Abstract

This research highlights the concept of preventing early marriage through the Adolescent Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) program at the Karawang Regency Population Control and Family Planning Office. This research uses qualitative research methods with case study design and data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The theory that researchers use in this study is the prevention of early marriage according to Noorkasiani, et al (Ulfah, 2018). Based on the findings in the field, the four dimensions have not gone well. First, in the dimension of directing adolescents who are not married, it was found that there was no formation of the PIK-R group and the absence of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Second, the education dimension of adolescents who are married was found that adolescents who are married have not received PAP (First Child Delay) education from ppkb Pedes and KUA districts and lack of budget to implement the PAP program. Third, regarding the dimension of counseling families who have adolescents, the findings of researchers in the field, namely the establishment of Adolescent Family Development (BKR) in Pedes District have not been evenly distributed and there are only two groups that get a District Decree and the absence of regeneration of BKR members which causes the education provided unevenly to other communities. Fourth, namely in the dimension of socialization of young marriage culture, it was found that there was no socialization provided by related agencies that socialize the culture of marrying young in society so that the culture of marrying young would continue to develop. The non-running of these four dimensions in preventing early marriage causes the spread of reproductive education and early marriage to adolescents not to run. So that this is one of the factors causing free behavior in adolescents who end up in early marriage.

Abstract

Background: Research has well documented how social media acts as a primary information source for both enrolled and prospective students. However, universities often lack clear, evidence-based guidance on how to engage their internal and external audiences. This knowledge gap forces university public relations (PR) teams to rely on trial and error, often struggling to create impactful content. Purpose: This study investigates student preferences for social media content and information sources to enlighten university PR staff who want to improve their institutional communication. Methods: This research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining a quantitative survey of 330 students with qualitative insights gathered from focus group discussions (FGDs) and in-depth interviews with 150 students. The survey included current students because they were once prospective students, so they could give insights as both prospective and current students. Results: Students trust unofficial sources (such as community accounts) and direct recommendations from those closest to them more than official university channels. They are also much more interested in authentic, story-based content. Conclusions: The implications of these findings suggest that, to increase engagement and institutional image, campus social media teams should consider presenting story-based content and increasing audience interactivity. Implications: To strengthen their image and engagement, the teams need to prioritize story-based content, amplify credible community voices, and increase two-way engagement. Universities are also advised to create secondary accounts to post more entertaining and light-hearted content to reduce audience reliance on unofficial sources, and or collaborate with community-driven accounts.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of digital financial literacy and information security on non-cash payment adoption among university students in Jakarta, with gender examined as a moderating variable. A quantitative research design was employed using survey data collected from 50 students who actively use non-cash payment instruments. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings reveal that digital financial literacy has a positive and statistically significant effect on non-cash payment adoption, indicating that students with higher levels of digital financial understanding are more likely to adopt cashless payment systems. In contrast, information security does not show a significant direct effect on non-cash payment adoption. Furthermore, the moderation analysis demonstrates that gender does not significantly moderate the relationship between digital financial literacy and non-cash payment adoption, nor between information security and adoption behavior. These results suggest that non-cash payment adoption among students is primarily driven by cognitive and capability-related factors rather than demographic differences. This study contributes to the digital finance and fintech adoption literature by providing empirical evidence from a student population in a developing country context. The findings also offer practical implications for policymakers, educational institutions, and digital payment providers to prioritize digital financial literacy development as a key strategy for promoting sustainable cashless payment adoption.

Abstract

Cloud device-based information technology infrastructure generates large volumes of operational data that are dynamic and heterogeneous, increasing the complexity of monitoring and anomaly detection processes. Conventional rule-based approaches and supervised learning methods are often less effective due to limited labeled data and their inability to detect newly emerging anomaly patterns. Therefore, this study aims to apply and evaluate the Isolation Forest algorithm as an anomaly detection method for cloud device-based information technology infrastructure. The research data consist of system and network performance metrics, including CPU usage, memory utilization, disk activity, and network traffic collected from a cloud environment. The research stages include data preprocessing, normalization, and feature selection to improve data quality and model performance. The Isolation Forest algorithm is implemented using an unsupervised learning approach, where anomalies are identified based on the algorithm’s ability to isolate data points that exhibit characteristics deviating from the majority of normal data. Model performance is evaluated using a confusion matrix with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics, while parameter optimization is conducted using the grid search method to obtain the best configuration. The results indicate that the Isolation Forest algorithm is able to detect anomalies effectively, achieving high accuracy and a good balance between precision and recall. The model with optimal parameters demonstrates improved performance by reducing detection errors compared to the baseline configuration. Thus, the Isolation Forest algorithm can serve as a reliable and scalable solution to support monitoring activities and enhance the reliability of cloud infrastructure.
