Abstract

Cost planning is a crucial aspect of construction project execution to ensure budget efficiency and project success. This study aims to analyze the cost planning for the construction of the G2 Building structure at Warmadewa University using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method. BIM is employed as the primary tool to generate a 3D model integrated with accurate and efficient cost estimation (quantity take-off). The study begins by collecting initial project design data, technical specifications, and a conventional budget plan (BOQ). Subsequently, this data is implemented in BIM software to create a 3D model of the building structure. This model is used to conduct quantity analysis and cost estimation based on the work volume automatically generated by BIM. The results show that the BIM method produces a cost planning estimate of IDR 13,622,950,957, while the conventional method estimates IDR 14,648,621,255, resulting in a difference of IDR 1,025,670,298 or 7%. Abstract

This study introduces a novel integration of the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with a web-based recruitment platform for Special Job Fair (BKK) institutions at vocational schools a context not previously addressed in the fuzzy decision-support literature. The current manual process at BKK Jaya Abadi SMKN 1 Bukateja relies on paper-based workflows, causing data loss risks, prolonged processing times, and subjective multi-criteria evaluation. The proposed system uses three input variables  psychotest, interview, and health scores processed through fuzzification, an 18-rule inference base, MAX aggregation, and centroid defuzzification to generate objective recruitment recommendations. Testing on 35 applicant records yielded MAPE = 4.29% and accuracy = 95.71%, outperforming both the manual assessment baseline (MAPE = 12.86%, accuracy = 87.14%) and a simple weighted sum alternative (MAPE = 8.42%, accuracy = 91.58%). A paired t-test (α = 0.05) confirmed that accuracy differences are statistically significant. According to Lewis (1982), the system falls in the "Very Good" accuracy category. The system significantly reduces subjective inconsistencies in candidate evaluation while maintaining transparency and alignment with expert judgment, offering a practical and interpretable approach to automating multi-criteria recruitment decisions in BKK environments.

Abstract

Waste bank data management at the Environmental Agency of Tegal City relied on Google Forms, spreadsheet recapitulation, and manual report compilation, causing data duplication, incomplete reports, inconsistent records, and delayed monitoring; of 187 registered waste bank units, only about 30% submitted monthly reports consistently, and recapitulation took one to two weeks. Previous waste bank information systems mainly supported single-unit operations such as transaction recording and internal reporting, leaving a gap in how a public authority could centrally verify and monitor data from many decentralized units. This study addressed that gap by developing BASMAN, a web-based Waste Bank Management Information System built using the Waterfall approach, integrating master data, operational data, monthly reports, report verification, monitoring, notifications, and data export in one centralized platform with role-based access for administrators and waste bank managers. Unlike prior systems that treated data submission and acceptance as a single step, BASMAN introduced a dedicated agency-level verification stage before report approval. Blackbox Testing confirmed all 35 scenarios passed successfully, and User Acceptance Testing yielded an average score of 4.21 (84.29% acceptance), categorized as highly feasible, demonstrating that BASMAN was both functionally sound and well accepted by its intended users.

Abstract

The acceleration of digital transformation in the public sector has positioned information systems as a critical instrument for improving government performance. One of Indonesia’s strategic initiatives in this area is the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah/SIPD), which integrates planning, budgeting, administration, and reporting processes across local governments. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of SIPD implementation in Indonesia by examining system performance, user acceptance, and institutional readiness. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through literature review, policy documents, and relevant empirical studies published between 2022–2025. The findings indicate that SIPD contributes positively to data integration and transparency; however, challenges remain in terms of system latency, centralized architecture constraints, and uneven human resource capacity across regions. These issues affect the optimal utilization of SIPD at the local government level. The study concludes that while SIPD has strengthened the foundation of digital governance in Indonesia, continuous system refinement and capacity building are required to enhance its effectiveness and sustainability.
