International Research-Based Education Journal is a journal that is developed from any research conducted by all researcher who have great commitment to bring a lot of education issues to best solutions. It could be the best forum for further discussion for an education and training field incorporating a series of issues and/or related to quality improvement in education and training. Therefore, the call for papers was addressed to scholars and/or professionals of the field of eduaction and training. The Covid-19 virus pandemic hit the whole world in early 2020. This new virus was first discovered in Wuhan, Hubei Provision, China. Many countries affected by this virus, including Indonesia. The percentage of deaths caused by this virus reaches 9.11. Vaccines for this virus have not yet been found.This inspired the Covid edition of students social works at Universitas Negeri Malang to make a breakthrough in preventing Covid-19 transmission. One of the work programs that shows a breakthrough in preventing Covid-19 transmission is the delivery of sterile booths to the Kunti Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo. It is hoped that the sterile booth will be able to break the chain of transmission of the Covid-19 virus.

The Authoritarian Leadership Style adopted by the Principal as a leader in an educational institution will have an impact on the competence of educators, both positive and negative impacts. Authoritarian leadership classically has a more structured relationship within an organizational scope, especially in directing the teaching staff under it as a whole and intact because there is no intervention in directing the direction of the institution. This article aims to determine the impact manifested by the Principal's Authoritarian Leadership Style as the head of the agency and the relationship between authoritarian leadership style to the competence of the teaching staff. This research method uses a literature study that describes previous research to find existing data and findings and present them in the discussion of the problems of this article. The findings presented point to the emergence of negative and positive impacts and their relationship to the competence of educators in an educational institution that uses the Authoritarian Leadership Style of the Principal as the head of the agency.

Nowadays more violent issues experienced by children in physical, verbal, emotional, and sexual abuses. Some factors identified as the sources of the violent issues including family dysfunction, economic factors, and misperceptions about the children. It is due to family economic pressures and disadvantageous social economic condition of the family or parent. The study used a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive technique in analysing the data. Results indicate that that residents especially women and children who live in the slum or densely populated area were subject to violent treatments on physical, psychological / emotional, and verbal abuses. These will lead to the constraints of education access services and school drop out to the children. In conclusion, there is a model of linkage between the risks of children abuses, social and demographic factors of the slum areas.

This research aims to describes how tranformasional leadership and its implementation in improving teacher performance. The research uses literature review research method by collecting data from various sources of literature both print and online internet that can be used as reference. The results for the implementation process of the principal's transformational leadership are idealization of influence that is to be a good example and foster pride for the school community, creating a conducive learning process and school organizational climate and having a positive perception of managing school.

The principal is the leader of the school organization. The leadership of the principal is related to the role of influencing his subordinates to always follow his direction in carrying out school administration tasks in the context of developing school organization. In developing school organizations, leaders need to apply an assertive leadership style. Assertive leadership style is defined as the ability to express emotions, defend the truth and maintain interactions with others honestly, responsibly and free from anxiety. This study used content analysis, which is a form of textual analysis that is used to describe and explain the characteristics of the messages in the text. The content analysis allows two approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative. The purpose of this research is to emphasize that in the development of educational organizations, it is necessary to implement assertive leadership.

Historically, theater is one of the oldest known activities. When a community will gather for a ceremonial purpose: hoping for a good game, asking for rain, or praying a long life for the new leader. Theatrical elements present in these ceremonial activities, for example, appear in singing, dancing, storytelling, and dressing up in costumes and masks of gods and animals. The actors play roles according to their respective capacities in the ceremonial activity of the ritual.

This article aims to describe developing professionalism of teachers through educational supervision. As related to the discussion isteacher professionalism includes understanding of the profession, understanding of professionalism, measurement of teacher professionalism, and the influence of teacher professionalism on learning outcomes. Andeducational supervision includes understanding of educational supervision, the objectives and functions of educational supervision, types of educational supervision, as well as the principles and approaches in educational supervision. The results of the discussion can show (a) develop teacher professionalism possessed ability which is the result of cognitive work to carry out tasks so that students obtain optimal learning outcomes, so that the creation of quality or quality education, and (b) through the supervision of education coaching activities or activities carried out by a professional to assist teachers and other education personnel in improving teaching materials, methods and evaluations by continuously stimulating, coordinating and mentoring so that teachers become more professional in increasing the achievement of school goals

the purpose of this study is to describe organizational changes, changes in school organizations and the meaning of changes in school organizations. This study uses a literature review study method with content analytic analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that schools have three basic links, namely: Input - transformation process - output - (outcome). The internal and external environments that affect the three basic links are also connected. Changes in school organization are caused by government intervention, societal values, technological and scientific developments, administrative processes and meeting the needs of employees. Schools cannot resist change. Any change in its form makes the school organization more adaptive, manages change, empowers internal and external potential so that school excellence becomes the aspiration of the institution.

The purpose of this study is to know, (1) identify the problem of teachers’ and educational personnel, (2) the application of USG matrix method, and (3) the impact of the problems of the educator components and education in learning at integrated islamic primary school. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research performs analysis using the matrix theory Urgency, Seriousness and Growth (USG). The site of this research is at SD Islam Terpadu Robbani Malang Regency, Indonesia. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation, and library studies. The analysis of the data in the get resulted in the findings that correspond to the problems faced by the school. The results of the study are (1) problems that cause low PTK (Teachers and Educational Personnel) values i.e. teacher qualifications are not appropriate, teachers do not have a certificate of teachers’, and teachers do not teach in accordance with educational background, (2) problems that must be resolved in advance that (a) the teachers do not teach in accordance and (b) learners are lacking in receiving learning.
