Abstract

Education as a theory of human thinking about the problems of education and efforts to solve it in a fundamental and systematic. While education as a practice is a human activity educates learners to achieve certain idealized goals. Professionalism is a teaching that teaches that every job should be done by a professional person. A professional person is a person who has a profession. In Islam every work must be done professionally, in the sense of being done right. It's only possible by someone who is an expert. Whatever type of profession is carried, it should be done professionally. The teacher's professionalism in the Quran is actually derived from the opinion of the commentators who emphasize the meaning of the word 'ala'atam al-An'am: 135, Hud: 93 and 121, Al-Zumar: 39) and the word' ala syakilatihi (on the letter of Al-Isra: 84). The two words are the word 'ala eatatikum has the meaning of place, degree, position, ability, strength, position, state of a person, peak ability possessed by someone, or a fixed state of something that happens continuously all the time, . From this it can be understood that the Koran gives the signal that work must be done professionally. Similarly, the profession of teachers should be done professionally.

Abstract

The management process of good education and systematic by using management service as well as supported by the leadership implementation of headmaster as the man power in an education institution in good education grade level by sthrengthen the aspec of institution finances through investment of soul, attitude and entrepreneurship charac-teristic which implemented in the leadership process of headmaster. To manage and lead education institution is complex thing, the complexity is not only related with quick change, but aslo caused by the development of the school organization internal expectations for the coordination of the education that have more quality and be able to give high satisfaction for entire education consumer, so that the implementation of entrepreneurship in the process to manage and lead the school institution as its basic hopefully could answer the problem and the able to create expectations in the internal adn external of school organization.Keywords: Leadership, Islamic Education, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

The paper is outlining the relationship and position of the madrasah in strengthening the education of characters, begins with a description of the school, and educational character, and concludes with an explanation of the madrasa and educational character. The conclusions of this paper are; First, the Madrasah as a sub- system National education is also involved in the strengthening of character education in Indonesia. So give the contribution potential in producing men who love to God and the universe and its contents, entirely responsible, disciplined and independent, honest, respectful and polite, love affection, care, and employment together, trust yourself, creative, work hard and abstinence surrender, justice and leadership, good and low heart, and tolerance, love peace and unity. Second, Madrasah had a concern that is highly and seriousness in doing strengthening educational character. Forming human beingswho can be trusted, have a sense of respect and atten-tion, care, understand the spirit of citizenship, particularly a sincere, courageous, diligence and integrity. Third, character education in madrasas can be seen from various aspects including; aspects of the curriculum objectives and charac-teristics madrasas, competency formulations, material characteristics and graduate competencies.Keyword: Madrasah, Character Education

Abstract

This article discusses about transformational leadership. The main focus is the subject of transformational leadership in basic educational institutions. This study is important because the leaders in educational institutions are strategic positions to develop and make better changes. The method that used in this study is library research and then the data is interpreted with descriptive analysis, data is reduced, presented and verified, then concluded. The results of this study indicate that the main subject of transforma-tional leadership in basic educational institutions are headmasters. Headmasters or principals as leaders are become subjects who must transform through giving guidance or teachings to those who are led. Transformational leadership patterns can support the realization of system changes in basic education institutions, even able to bring changes in the quality of educational institutions to become more advanced and able to compete. Besides the headmaster or principal, the subject of transformational leadership in other basic educational institutions is the deputy head, teachers, parents and the community. These three elements must be able to synergize with the main subject of transformational leadership in the educational institution to achieve the goal.Keywords: Leadership, Transformational, Basic Education

Abstract

Abstract: This research article discusses the education village and the effort to make the 12- year study program successful in Lowayu Dukun Gresik. The participation of society in the development of the village community education is the main assets the development progress of the Indonesian state. Education will be able to advance with the support of all elements that are conceptualized in the center of education (schools, families and environment). This research is field research  with a qualitative-phenomenological approach. The analysis process is carried out by means of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that first, the foundation in developing educational villages in Lowayu Gresik is a juridical foundation (Pancasila, UUD 1945, PP No. 20 of 2003) philosophical foundation   with reference to the flow of empiricism, the foundation of religion by making the Qur'an and al-hadith as the basis, then the psychological foundation and sociological foundation. Second, the construction of village education development application is done by involving the society as a major aspect for success, using the humanistic approach, and the pattern of community-based education as the design of the development of an educational village. Third, results of the development of this educational village can be proud of, because the awareness of children and parents and the community began to develop. In addition, the target for the success of the compulsory education program has been fulfilled where there are no school dropouts found in the village.Keyword: Village, education

Abstract

The article explain about the educative dimension in the story of Prophet Ibrahim. Where al Qur’an has told a lot of events that can be taken and learned in life today, the prophet narrated by the Qur'an is the story of Prophet Ibrahim As. whose names are often referred to up to 69 times, even one of the letters is named Surah Ibrahim. Prophet Ibrahim succeeded in forming the personalities of his sons and his wives obeyed God and had high social piety. Fidelity of Prophet Ismail and Prophet Ishaq, Siti Sarah and Siti Hajar's steadfastness and patience became authentic proof of his success in instilling values and characters that reflect true Muslims. The value of character education that has been taught by Prophet Ibrahim to his family and people has become very relevant to be applied in the world of education, amid the nation's moral condition which is very worrying nowadays.Keywords: Educative Dimension, Story, and Ibrahim

Abstract

This article explore aboute the mettle of Rasulullah and his friend. Abstract

Abstrak: This article describes the development of Al Rasyid Bojonegoro pesantren education as an effort to renew education in Indonesia. Educational development carried out by al-Rasyid pesantren lies in learning strategies, teaching materials, media and evaluation. All of this is used to support the success of the development of education in al-Rasyid pesantren. The results of observations made by the author can be explained that the development of al-Rasyid pesantren education consists of two things; the first is religious material which includes all Islamic religious studies and the study of classical or yellow books. Both material skills and life skills that cover a variety of fields and organizations. In this connection, according to the author's analysis, the model developed by al-Rasyid pesantren leads to the Intrumental Integration model. This is because pesantren with an instrumental integration model are pesantren that combine formal education with non-school education.Keywords: Education, Pesantren, Development.

Abstract: Akhir-akhir ini, dalam proses belajar dan pembelajaran, isu tentang communicative Enlish menjadi berita yang sangat hangat. CTL (communicative language teaching) adalah proses pembelajaran yang membawa siswa dalam kehidupan yang nyata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin bagaimana proses belajar dan pembelajaran di PG. TPQ – PG. RA/TK Darul Ulum Education Center Lamongan dan bagaimana pengembangan buku ajar bagi siswa tersebut dengan strategi CTL. Hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti mendapatkan bahwa dalam pengembangan buku ajar bagi siswa PG. TPQ – PG. RA/TK Darul Ulum Education Center Lamongan terdapat 4 (empat) element yang dapat dipenuhi; natural language, real life tasks, emphasis on fluency and intragated language practice.Keyword: Communicative-based textbook, exploratory.
