Abstract

The protection of Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) faces increasingly complex challenges, necessitating collaborative approaches beyond traditional security frameworks. This study introduces an innovative Decision Support System (DSS) for CII protection, integrating cross-sectoral collaboration to produce dynamic security recommendations based on connectivity and resource similarity. Using the Knowledge Management Systems Development Life Cycle (KMSDLC) model, the DSS was developed through structured interviews with stakeholders managing national digital services. The prototype’s usability, assessed with the System Usability Scale (SUS), achieved a score of 78.75 (“Good”), indicating high acceptance. The key novelty of this study is the integration of cross-sector collaboration into DSS to enable real-time, adaptive security recommendations, filling a gap in current static DSS models. Additionally, the research contributes to cybersecurity theory by advancing DSS design with similarity-based recommendations and offers practical guidance for multi-stakeholder CIIP management. Future research should explore integrating AI for predictive analytics to enhance threat mitigation capabilities.

Abstract

Effective inventory management is crucial in manufacturing industries to ensure smooth production and minimize operational costs. This study aims to design and implement an inventory control system based on the Continuous Review System (CRS) method at Naf’a Bakery, a small business located in Desa Canggu, Kediri. The implementation of CRS is expected to optimize raw material inventory, reduce storage costs, and avoid the risks of stockouts or overstocks. The methods used include observation, interviews, and demand data analysis to calculate the reorder point (ROP), optimal order quantity (EOQ), and safety stock. The results show that the implementation of CRS can reduce storage costs by approximately 30% and ordering costs by about 25%, while improving operational efficiency compared to the previous manual system. The CRS-based information system allows Naf’a Bakery to monitor inventory in real-time, ensuring that raw materials are always available at optimal levels and providing flexibility to adapt to demand fluctuations. Thus, this system not only enhances inventory management accuracy but also reduces waste and improves profitability. This study provides significant contributions to the development of more efficient inventory control systems for small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of the web-based Village Correspondence Information System (SIPDES) in La’bo’ Village, North Toraja Regency, as a digital solution to address the persistent limitations of conventional public service delivery. SIPDES is specifically engineered to transform the bureaucratic correspondence process by providing a platform that allows community members to manage and submit letter requests using their smartphones, alongside the ability to perform independent status tracking, thereby eliminating the necessity of physical visits to the village office. The development of this system meticulously adhered to the structured Waterfall methodology. Functional validation was rigorously executed through extensive testing, starting with Black Box Testing, which successfully confirmed that all integrated system features operated precisely according to the predefined technical specifications. Furthermore, the subsequent User Acceptance Test (UAT), conducted with the intended end-users, yielded a highly positive aggregate average score of 85.6%. This strong result serves as a compelling indicator that the vast majority of users perceive SIPDES to be highly feasible and suitable for full-scale implementation. Ultimately, this success validates SIPDES's effectiveness in meeting both core operational requirements and user expectations. The successful deployment of this system is projected to significantly enhance overall service efficiency, transparency, and public service quality, consequently supporting the strategic realization of both e-government and Good Governance principles at the local village level.

Abstract

This study investigates how far accounting knowledge, business experience, business mentoring influence the use of accounting information MSMEs in Palu City. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, in which data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to examine the relationships between variables. The research subjects consist of 35 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in Palu City, which were selected based on purposive sampling criteria to ensure their relevance to the research objectives. Furthermore, data processing and statistical analysis were carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The study shows that accounting knowledge positively and significantly contributes to the use of accounting information, indicating that a stronger understanding of accounting concepts encourages MSME actors to utilize financial data more effectively. In contrast, prior entrepreneurial business experience does not show a significant influence, suggesting that business longevity does not necessarily translate into better use of accounting information without adequate financial literacy. Meanwhile, business mentoring demonstrates a significant, revealing the essential role of external support in fostering better financial practices. These findings imply that efforts to enhance accounting information is used by MSMEs should focus on strengthening accounting knowledge and providing continuous business mentoring.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif peran Human Resource Information System (HRIS) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada era industry 4.0 melalui pendekatan literature review. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mendorong organisasi untuk melakukan transformasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dari sistem manual menuju sistem berbasis teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi. HRIS hadir sebagai solusi strategis yang memungkinkan organisasi dalam mengelola data karyawan secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji dan menganalisis berbagai artikel ilmiah, buku, serta publikasi akademik yang relevan dan dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir (2019–2025). Proses analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, mengelompokkan, serta membandingkan temuan dari berbagai penelitian terkait implementasi HRIS dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi HRIS memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan efisiensi proses kerja, pengurangan kesalahan administratif, peningkatan akurasi dan transparansi data, serta percepatan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Selain itu, HRIS juga berperan penting dalam mendukung transformasi digital organisasi, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan dan dinamika pada era industry 4.0 yang menuntut kecepatan, ketepatan, dan adaptabilitas tinggi.

Abstract

The digital transformation of human resource management in the public sector has become a strategic instrument in improving organizational effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. In Indonesia, one of the major digital innovations in public human resource management is the implementation of the E-kinerja system developed by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN). This system is designed to digitalize performance planning, reporting, and evaluation of civil servants. This study aims to examine the effect of BKN E-kinerja and employee competence on civil servant performance at Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Kelas II Banjarmasin using the Information Technology in Human Resource Management (IT in HRM) framework. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of 31 civil servants, and saturated sampling was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that BKN E-kinerja has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This study contributes theoretically to the development of IT in HRM in the public sector and provides practical implications for improving digital-based performance management systems. Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in primary healthcare facilities has become a critical component of Indonesia's national digital health transformation agenda. This study examines the influence of system quality and information quality on E-Puskesmas user satisfaction at Kumai Community Health Center in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research approach with cross-sectional design, data were collected from all 58 healthcare staff who directly used the E-Puskesmas system through a validated questionnaire adapted from the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both system quality (β = 0.408, p = 0.000) and information quality (β = 0.574, p = 0.000) significantly and positively affected user satisfaction, with information quality demonstrating stronger influence. The model achieved an adjusted R² of 0.586, indicating that 58.6% of variance in user satisfaction was explained by these two variables. Descriptive analysis uncovered dimensional heterogeneity, with security and relevance achieving high categories while system reliability, timeliness, and overall satisfaction remained in moderate classification. These findings suggest that healthcare professionals in resource-constrained settings prioritize accurate and relevant patient data over technical system performance, yet infrastructure limitations continue to undermine holistic user experience. The study contributes empirical evidence for improving E-Puskesmas implementation and supports Indonesia's broader digital health integration through the Satusehat platform.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages educational institutions to utilize web-based information systems to support more effective and efficient administrative management. Penraujan Junior High School still faces obstacles in managing teacher data which is done manually or using simple applications, so that it has the potential to cause recording errors, data duplication, and difficulties in finding and compiling reports. This research aims to design and build a web-based teacher data information system at Penraujan Junior High School using the Laravel framework. The methods used in this study include system needs analysis, system design, and system implementation and testing. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The result of this research is in the form of a teacher data information system that is able to manage teacher data in an integrated manner, facilitate the process of storing, searching, and processing data, and producing accurate and up-to-date information. With this system, it is hoped that the management of teacher data at Penraujan Junior High School can be carried out more optimally and support the improvement of school administrative performance.

Abstract

The school library plays an important role in supporting learning activities. However, library management at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai is still conducted manually, resulting in several problems such as unorganized book data records, slow borrowing and returning processes, and difficulties in generating library reports. This study aims to design a web-based library information system service to support more effective and efficient library data management. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and literature studies to collect data and identify system requirements. The designed system provides features for managing book data, member data, borrowing and returning transactions, and automatic library report generation. The results of this system design are expected to improve library service quality, accelerate administrative processes, and reduce data recording errors. With the implementation of a web-based library information system, the school is expected to manage the library in a more structured manner and support the improvement of students’ reading interest at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) applications in the management and educational activities of Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas Lahat Tanjung Sakti, South Sumatra. The research aims to analyze how digitalization processes support the improvement of administrative effectiveness, learning quality, and institutional management in the context of Islamic boarding schools. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the application of ICT has transformed various aspects of pesantren management—particularly in communication, documentation, and the delivery of educational materials. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy among teachers and infrastructure constraints remain obstacles to full digital transformation. The study concludes that ICT adoption in pesantren environments can foster transparency, efficiency, and innovation when supported by human resource development and institutional policy alignment.
