Abstract

This study aims to develop an adaptive and replicable digital learning administration model, namely TERPADU 360 based on Google Sites, to improve the efficiency of administrative management among elementary school teachers. The development of this model is motivated by the low level of integration in learning administration systems at the elementary school level, which affects the effectiveness of teachers’ work. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research subjects were third-grade teachers at MI Al Ikhlas Parakan Kauman, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through expert validation, teacher response questionnaires, and system usage observations. The results indicate that the developed model has a high level of feasibility, with a practitioner validation score of 93.84%, and material and media expert validation scores of 92.30%, both categorized as feasible with revisions. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a Google Sites based learning administration model that is adaptive and replicable, enabling it to be easily implemented and replicated by elementary school teachers in various educational contexts.

Abstract

A polarized digital ecosystem poses significant challenges for Islamic education in maintaining intra-communal solidarity (ukhuwah) and fostering interfaith dialogue. This study aims to analyze the messages of religious moderation, ukhuwah, and anti-fragmentation in Surah Āli ‘Imrān (64–110), and to formulate pedagogical principles and strategies for managing digital spaces It employs a qualitative library-based approach using thematic exegesis (mawḍū‘ī), integrated with empirical findings on digital polarization and moderation education. The study identifies four key themes: (1) kalimah sawā’ as a common ground for Muslim–People of the Book dialogue; (2) ukhuwah and the prohibition of division as the foundation of social cohesion; (3) dialogical and non-coercive da‘wah as a learning model; and (4) vigilance against misinformation and the importance of verification in digital literacy. The findings highlight that Islamic education must be implemented applicatively through curriculum strategies, teaching methods, and governance of digital interaction. The study contributes theoretically by enriching Qur’anic-based moderation discourse and social interaction theory, and practically by offering a ukhuwah-based and interfaith dialogue-oriented curriculum model relevant to the digital age.

Abstract

The decline in student participation in the Academic Aptitude Test (TKA) has become a critical issue in the field of education because it relates to students’ readiness to pursue higher education. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-confidence and family support on the decision of 12th-grade students at SMAN 3 Bangkalan not to take the Academic Ability Test (TKA). This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 49 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The results indicate that, individually, self-confidence and family support have a positive and significant influence on students’ decisions, with self-confidence being the most dominant factor. Collectively, the two variables account for 76.1% (R² = 0.761) of the variation in students’ decisions. These findings imply the importance of strengthening students’ internal motivation as well as family support in academic decision-making. In conclusion, self-confidence plays a more dominant role than external support in determining students’ decisions, although both remain complementary in shaping readiness to face academic exams and continue their education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the partnership planning between LPPK Bhakti Nusa and the workforce, the forms of partnership, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the Director of LPPK Bhakti Nusa, the Head of the Academic Division, and two industry partner representatives, as well as through a document review of the MoU, tracer study data, OJT logbooks, and other partnership documents. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that LPPK Bhakti Nusa’s partnership planning encompasses four stages: identifying partnership program needs based on demand from the cruise ship and hospitality industries; analyzing the potential of prospective partners using criteria for four- and five-star hotels; evaluating previous collaboration outcomes; and developing an action plan. Forms of partnership include teaching collaboration through the involvement of guest instructor, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and graduate placement through partner hotels, P3MI, and cruise ship agencies. This study examines partnership planning at LPPKs in the hospitality sector that is responsive to international industry standards and can serve as a reference for similar non-formal educational institutions.

Abstract

Systematically designed curriculum management can improve the quality of the learning process and support the achievement of educational goals more effectively. Furthermore, successful curriculum implementation is also influenced by good coordination between the principal, teachers, and stakeholders in the education system. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Cambridge Curriculum in the international program at Chalidana Islamic School Primary Gresik, covering planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the school principal, the Cambridge program coordinator, Cambridge subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. The collected data were then analyzed using the approach proposed by Miles et al. (2014), which includes data condensation, data presentation, and the drawing and verification of conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the application of the POAC management functions (Planning, Organization, Actuating, Controlling) supports the management of the Cambridge Curriculum in international class programs at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study evaluates the culinary training program at SPNF SKB Ungaran using the CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome) evaluation model. A qualitative evaluative approach was employed, involving the head of the institution, program managers, instructors, and two alumni selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The findings reveal that the program is aligned with community needs and local economic potential, particularly in supporting micro-scale culinary entrepreneurship. The input component demonstrates adequate instructor qualifications, sufficient learning facilities, and a needs-based curriculum design. The learning process emphasizes practical activities (80%) over theoretical instruction (20%), contributing to significant improvements in participants' technical competencies and self-confidence. The product evaluation indicates enhanced cognitive, psychomotor, and affective competencies. At the outcome level, interviewed alumni have successfully developed independent culinary businesses, reflecting positive economic empowerment. This study contributes by applying the CIPPO model to evaluate nonformal vocational training programs at SKB, with emphasis on long-term entrepreneurial outcomes within life skills education framework.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure management and pesantren climate on the quality of educational services at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Gandok, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consisted of all final-year students in the 2025/2026 academic year, with the sample determined using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. The instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire comprising 36 items, validated using Product Moment Pearson (r ≥ 0.2144) and reliability tested via Cronbach’s Alpha (α = 0.920). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) through IBM SPSS 25. Infrastructure management had a positive and significant effect on educational service quality (β = 0.302; t = 2.225; p = 0.030). Pesantren climate also showed a positive and significant effect (β = 0.436; t = 3.217; p = 0.002), with a greater contribution than infrastructure management. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced educational service quality (F = 24.884; p = 0.000), jointly explaining 46.6% of the variance (R² = 0.466). This study reveals that the socio-psychological climate of pesantren has stronger predictive power over educational service quality than physical infrastructure, offering a new perspective in integrated quality improvement strategies for Islamic boarding school institutions.
