, books, online articles, and recent research reports. Content analysis was conducted to examine theories, concepts, and previous studies related to moderate digital da'wah. The results show that social media, such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Telegram, are effective vehicles for spreading Islamic teachings ?, as long as the content is packaged creatively and responsibly. The concept of religious moderation plays a crucial role in maintaining message balance, preventing polarization, and maintaining harmony in the digital space. Furthermore, the active participation of the younger generation through short video content, Islamic podcasts, and educational threads strengthens the narrative of moderate da'wah. This study recommends improving religious digital literacy and collaboration between religious scholars, IT practitioners, and youth communities to optimize inclusive da'wah in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Internal Control System, Accounting Information System, and Human Resources on Financial Statements and examine the role of Organizational Commitment as a moderation variable in the Asyratun Cooperative of SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Kisaran. The background of this research is the lack of optimal internal control, inaccuracy of transaction recording, and low competence of the management in preparing financial statements. The study used a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique involving all 50 cooperative members as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the Internal Control System, Accounting Information System, and Human Resources have a positive and significant effect on the Financial Statements, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, the Organizational Commitment has been proven to moderate the influence of independent variables on the Financial Statements by strengthening the relationship. These findings confirm that the quality of cooperative financial statements is highly determined by the effectiveness of internal controls, the reliability of accounting information systems, the competence of human resources, and the organization's commitment to supporting financial operations and accountability.

Abstract

This study examines how organizational justice, cultural sensitivity, and information transparency influence the positive work attitudes of persons with disabilities, with stigma perception incorporated as a moderating variable. The research aims to deepen the understanding of how organizational and social dynamics interact in shaping inclusive employment practices. Using quantitative explanatory design, the study employs covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data were obtained from 100 respondents with physical disabilities working in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), private companies, social service organizations, government institutions, and educational settings across Medan, Binjai, and Langkat. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was administered, and the data were analyzed in R Studio using the lavaan, semPlot, and psych packages. Instrument validity and reliability were assessed through CFA, AVE, CR, and HTMT, while model fit was evaluated using CFI, TLI, RMSEA, and SRMR. The findings reveal that organizational justice (β = 0.62, p < 0.01), cultural sensitivity (β = 0.48, p < 0.05), and information transparency (β = 0.55, p < 0.01) each have a significant positive effect on positive work attitudes. The moderation analysis shows that stigma perception weakens the influence of organizational justice and cultural sensitivity yet strengthens the effect of information transparency. Descriptive results further indicate that although stigma remains a substantial barrier, respondents still demonstrate generally high levels of positive work attitudes.

Abstract

This study contributes to the understanding of how digital information literacy (DIL) supports e-learning implementation in under-resourced higher education contexts. This study used a quatitative approach and ex post facto research. Data analysis in this study used descriptive methods (quantitative). The subjects of this study were 56 lecturers and 300 students of Biology Education programs from various universities in West Nusa Tenggara. Data were collected using questionnaires (sig. 0.00-0.04 and Cronbach Alpha=0.743) and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the level of implementation of DIL in universities in NTB has been moderately high, through three process: planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. The majority of lecturers in NTB (82%) have a high level of DIL, with significant advantages in the aspects of understanding the purpose and meaning of information and the ability to evaluate information. On the other hand, students also have a fairly high level of DIL (68%), but the rest are still at moderate and low levels. Strengthening DIL, especially for students, still needs better attention, through optimal support from lecturers and universities. By improving overall digital information literacy, universities in NTB can be more prepared and effective in facing the challenges of digitalization of education in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

The Academic Information System of Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang serves as a key infrastructure supporting academic processes. However, user behavior indicates a low level of information security awareness. Issues such as forgotten passwords, logging in through others’ devices, unawareness of storing sensitive personal data, switching devices due to access spikes, and infrequent password changes increase the risk of cyber threats that may compromise data privacy. This study measures the information security awareness level of active users of the Academic Information System using the Human Aspects of Information Security Questionnaire (HAIS-Q), which comprises three dimensions—Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior (KAB)—and seven subareas weighted through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The findings show that the overall level of information security awareness falls into the “adequate” category, with a score of 72.49%. These results underscore the need for improvement initiatives, including more comprehensive education on information security within the Academic Information System.
