Abstract: The success of the system claim payment information a very active role in information systems and strategies in the core business that exists today got a critical priority for the company. The is unavoidable because of information systems has become an essential part of the survival of companies, companies that do not follow it will miss. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the billing payment systems, information systems using information systems and methods of success DeLone McLean. The analysis showed that the quality of information, quality systems, and top management support systems affect the perceived usefulness of the system. With the use of information systems claims payments affect the perceived benefits of the company is the satisfaction for users of the system in general and organizations. The perceived usefulness of the system for users is very helpful for daily operations in its work, as well as the quality of information and the quality of the system will have a direct impact to the organization, some manual processes no longer in the payment of claims to the client. With the results of this study are expected to be useful for management to determine the factors that affect the success rate of use claims payment system based on quality information and quality system. The conclusions of this evaluation are the system already meets the quality information and quality system that can further develop.

The study investigated the availability of ICT resources for enhancing teachers' Instructional delivery in Private Secondary Schools in Port-Harcourt Metropolis. The purpose of the study was to investigate the availability, adequacy and utilization of ICT resources for enhancing teachers’ instructional delivery in the schools. The descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The population for the study consisted of all private secondary school teachers in Port-Harcourt Metropolis. Multistage sampling technique was used to select the sample. To achieve this, 10 Private Secondary Schools were selected from each of the two Local Government Areas in Port Harcourt Metropolis. From each of the 10 schools, 160 teachers (80 males and 8o females) were randomly sampled. A self-structured checklist/questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data for the study. Cronbach Alpha reliability was used to establish the internal consistency of the instrument which yielded 0.86, 0.85 and 0.77 reliability indexes. The data collected were analyzed using percentages, mean and standard deviation while z-test was used to test the hypothesis at 0.05 level of significant. The findings of this study show that laptop computers, printers, Internet facilities, PowerPoint projectors, radio and television sets, educational software amongst others were ICT resources available for enhancing teachers’ instructional delivery in private secondary schools. Secondly, the findings showed that computer printers, Radio and television sets, smart phones among others are adequate for teachers’ instructional delivery in private secondary school. The study also found that computers and laptops, internet facilities, educational software amongst others are utilized for instructional delivery to a high extent. It was therefore recommended that private schools administration should scale up the provision of ICT resources for instructional delivery. In addition, teachers' skills in the utilization of ICT resources should be improved.

Career is a life long process. This study aims to improve the career planning of senior high school students in Tarakan City through information career services assistance through the website. The experimental design used in this research is quasi-experiment in the form of one group pretest-post design. The career planning scale consists of 45 items with 5 falling items and 0.875 alpha coefficient. This study involved 35 students as an experimental group selected by purposive sampling. The result of this research is career information service the website-assisted effectively improve the career planning of high school students in Tarakan City (10,094, p <0.01).

This study was based on the low career aspirations of the students' at senior high school of Muhammadiyah 1 Magelang, Indonesia and the lack of Islamic approach to improving career aspirations. Many students who did not have a career goal after graduating from high school. Otherwise, guidance and Counseling Teachers still use conventional career information services. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of information services based on Islamic approach in improving career aspirations of students at Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Magelang. The type of this research was quasi-experiment research with pretest design and posttest group design. The student population of the tenth class was 240 students, and the sample (purposive sampling) was 30 students. Data collecting tool in this research was the career aspirations of the student. The result of this research showed there was an improvement of the career aspirations of the student after receiving a career information service based on Islam intervention. This result indicated that career information service based on Islam is effective in improving student career aspirations.

The development of information every day is increasing. Public complaint is one form of information on the Internet is growing each day according to the number of people who make a complaint. In the management of complaints frequent errors in aduannya groupings so as to make the admin must work longer to perform grouping or classification of complaints. Such information becomes a media which is used for data mining research. One of the functions of data mining is classification. Naïve Bayes is one of the methods used for classification, one for the classification of documents or text. The classification is very useful for grouping data or documents by category. This will simplify the user data or documents in the search process. This research was conducted by applying the method Naïve Bayes for classification societies complaint data and algorithms Information Gain for the selection of attributes in order to improve the accuracy of the classification of public complaints. The test results by using 150 training data and testing the data 60 Naïve Bayes algorithm using attribute selection results without accuracy is 63.33%. whereas on testing Naïve Bayes algorithm using Information Gain attribute selection with the same data results are increasing even with k = 5. The best accuracy results found in this study was 86.67% using the selection attribute by 55.

Sertifikasi guru merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan disertai dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan guru. Namun banyaknya penerima sertifikasi yang ternyata tidak cair berpengaruh kepada laporan anggaran belanja negara dan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan seleksi fitur dengan cara memberi bobot pada setiap atribut dari data Penerbitan Surat Keputusan Tunjagan Profesi Guru di Kota Surakarta tahun 2015, menggunakan metode information gain untuk meningkatkan akurasi pada algoritma Naïve Bayes, sehingga dapat mengklasifikaasi penerbitan surat keputusan tunjangan profesi guru dengan baik. Information gain digunakan untuk memilih atribut khususnya dalam menangani data dengan dimensi tinggi. Sedangkan untuk proses klasifikasinya menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes yang merupakan teknik prediksi berbasis probabilistic sederhana. Adapun atribut yang digunakan dalam eksperiman ini adalah, NUPTK, Format Bayar, Jenis PTK, Jenis Kelamin, NIP, Status Kepegawaian, Kode Sertifikasi, Area Tugas, Jenjang, JJM Mengajar, Tugas Tambahan, Tugas Mengajar, Golongan, Nama Bank, Keputusan. Hasil Eksperimen dari metode Naïve Bayes didapatkan hasil akurasi sebesar 93,31% sedangkan setelah menggunakan seleksi fitur dengan information gain didapatkan hasil akurasi sebesar 96,11%. Sehingga mengalami peningkatan akurasi sebesar 2,80%.

Introduction: Hospital management requires fast and accurate data management to create quality services. As a result, an assessment is required, particularly utilizing the HOT-Fit method, which was established with knowledge and regulation in mind, to assess the information system in this study. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the influence of humans, organizations, technology, knowledge, and regulation on benefits either simultaneously or partially. Method: This study uses quantitative research methods with the type of research that is causality explanatory. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents in this study were the respondents of RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso who operates SIMRS directly with as many as 154 employees. Result: The results of this study showed that there is a significant influence from Humans, Organizations, Technology, Knowledge, and Regulations that affect the benefits of 80.9%. Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge, and Regulation partially affect the benefit, with the provisions of the regulation being the variable that has the highest influence on the benefit. Conclusion: Regulation is the most dominant variable affecting the benefits of using SIMRS. Follow-up in this case, especially regulations is that the hospital is expected not to replace the developer and use a qualified developer who understands all business processes in the hospital. For further researchers, it can analyze the influence of other variables on benefits and analyze how the influence of knowledge and regulation variables if they become mediating variables.

The existence of volunteers helping the government convey appropriate information to the public either through social media or plunging directly into the field of conducting public communication is the background of this research, with the theme of the Existence of the Volunteers of the Indonesian Humanitarian Committee in Delivering Information on Prevention and Handling Covid-19. This study aims to describe the motivation of volunteers, volunteer activities in the field and forms of volunteer messages on social media. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are by interview and document analysis. The results of this study indicate the existence of Indonesian Humanitarian Committee volunteers as the frontline in conveying information on prevention and handling of Covid-19 to the people of South Tangerang, motivated by caring for others as an effort to remind the importance of prevention and handling of Covid 19, in volunteer activities in the field, namely distributing flyers about prevention and handling of Covid-19 through food and food distribution programs, while the form of messages on social media about prevention and handling of Covid-19 is mostly done through Facebook, Instagram, website media, with various messages in the form of articles, photos, status, and messages the other.

Rats are carriers and breeding grounds for a variety of parasites. The existence of a large population of rats can cause zoonotic diseases. This research is a survey and identification of the presence of rats in the Tarakan Class II Port Health Office Juwata Tarakan Airport and Port Working Area as an effort to prevent zoonotic disease caused by rat vectors. This research is descriptive with quantitative data types, measuring the presence of rats for 4 days and identification of rat species using survey and observation data collection methods. The results showed that the rats caught were still in low numbers with the types of rats caught being Rattus rattus and Rattus novergicus. Observation of the area showed that poor sanitation conditions, the density of piles of goods, sewerage, and the distance between the trash can and the canteen were opportunities for rats
