Abstract

Structured fraud exploits information asymmetry in decentralized organizations. This study examines how integrated forensic auditing and information technology uncover fraud networks and the effectiveness of combining digital evidence with physical verification. A multiple case study analyzes two fraud incidents at PT XXX's Semarang and Lampung branches. Data from interviews, digital evidence (WhatsApp chats, photos, ERP logs), and documents were analyzed thematically using the Miles and Huberman model with NVivo 12 support. Findings reveal contrasting fraud patterns: authority-based Marketing Cost manipulation in Lampung versus collaborative asset theft networks in Semarang. Information technology served dual roles, enabling fraud while providing crucial investigation tools like “Get Contact” for identity tracing and WhatsApp metadata for chronology reconstruction. The investigation successfully integrated digital analysis with physical verification, demonstrating an effective hybrid forensic model for mapping hidden relationships and fraud schemes. The study concludes that combating structured fraud requires hybrid investigations synergizing digital forensics with physical auditing to enhance detection accuracy. Practical implications include strengthening IT-based internal controls, developing digital forensic competencies, and establishing standards for digital evidence in fraud investigations.

Abstract

Urban circulation and parking systems are essential elements shaping city structure and influencing the sustainability of urban infrastructure. This study aims to analyze circulation patterns and parking distribution in Marisa City using a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) approach to support sustainable infrastructure planning. A quantitative spatial analysis was applied through network analysis, buffer analysis, and overlay analysis to evaluate road connectivity, accessibility, parking service coverage, and the interaction between traffic intensity and parking locations. The results indicate that circulation in Marisa City is dominated by collector and local roads with moderate connectivity, leading to traffic concentration in commercial areas. Parking analysis reveals a heavy reliance on on-street parking, resulting in reduced road capacity and circulation inefficiencies. Spatial mismatch between parking demand and supply is evident, particularly in commercial zones. The findings highlight that poorly integrated circulation and parking systems negatively affect accessibility, land use efficiency, and environmental sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of GIS-based planning as a decision-support tool for optimizing circulation and parking management to promote sustainable urban infrastructure development in Marisa City.

Abstract

Indonesia faces a youth mental health crisis, with limited access to professional care. WHO recommends one mental health worker per 30.000 people, but Indonesia only has 1:200.000 for general mental health personnel and 1:223.587 for psychiatrists. This paper addresses the implementation gap through the design and integration of an AI augmented health information system within Teman Curhat, a mobile mental wellness platform. We applied thematic analysis to expert interviews and used K-Means clustering on 16.689+ user reported cases to classify concerns into three severity levels. The system’s novelty lies in embedding on device Gemini AI for offline triage, ethical chatbot support, and adaptive user routing. Key outputs include a validated clustering model (Silhouette Score: 0.61), AI assisted classification logic, integration within Android Studio, and a scalable conversational interface. This innovation supports SDG 3 (Good Health and Well being) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by enabling inclusive, responsive, and privacy focused digital mental health services for underserved communities.
