Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the Moovit application in TransJakarta transportation services using the Enhanced Information System Success Model (EISSM). The Moovit application is a technology-based information system that provides route guidance, real-time bus arrival estimates, and integrated information on various transportation modes to support user mobility. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale to 100 respondents selected through the Slovin sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 to examine the validity, reliability, and relationships among variables within the EISSM framework. The results indicate that most respondents have a positive perception of the effectiveness of the Moovit application, although several variables remain at a neutral level. The application of the EISSM model reveals that not all indicators meet the criteria for validity and reliability, indicating that certain variables require improvement. Hypothesis testing shows that 9 out of 14 proposed hypotheses are statistically significant. The variables of information quality, system quality, and service quality are found to have a significant effect on user satisfaction with the Moovit application. However, some relationships between variables are not significant, such as the effect of information quality on trust and the effect of user satisfaction on net benefits. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that although the Moovit application is considered helpful for TransJakarta users, improvements in information accuracy, data update speed, and user interface usability are still necessary to enhance user satisfaction, trust, and overall user experience.

Abstract

In the digital era, the adoption of technology and accounting information systems is crucial for improving business performance, including in the MSME sector. This study analyzes the effect of accounting information system service quality and the use of Fintech Gateway Payments on the performance of MSMEs in Medan Marelan District. The population consisted of 284 MSMEs in 2025, with 108 samples selected through purposive sampling of businesses using accounting information system and Fintech services. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression through SPSS. The findings show that AIS service quality has a significant partial effect on MSME performance, and Fintech Gateway Payments also significantly influence performance. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant combined effect, explaining 54.4% of the variance in MSME performance. These results highlight the role of AIS and Fintech in enhancing efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability in MSMEs.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS remains a serious health problem in Indonesia, particularly in relation to its impact on mothers and infants. Mother-to-child transmission of HIV can be prevented through the Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT) program. The success of this program is influenced by pregnant women's access to quality and easily understood information sources, which can increase their interest and behavioral tendencies in participating in PMTCT services. This study aims to determine the relationship between information sources and pregnant women's interest in PMTCT at the Gamping I Community Health Center in Yogyakarta. The study used a cross-sectional design with Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. The study respondents were pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that most respondents were aged 20–35 years (52.8%), had a high school/vocational high school education (68%), were unemployed (88.8%), were multigravida (51.2%), and were in their second trimester (48.0%). Most respondents had good information sources (52.8%) and had a high interest in PMTCT (78.4%). Statistical tests showed a significant relationship between information sources and pregnant women's interest in PMTCT (r = 0.350; p < 0.001). This finding suggests that the quality and access to information sources play a significant role in increasing pregnant women's interest in PMTCT. Promotional and preventive efforts need to focus on improving the quality and access to PMTCT information through various media and direct approaches by health workers.

Abstract

The Human Resource Department (HRD) plays a very important role in supporting the growth and sustainability of an organization or company. Employees represent the most valuable asset owned by the company, which means that HRD can be considered the most critical component that must be managed properly. The primary function of HRD encompasses the management of all aspects related to the workforce, including ensuring that every employee fully receives their rights. To enhance work effectiveness and efficiency, HRD requires support in the form of a computer-based technology system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an application capable of accelerating and simplifying employee data management. This study aims to improve HRD performance through the creation of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The application development process adopts the Waterfall method. The final outcome of this research is an application that successfully facilitates the HRD department in carrying out its various tasks more effectively.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare continues to expand. Hospital Information Systems (HIS) play a crucial role in managing clinical and operational data within hospitals. With advancements in technology, the integration of AI into HIS is gaining increasing attention due to its potential to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall quality of healthcare services. Currently, government hospitals face various challenges in delivering public health services, including lengthy administrative processes, limited medical personnel, and the growing need for faster, data-driven clinical decision-making. This study focuses on analyzing the role of AI in supporting HIS development in government hospitals, with the objective of improving efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the study collects, evaluates, and analyzes recent literature on the application of AI within HIS in government hospitals, particularly in areas such as patient registration, diagnostic support, electronic medical record management, and digital triage systems. The expected outcome of this study is a more comprehensive understanding of how AI can improve hospital operational efficiency while enhancing the quality of patient experiences, especially within public healthcare contexts. In addition, the study identifies key challenges in implementing AI within HIS, including limited system interoperability, the need for stronger health data security and regulatory frameworks, and insufficient human resource readiness. Therefore, this research is expected to provide meaningful contributions to policymakers, system developers, and government hospitals in designing digital transformation strategies for public health services that are smarter, safer, and more patient-oriented.

Abstract

Textile waste management based on the circular economy still faces challenges related to material flow documentation, distribution accountability, and stakeholder coordination, particularly within nonprofit organizations. This study aims to design and develop the SILAHKAN information system as a solution to support structured, transparent, and sustainable textile waste management. The research adopts applied research with a qualitative descriptive approach combined with system development research. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. System development was conducted using the Agile Software Development method, encompassing problem identification, requirements analysis, system design, iterative development, testing, and user based evaluation. The results indicate that the SILAHKAN system supports textile waste flow recording, improves distribution traceability, and strengthens the role of nonprofit organizations as key actors in circular economy implementation. The system is expected to serve as an adaptive and practical information technology based model for textile waste management in nonprofit organizations.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim merupakan isu global yang menimbulkan dampak luas, seperti meningkatnya bencana klimatologis hingga ancaman terhadap punahnya keanekaragaman hayati. Manusia tidak hanya menjadi pihak terdampak tetapi juga memiliki tanggung jawab penuh mengatasi kondisi ini. Menyadari hal tersebut, Sarah Aulia membentuk brand “Bumijo” sebagai sarana mengajak masyarakat membangun pola hidup ramah lingkungan sekaligus menyediakan alternatif produk ramah lingkungan melalui Instagram. Bumijo kemudian berekspansi membangun ruang diskusi ramah lingkungan melalui grup WhatsApp “Obrolan Jo” yang berdiri pada Oktober 2023. Hingga kini, grup tersebut telah beranggotakan 533 orang yang secara interaktif membahas isu lingkungan dan mengkampanyekan gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Anggota grup terus bertambah seiring masifnya informasi yang dibagikan setiap hari. Penelitian ini berfokus pada praktik personal information management (PIM) anggota grup WhatsApp “Obrolan Jo” terkait topik sustainability. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui  wawancara semi-terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles and Huberman. Aktivitas PIM yang ditemukan meliputi proses pencarian (finding), pengorganisasian (keeping/organizing), dan meta-level. Keterbatasan pemahaman anggota tampak dari proses penyimpanan informasi yang belum disertai klasifikasi sistematis. Namun, praktik PIM dalam komunitas ini telah berkembang dari sekedar proses pengarsipan dan temu kembali informasi menjadi sarana persuasi serta pembentukan kesadaran kolektif mengenai urgensi gaya hidup ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Abstract

The rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) has introduced significant security challenges due to the increasing interconnectivity of devices and the sensitive nature of the data exchanged. Securing IoT communications is crucial to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyberattacks. However, traditional cryptographic methods often fail to meet the unique needs of IoT systems, which are constrained by resource limitations such as processing power and energy consumption. This research aims to develop a comprehensive information security framework that integrates cryptographic protocols tailored to secure IoT communications while maintaining efficiency. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining simulation-based experiments and expert interviews. Various cryptographic techniques, including AES, RSA, and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), are evaluated in IoT network configurations across different environments. Performance metrics such as encryption time, energy consumption, and data integrity are measured to assess the framework’s effectiveness. The results demonstrate that ECC offers the best balance between security and resource consumption, outperforming AES and RSA in terms of efficiency. Expert feedback confirms the feasibility and scalability of the proposed framework. This research contributes to the field by offering a novel approach to IoT security that can be applied to real-world networks, ensuring secure and efficient communication.

Abstract

Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan terhadap lingkungan oleh peningkatan penggunaan TIK menjadi tantangan baru yang harus dihadapi. Saat ini Universitas Brawijaya berkomitmen mewujudkan Green Campus. Brawijaya Language Center (BLC) idealnya mulai menerapkan Green IT sebagai unit yang berada dibawah naungan Universitas Brawijaya. Oleh karena itu BLC sebagai sebuah unit bisnis, adopsi Green IT mutlak diperlukan bukan hanya untuk menjaga lingkungan dari limbah elektronik, tetapi juga untuk menekan biaya investasi dan operasional TI agar lebih hemat dan efektif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti hendak menganalisis penerapan Green IT di BLC, mengetahui tingkat Green IT maturity, serta memberikan rekomendasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Technology-Organization-Environment. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan BLC mulai mengadopsi beberapa praktik Green IT, tetapi belum ada strategi yang jelas dan terstruktur. Tingkat Green IT Maturity pada Brawijaya Language Center berada pada level 2 atau Basic. Rekomendasi yang diberikan ialah peningkatan wawasan dan kesadaran, pembuatan pedoman dan kebijakan tertulis, kebijakan pengadaan perangkat TI yang ramah lingkungan, serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi rutin.
