Abstract

The partners that invited to collaborate in community partnership activities are the Taqarrub Mosque Takis 1 Takmir and An-Nur Dusun Pakis 2 Mosque, and the Dlingo Village Head, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The management of mosques and zakat through the Amil Zakat, Infak and Shodaqoh Institutions (LAZIS) at partner sites is still held traditionally and is not well organized. As a result of this, there was a community conflict triggered by the lack of transparency in the management of mosque finance and zakat. This is due to the level of understanding and competence of the Takmir Mosque which is a citizen of Pakis 1 and 2 which is inadequate. From this problem, a solution was proposed in the form of training and management assistance and governance of mosques and amil zakat infak and sodaqoh institutions. These activities include: drafting the bylaws, organizational structure, procurement of modules, guidelines, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for mosque management and LAZIS. From the results of the implementation of this program, it was concluded that there had been an increase in the quality of management and governance of the Taqarrub Mosque in Pakis 1 Hamlet and An-Nur mosque in Pakis 2, namely to be better and transparent. Conflicts related to bad prejudice arising from a small portion of the community regarding the management of mosque finance and LAZ can also be minimized.

Abstract

Data on accidents and traffic violations collected by the Riau Regional Police Directorate and from our daily observations illustrates that the level of traffic safety and the level of community compliance with traffic laws / legislation is very alarming, if no strategic steps are taken. in order to increase the level of safety and increase the legal compliance of the community it will cause harm not only to the loss of life and property and psychological but also will cause losses in the economic field. The strategy or effort to increase legal awareness of the community as road users is basically part of orderly traffic. Strategies in increasing community legal awareness include: First, socialization or campaigns to comply with traffic regulations through the installation of banners and socialization. Second, Building the character of discipline. This character building can be started through the teacher's example. Therefore awareness of the instructional teachers is undoubtedly necessary. Security, order, safety and smooth traffic are shared responsibilities. Through this counseling, the character of discipline can be transmitted to all students of Muhammadiyah 3 Vocational School Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this dedication is to provide supplies for the children of Al-Fajar orphanage in order to have the skills, knowledge and attitude in entering the self-employment world as one of the efforts in order to foster life skills for children who live in orphanage by providing education non-formal in the field of entrepreneurship. The training is not in the form of giving materials but through direct practice to the orphanage children who in fact are high school students to high school level. The practice is in the form of making banana based foods with different creations and innovations. The outcome target of this devotion program is to increase the awareness of lecturers to the community, but it can be a motivation and inspiration for the orphanage children when they start. With good entrepreneurial knowledge, it is expected to be able to cultivate a mature self-reliance, so that the cost of living and education costs can run smoothly and can help ease the burden of the institution, so they need to be empowered to improve the quality of life. Keyword: Entrepreneur,creativity,innovation Abstrak Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan bekal bagi anak-anak panti asuhan Al-Fajar agar memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan dan sikap dalam memasuki dunia wirausaha yang mandiri sebagai salah satu upaya dalam rangka menumbuhkan kecakapan hidup bagi anak-anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan dengan memberikan pendidikan non formal dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan tidak berupa pemberian materi tetapi melalui praktek langsung kepada anak-anak panti asuhan yang notabene adalah siswa siswi sekolah menengah pertama sampai dengan sekolah menengah tingkat atas. Praktek yang dilakukan berupa pembuatan makanan berbahan dasar pisang dengan kreasi dan inovasi yang berbeda. Target luaran dari program pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kepedulian dosen kepada masyarakat, selain itu dapat menjadi motivasi dan inspirasi bagi anak-anak panti asuhan saat nanti memulai berwirausaha. Dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang mumpuni, diharapkan akan mampu menumbuhkan sikap kemandirian yang matang, agar biaya hidup dan biaya pendidikan dapat berjalan lancar serta dapat membantu meringankan beban panti, maka mereka perlu diberdayakan untuk perbaikan kualitas hidupnya. Abstract

The target of this PKM program is a group of people who are economically productive (small businesses). The program aims to develop economically independent communities. Business partners in this program are small businesses making and marketing processed papaya products. The problems faced by partners are 1) Product quality that is not so good, 2) Product packaging is still too simple, 3) No product label, 4) No PIRT, 5) No signboard, 6) No promotional media, and 7) Partners do not make financial reports. Outcomes generated from the PKM marketing community service program produced by Papaya in Babadan Polengan Srumbung Magelang are 1) Quality products with elegant packaging, 2) Product label stickers, 3) Products with PIRT, 4) Nameplate, 5) Facebook and Instagram, 6) Financial Statements. The method used to achieve this goal is 1) Training in making papaya sweets, 2) Procurement of plastic packaging and cup sealer tools 3) Making product label stickers, 4) Making PIRT, 5) Making nameplate, 6) Making Facebook and Instagram accounts for partners, 7) Marketing management training, and 8) Training and mentoring in the preparation of financial reports.

Abstract

Tampan Village had several Joint Business Groups as known as KUBE. Two of them were KUBE Flower Creative and AlifDifa. This KUBE produces various of Malay snacks. The featured products from these KUBE were Bolu Kemojo and Bolu Ubi Pelangi. Some problems that were found from KUBE were: production capability was low due to manual work using simple equipment with own labor, limited capital and access, there was bad financial management, product packaging were simple and not attractive, and management of group organizations in the management of KUBE didn’t run yet. Some activities carried out: Socialization with mothers of KUBE members. From the beginning of two KUBE, 4 KUBE are now being gathered under the auspices of the Dapur AlifDifa. Dapur AlifDifa was built as a place for development and products of KUBE members. Successful activities include mentoring increased knowledge of human resources about the snack food industry, development of attractive logo, packaging designs, and professional business management. Assistance for improving the promotion media process and development in the website www.selerariau.com. With the effort of mentoring and training partners, the results of Bolu Kemojo and Bolu Ubi Pelangi production of partners began to be known, and the profit increased.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is held as a secondary school from SMP / MTs in accordance with their talents, interests and abilities in order to meet the needs / job opportunities that are and will develop in the area. Maximizing the potential of vocational schools can be done by carrying out the public relations function to shape the image and reputation of the school so that it is able to compete with high schools (SMA). Especially in SMK N 4 Pekanbaru which has great potential to be socialized to the public. In connection with the Public Relations Study Program is committed to contributing with institutions including schools to be able to carry out their public relations functions properly.

Abstract

This Training and counseling is also intended to provide education about the importance of school cooperation and good financial planning. This activities are carried out in SMK Al Faruqi at Kubang Raya Street, Desa Tarai Bangun , Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar. According to observation result, it is obtained that the school has not a school cooperation, yet. This training and counseling is attended by all participants who are teachers and students. The result shows that the participants have high enthusiasm in describing examples and discussion sessions. The school found this activities are helpful because they get information on how to form a cooperation that has been planned before. So, this cooperation can be useful to this school.

Abstract

Pangkalan Serai village, one of the villages in the Kampar Kiri Hulu sub-district, is a kampar river basin that is still isolated and a part of its residents are fishermen. Catchesfishermen have generally been sold fresh, overlaid (diang on bamboo beds) for fish supplies, ormaking it into pakasam. Pakasam is a kind of side dish that is processed by fermentation methodfrom fish with special spices which are inserted into small jars or closed jars for about 10 daysand after that period it can be cooked like fried or fried. Servicer conducts community partnershipprograms in this village with guidance of two groups of fishermen, namely the group of fishermencaught in the hamlet of Muara Biwan and the hamlet of Telaga Beras. With this service activityit is expected that this fishermen group can overcome problems in household products such as fishermen not paying attention to hygienic aspects and product quality standards that are suitable for consumption. So that in the end the pekasam they produce has high economic value and istraded to increase income and family welfare.

Abstract

Pelatihan standar higiene dan sanitasi dilaksanakan sebagai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Perguruan Tinggi terhadap UKM Olahan Ikan Patin di Kampung Patin, Desa Koto Mesjid, Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar, Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Peserta pelatihan adalah anggota dari UKM Negeri Patin dan UKM Mr. Patin. Produk UKM berupa nugget, bakso, abon, kerupuk kulit dan fillet dari bahan baku ikan patin. Pelatihan dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk transfer pengetahuan mengenai standar higiene dan sanitasi serta cara dan persyaratan pengurusan izin edar produk pangan untuk peningkatan pemberdayaan UKM olahan ikan patin. Pelatihan ini bekerjasama dengan pemateri dari BBPOM di Pekanbaru. Dari hasil kuisioner diketahui bahwa peserta pelatihan mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan yaitu dari 35% peserta yang sudah memahami mengenai standar higiene dan sanitasi sebelumnya, meningkat menjadi 95% peserta yang betul-betul memahami setelah pelatihan. Anggota UKM juga mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan mengenai cara dan persyaratan pengurusan izin edar produk pangan, yatitu dari 20% peserta yang sudah mengetahuinya sebelum pelatihan meningkat menjadi 95% peserta yang memahami setelah pelatihan

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah di Indonesia terus berkembang dengan pesat, terdapat 59,2 juta usaha kecil dan menengah. Meningkatnya jumlah usaha kecil dan menengah ini juga didorong oleh banyaknya peluang yang ada pada dunia usaha di Indonesia. Jumlah ini tentunya akan terus meningkat, dan peningkatan ini tentunya akan membuat persaingan lebih ketat. Para pelaku usaha akan melakukan berbagai cara atau strategi untuk dapat memenangkan persaingan, pada salah satu cara atau strategi yang paling banyak dan sangat baik adalah melakukan strategi usaha online. Dari data yang dikeluarkan oleh [1] Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (Kemenkop UKM), terdapat sebanyak 3,79 juta usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah yang menggunakan sistem online dalam memasarkan produk yang mereka produksi. Dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan maka butuh perencanaan dan strategi yang tepat untuk melaksanakan usaha. Strategi bisnis dan strategi pemasaran merupakan senjata untuk dapat bersaing dan berkembang dalam usaha atau menjual produk. Strategi pemasaran mencakup pada pemilihan merek dan kemasan yang baik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada Guru-guru SMA yang sudah dan akan menjalankan usaha mengenai pembuatan strategi bisnis, pemasaran serta pembuatan merek dan kemasan yang baik. Pengabdian ini menggunakan meteode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab.
