Abstract

RA DAARUN-NISAA is an educational institution situated in a specific area in Bandung. It annually admits new students. This university attracts many fans due to its engaging learning system that prevents students from feeling bored and its rigorous teaching system. Nevertheless, the admission process at RA DAARUN-NISA is still carried out manually. Due to the absence of a student admission data management system, the incoming data has yet to be integrated into the system. Since the student admission process has yet to be digitized, there are still instances of duplicate data. Consequently, the operator must manually organize the data before inputting it into the central system. A design for an information system to accommodate new students was developed based on the issues identified in the research findings. The research methodology employed in this thesis is the descriptive analysis method. The system development method employed is the SDLC (Software et al.) method, which utilizes a waterfall model. The system was designed utilizing the Angular framework for the front end and Springboot for the back end, with PostgreSQL as the database. The research concludes that an information system has been developed at RA DAARUN-NISAA to facilitate the registration process for new students. This system allows prospective students to register more efficiently while enabling direct management and minimization of data during the registration process. the duplicate. Recommendations for researching student admission information systems involve creating and maintaining a system that operates efficiently and at its highest potential.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the impact of the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System on the internal control of finished goods inventory at a company offering explosives and mining blasting services in Indonesia. Implementing an appropriate Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System and its practical utilization is anticipated to enhance the internal control of finished goods inventory inside the organization. The employed research method is descriptive verification, with data analyzed through simple linear regression to elucidate the relationship or influence between the two variables concerning a company that offers explosives and mining blasting services in Indonesia. To support this research, the author gathered secondary data using questionnaires from 35 employees at the company. The study's findings yield the linear regression equation Y = 10.891 + 0.777X, which indicates a significant favorable impact on Y. The Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System accounts for 65.7% of the Internal Control of Finished Goods Inventory in a company offering explosives and mining blasting services in Indonesia. In comparison, the remaining 34.3% is attributed to other unexamined variables.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and execute a web-based cash receipt and disbursement information system to address financial management issues in a school in Bandung.  Before the system's development, cash transaction recording was conducted manually with notebooks and spreadsheets, susceptible to inaccuracies, reporting delays, and inefficiencies in time and effort.  An information system was built to address these issues by streamlining transaction recording, accelerating the reporting process, and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of cash management. This study employs data-gathering methods such as interviews, observations, literature reviews, and documentation analysis.  The system was developed utilizing a prototyping methodology, facilitating extensive contact between engineers and users to create a solution that meets their requirements.  This system was constructed utilizing the PHP programming language alongside the Laravel framework, employing a MySQL database operated via XAMPP and written with the Visual Studio Code editor. The findings of this study demonstrate that the developed cash receipt and disbursement information system can enhance schools' ability to record and manage cash transactions with greater efficiency, accuracy, and organization.  This technology facilitates the generation of rapid cash reports that are accessible at any time, thereby enhancing the decision-making process and ensuring transparent financial reporting.  Consequently, this system serves as an appropriate solution for facilitating the digitalization of financial administration within the educational setting.

Abstract

This research addresses the main issue of how the Inventory Accounting Information System impacts the Internal Control of inventory in manufacturing companies in Bandung. The primary objective is to determine the influence of this accounting system on inventory control. The study employs a comprehensive descriptive and verificative method, focusing on manufacturing companies in Bandung. Data collection involves secondary data and hypothesis testing using linear regression analysis to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the Inventory Accounting Information System and Internal Control of inventory. The findings reveal a linear regression equation indicating a strong positive influence of the accounting system on internal control. Specifically, the Inventory Accounting Information System contributes significantly to the Internal Control of inventory in manufacturing companies, while the remaining influence is attributed to other unexamined variables. This research offers a novel insight into the critical role of effective inventory accounting systems in enhancing internal controls. The implications of these results highlight the necessity for manufacturing firms to optimize their inventory accounting practices to improve overall internal control.

Abstract

Sistem penyaluran lulusan SMK terbilang masih sangat minim dilakukan, salah satu tugas pokok dari BKK disekolah menengah kejuruan. Dimana BKK berperan sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan penyaluran tenaga kerja. Kesulitan mencari akses dan relasi kerja menjadi hambatan paling besar tanpa adanya MOU. Hadirnya Aplikasi Perancangan Portal Information Student Marketing untuk meningkatkan keterserapan Lulusan Siswa SMK di dunia Industri berskala Nasional berbasis Website ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan penyaluran tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan keterserapan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dibidangnya. rancangan model Aplikasi ini menggunakan orientasi objek (Unified Modeling Language) dan implementasinya menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan demikian sistem berbasis website ini dapat mempermudah dalam proses pencarian tenaga kerja serta dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, mudah dan akurat.

Abstract

Web-based information systems have developed significantly over the last few years with their improvements. An information system that can facilitate service, and access to get information and data management. So that better service to students will be obtained. This research can help students and informatics study programs in archiving thesis data. The research method in this study is a. Observation Method, observation by directly observing the campus environment of the Baturaja University Informatics Study Program to obtain information about the fluidity of the current system used to produce information systems; b. Library Study Method Literature study technique is by collecting data and information on written materials related to the discussion of problems in this study, c. Interview method and d. the information system development method in this study uses the Rapid Application Development or RAD model. Based on the results and discussion in this study, the authors conclude that the creation of a Web-Based Thesis Data Information System at Baturaja University The process of collecting thesis files in the form of softcopy is no longer done conventionally, namely thesis files just need to be uploaded through the system and thesis searches can be done easily online.

Abstract

This paper collects information about education as a pillar that forms civilization that is associated with the advancement of information and communication technology and pedagogical competence of teachers is the spearhead of education itself towards the nation's next generation. This research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches. The intended survey research is to explain the causal relationship and hypothesis testing. The subjects in this study were Islamic High School Islamic Education Teachers in the city of Cirebon, which amounted to 44 people, because of the small number of population, the authors did not take samples. Data collection methods that the authors use in this study using a questionnaire. The results of hypothesis testing found the analysis of the influence of academic supervision on teacher pedagogical competence reached 0.23% with a significant number 0.595> 0.05. The influence of the use of ICT on teacher pedagogical competence reaches 0.886 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 means there is a positive influence. Correlation analysis between academic supervision with the use of ICT by 82.3% and significance 0,000 <0.05 means that a positive relationship is recorded and the effect of academic supervision and the use of ICT together have a significant influence on teacher pedagogical competence of 85.8%, with a magnitude of influence of 0.720 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the dependent variable on the independent variable partially and simultaneously. Abstrak Tulisan ini mengumpulkan informasi tentang pendidikan sebagai pilar pembentuk peradaban yang dikaitkan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta kompetensi pedagogik guru yang merupakan ujung tombak dari pendidikan itu sendiri terhadap generasi penerus bangsa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitain survei yang dimaksud adalah bersifat menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan pengujian hipotesis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA Negeri di kota Cirebon yang berjumlah 44 orang, karena sedikitnya jumlah populasi, maka penulis tidak mengambil sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan analisis pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru mencapai 0.23% dengan angka signifikan 0,595 > 0,05. Pengaruh penggunaan TIK terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru mencapai 0.886 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh positif. Analisis korelasi antara supervisi akademik dengan penggunaan TIK sebesar 82.3% dan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdata hubungan positif dan pengaruh supervisi akademik dan penggunaan TIK secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru sebesar 85.8%, dengan besarnya nilai pengaruh 0,720 dan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel dependen terhadap variabel independen secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of accounting information systems, technology use, human resource competency, and management engagement on individual performance at Shopee Express, a delivery service firm located in the city of Medan. The present study employs quantitative data. The research was carried out at a logistics company called Shopee Express, located in the urban area of Medan. The study's population comprises all employees employed at the Shopee Express delivery service company in the city of Medan, amounting to a total of 60 individuals. The sample size for this study also consists of 60 people. The study incorporated a combination of primary and secondary data sources, as employed by the researcher. The findings and analysis of this study are presented as follows: (1) The implementation of accounting information systems has a noteworthy impact on individual performance, as evidenced by the statistical significance of the sig value being less than 0.05. The impact of technology utilization on individual performance is shown to be statistically significant, as indicated by a significance level of less than 0.05. The competency of human resources has a substantial impact on individual performance, as indicated by a statistically significant p-value of less than 0.05. The involvement of management has a substantial impact on the performance of individuals, as evidenced by the statistical significance of the relationship (p < 0.05). (5) The concurrent impact of establishing accounting information systems, utilizing technology, possessing human resource competence, and engaging in management participation has a noteworthy effect on individual performance, as indicated by a statistically significant p-value of less than 0.05. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.641, indicating that the research variables provide a substantial contribution of 64.10% towards explaining individual performance. The remaining 35.90% is attributed to external factors beyond the scope of this study.

Abstract

Canva is one of the programs in designing online learning that provides various tools such as presentations, infographic videos. The use of platforms for learning design is an innovation that must be developed by teachers. With the learning design, learning will be active and more interesting. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. 5 stages in the ADDIE model, namely the stages of analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). The results of the analysis show that the learning design using the Canva application in ICT training for madrasa teachers in Central Maluku district stated that 20% often used the Canva application in designing lessons and 60% had used the Canva platform or application in designing learning, 20% stated that they had never used Canva in designing learning and using the Canva-based learning animation video application.

Abstract

This study aims to describe participants' responses or perceptions of the use of Google forms as an alternative learning evaluation tool in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Technical Training for Madrasah Teachers in East Seram District. This type of research is qualitative research using the descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to all participants, totaling 30 people. The results of the study show that learning evaluation using Google forms is very effective, there are no problems when using it, the access is fast, it is very easy to use and not complicated, and the results are very accurate so that the evaluation objectives can be achieved, it is also fun, efficient in terms of time and cost, so can be recommended for the facilitator to use it.
