Abstract

Recognizing the critical intersection of technology and education, particularly in language acquisition, the State Islamic College of Madina in North Sumatra undertook a study to investigate the innovation and development of English language learning media through Information Technology (IT) integration. The study aimed to address the following objectives: firstly, to identify the existing technological landscape in English language instruction; secondly, to assess the effectiveness of IT-based learning resources; and finally, to explore opportunities for improvement and future development in this domain. This research seeks to bridge the gap in literature by examining the nuanced impact of IT integration on English language education within the context of a religious institution. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data were gathered from students, educators, and administrators to gain insights into their perceptions of IT-based learning resources. The key findings revealed varying levels of technological competence among participants, impacting their engagement with IT tools. Educators emphasized the necessity of seamlessly integrating technology into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning experiences. Meanwhile, students acknowledged the convenience of digital resources but highlighted challenges such as technical issues and content relevance. Notable trends include the importance of investing in educator professional development and improving IT resource accessibility.

Abstract

The paradigm shift in Legal Education in Indonesia is currently being felt by academics, practitioners, students and the public, namely the technology-based learning pattern. As previously known, the pattern of learning in Indonesia is still done conventionally and conventionally on reading literacy. However, under current conditions, academics, practitioners and the public in Indonesia are expected to be able to adapt to current technological developments. The aims research to know how is the application of technology and information in providing information and legal education to the younger generation and society and to know how will the e-learning development model as a digital-based forum and source of legal information contribute to increasing public knowledge and legal awareness in the future development of national law. The research method used in this study is the normative legal method. obtained are by developing digital-based e-learning which is expected to be able to help the younger generation and the Indonesian people to understand and be aware of existing laws. In addition, the development of e-learning methods can be used as a forum for the presentation of digital-based legal information and provide a space for the community to search, research, analyze and share information effectively and efficiently. The public will quickly receive ideas and information about the law and the educational process that needs to be developed, and quality human resources in print who understand the existing laws and are able to use the technology necessary to compete in the current and future era of globalization.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in a pandemic situation, various elements are affected, one of which is the automotive sector. Companies are required to increase profits where in the current conditions loyal customers are the basis of their market. arketing information systems are important to increase customer loyalty during a pandemic accompanied by quality service and customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the correlation between the marketing information system mediated by service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the automotive industry in Denpasar. The sample method uses random sampling with accidental sampling through distributing questionnaires that are measured using a Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents, namely customers who had been to an authorized car dealer in the city of Denpasar. The results showed that the marketing information system had a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Marketing information systems have a significant positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, besides that customer satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty. Service quality and customer satisfaction are perfect mediations of the relationship between marketing information systems and customer loyalty, so this shows that marketing information systems are needed to maintain customer loyalty which is assisted by service quality and customer satisfaction so that companies can survive the Covid-19 era, especially in the industry automotive.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on BPS data (2021), there was a significant decrease in the number of tourists. This study aims to find out how consumers face the fear of the Covid-19 pandemic when they are going to travel through online applications. The research indicators are measures of health, personal, financial stressors, use of travel research and applications and intentions, social media, travel avoidance. The population of this study is potential tourists during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research sample was 105 respondents with a minimum sample size of 5 times the estimated parameters. This research uses the convenience sampling method. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions. The results of this study revealed that health stressors have a significant effect on the use of research and travel applications. Personal stressors variable and financial stress have no effect on consumers in the use of research and travel applications. The effect of health and personal stress on social media searches is not proven. The use of research and travel applications had no effect on the intention for future book research. While the searches for tourist information on social media affect the intention to book the next search the use of travel research and applications has a significant effect on travel avoidance. This study provides insight into the role of stressors and their influence on tourist information seeking during the pandemic.

Abstract

The development and improvement of the quality of human resources needs to be improved to keep pace with the flow of information technology modernization in the era of globalization. The phenomenon of behavior and personality tendencies of today's young generation is increasingly moving away from religious values, customs, and culture, and losing their identity as individuals which is rooted in the noble values of the nation's religion and culture. This research aims to determine the role of character education and self-leadership in forming the character of the young Hindu generation. The population in this study was the Hindu Easy Generation with a total research sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with a stratified random sampling method with proportional allocation to collect quantitative data. The research results show that character education has a positive and significant effect on the character formation of young Hindus. In the context of the formation of the character of young Hindus, self-leadership has a positive and significant effect. Thus, self-leadership plays an important role in forming the character of young Hindus who are strong and responsible while the modernization of information technology can have a positive, but not significant, effect on the formation of the character of young Hindus.

Abstract

Abstract Each adolescent will experience changes related to reproductive health problems. The growth and sexual maturity drive happens earlier in women rather than in men. KPAI survey data in 2017 states that 97% of adolescents in Indonesia have watched pornographic films and 93.7% have ever done kissing, petting, and oral sex. Malang City Health Office noted in 2014, 139 teenagers aged less than 18 years have been pregnant and increased to 176 cases in 2015. This condition implies that adolescent in Malang city has a big risk of experiencing morbidity and mortality related to the condition of maternal pathology. Following this kind of problem, BKKBN established the Reproductive Health Information and Counselling Program (PIK-KRR) as a platform for young people to prepare for a family life. Through that program, each adolescent female will receive support to understand the substance of pregnancy planning, which includes the physical, psycho-social, and social economy aspects. The main objective is that each adolescent female will postpone the age of marriage and pregnancy before they are able to fulfill those essential aspects. The aim of this research is to understand the role of the Reproductive Health Information and Counselling Program in its relation to the knowledge and the attitude of adolescent females towards pregnancy planning in Malang city. This research applies the comparative observational design by using a proportional sampling technique for 350 students of selected high schools who provide such program and 350 students of selected high schools who do not provide such program. The instrument used for data collection is the questionnaire that has gone through validity and reliability tests. The research data are then analyzed and interpreted by SPSS window release computer program version 23. The results of the knowledge scoring with the category of lack of knowledge in the high school without PIK-KRR group showed the biggest difference compared to that of in the high school group with PIK-KRR. This proves that PIK-KRR contributes meaningfully to the knowledge of high school students. Likewise in the high school groups that have the PIK-KRR, the category of female students with a positive attitude is greater than that of high schools that do not have PIK-KRR. This proves that the presence of PIK-KRR has a significant influence on attitudes in pregnancy planning in adolescents in Malang City. Abstract

The rapid current of globalization raises many problems in almost all aspects of human life, covering the political, social, cultural, economic, scientific and technological fields, so that fundamental changes in people's habits arise predominantly. Following the issuance of Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) that was amended to Law Number 19 Year 2016 regarding the Amendment of Law Number 11 Year 2008 regarding Information and Electronic Transactions, many polemics and cases that lead to the pros and cons of the articles in the ITE Law took place. This study examines the classification of an offense of criminal act of contempt committed through electronic information media of and reveals the legal standing for such kind a criminal act. This study was conducted using normative method through analysis of legal interpretation and descriptive analysis. Apparently, the results confirm that the element of "contempt and/or defamation" contemplated in Article 27 paragraph (3) of ITE Law refers to Article 310 of the Criminal Code. Criminal acts of contempt committed through electronic information media are offense complaints that should be reported to the authorities by persons who feel that their honor or reputation is insulted or those who are empowered to obtain judicial justice from law.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, where information technology continues to develop, accompanied by the competitive demands of the technology-based business world, new business ideas are being seen which are seen as great opportunities by business people. One of the businesses that is currently very popular is the online entrustment service business for purchasing concert tickets via Instagram. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the legal responsibility of online entrustment service entrepreneurs who default on consumers due to unclear concert ticket information and related forms of legal protection for consumers for unclear information by online entrustment service entrepreneurs in purchasing concert tickets via Instagram. The research method used is normative juridical using legal materials obtained from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The existence of a breach of contract regarding unclear concert ticket information carried out by online entrustment service entrepreneurs on Instagram means that jastip entrepreneurs who violate the agreement can be held responsible for compensating consumers for losses with sanctions as regulated in the relevant regulations. Therefore, this creates the creation of consumers' rights to obtain legal protection, both preventively and repressively, where in order to realize this legal protection it is also necessary to have joint synergy between the government, society, institutions and related parties.

Abstract

Abstract The national economic development in Indonesia is inseparable from the banking role. The existence of the stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (PERPU) Number 1 of 2017 on Access to Financial Information for Tax Purposes will certainly affect the regulation of the banking sector in particular related to bank secrets. The establishment of the Perpu appears to have attracted the attention of the government to immediately pass it into law. It is proven which on 23 August 2017 President Joko Widodo has authorized the Perpu to become a law through Law Number 9 of 2017 on Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (PERPPU) Number 1 of 2017 on Access to Financial Information for Tax Purposes into the Law -What. The policy is a form of Indonesia's commitment to participate in the automatic exchange of information globally for tax purposes. The automatic opening of bank secrets for tax purposes will certainly affect the previous banking arrangements, especially those related to bank secrets. Therefore, in order to avoid overlapping arrangements, the state of Indonesia needs to harmonize all regulations relating to bank secrets and the opening of bank secrets for tax purposes. Abstract

The legal construction of Articles 187 and 191 of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs Number 3 of 1997 and Article 12 paragraph (4) letter i of the Perka BPN excludes HGU documents as documents that are not accessible to the public and can only be given to government agencies.This study aims to examine regulation of information transparency on the data of the holder of the Right to Cultivate and to examine the legal consequences of not implementing the Supreme Court's Decision Number: 121 K/TUN/2017 by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) which has permanent legal force. This study uses a normative juridical method according to the applicable law. The results of this study revealed that Transparency of information on data on holders of the Right to Cultivate refers to Article 2 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration (hereinafter referred to as PP No. 24 of 1997) which stipulates that public information is open and accessible to every user of public information. The Right to Cultivate Documents are not exempt under Article 17 letters b and h of the KIP Law. Furthermore, the legal consequences of not implementing the Supreme Court's decision Number: 121 K/TUN/2017, namely the cassation respondent may be subject to administrative sanctions in accordance with Article 116 of the Administrative Court Law and criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 52 of the KIP Law.
