Abstracts: Management is one of the main points of the study in the following discussion. Given the institutional development cannot be separated from management studies. In this discussion we will explore a number of studies related to general and specific management concepts, the difference between management as an art and as a science, leadership in management, management functions as an institutional deve-lopment, management principles as a basis for institutional development and will also be discussed about Abraham's needs theory Maslow In conclusion, it can be seen that indicators of the success of an institution can be seen through the continuity of management functions, namely planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, to the controlling stage. Abstract

Abstract: The Collegial-Based Learning Model is an interesting concern because it is one of the learning components included in the education system in tertiary institutions. The roles, duties and responsibilities of lecturers are very meaningful to produce quality resources. The Collegial-Based Learning Model should be supported by the professionalism of lecturers. However, professionalism of lecturers is not always directly proportional to the existing reality. Many are pointed out that lecturers do not yet have professional abilities. The professional quality of lecturers is still low and not yet maximal even in the lecturer class as the main actor so students are dominantly passive. This study aims to develop a Collegial-Based Learning Model in enhancing the professionalism of lecturers in the Islamic High School of the State of Gajah Putih, Takengon, Central Aceh, Aceh. This study uses an R&D approach and the methodology of naturalistic phenomenology. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which included interview and obser-vation guidelines. The questionnaire was used to collect data on responses, two experts, waka I, LPM Chairperson, one person study program chair, two lecturers, and 36 students. Abstract

This study aims to uncover the concept of Islamic education according to K.H. Hamim Djazuli (Gus Miek) and discussed the relevance of the concept of K.H. Hamim Djazuli in facing the development of Science and Technology Progress with Islamic education. This research is library research by designing with a biographical and descriptive approach. The purpose of Gus Miek's Islamic education and Islamic education curriculum is very focused on the formation of character and personality of students as the most basic foundation in educational activities. Abstract: This article is organized in connection with the increasingly widespread attitude of intolerance in society. Especially intolerance in the name of religion. In this case the writer will reveal earlier about inclusive attitudes that is placing the perspective of other people/ other groups in seeing the world, in other words trying to use the perspective of others or other groups in understanding the problem. Contrary to that, an exclusive attitude. Some things that lay behind the exclusive nature, including the lack of meaning of religious values and excessive fanaticism. Multicultural education is an alternative solution to the inclusive attitude. Multicultural education is an effort and process of empowering diverse and heterogeneous societies to understand and respect one another and form characters that are open to differences. Abstract

Abstrak: The main problem of the research was how is the model of character education of students at Al-Khairaat Madinatul Ilmi Islamic Boarding School of Dolo? How were the students’ independence and discipline in building the character education at Al-Khairaat Madinatul Ilmi Islamic Boarding School of Dolo?And the objective planned to achieve, that is, to discover the developing model of character education, independence shape, and discipline shape of students at Al-Khairaat Madinatul Ilmi Islamic Boarding School of Dolo. The research was qualitative research, and the data collection was done through the observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was done by using inductive analysis, namely concluding based on particular facts to general ones, while the comparative one is making comparison of the data having been gained from research. The research findings show that a holistic approach was used in the students’ independence, and tadzkirah model was applied in the character education to build the students’ independence and discipline at Al-Khairaat Madinatul Ilmi Islamic Boarding School of Dolo. Few problems were experienced in developing the students, namely lack of discipline in time, especially in managing time for example in subuh pray.Key Words: model of character education, independence and discipline, Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to measure the correlation of internet usage as a source of learning and learning independence towards the involvement of new students in the learning process at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The research method used is a mixed method using an explanatory sequential design. The study population was all 2017 new students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin in 2017 with a sample of 317. Results 1) The use of the internet as a learning resource is low, 2) Independence of students in the low category, 3) student involvement in the learning process in the low category, 4) The effect of internet usage as a learning resource on the involvement of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin new students in the learning process is in a fairly strong category, 5) The effect of learning independence on the involvement of new UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students in the learning process is in the strong category, 6) The effect of internet usage as a learning resource and learning independence on the involvement of new UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students in the learning process is 62.85% rounded off to be 62.9%. 7) Other factors that influence the involvement of new UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students in the learning process are the profile of the lecturer, the demands of parents and academic competition between students.Keywords: Use of the Internet as a Learning Source, Independently Learn, Learning Process

Abstract

Abstrak: This article aims to explain about the implementation of the moslem personality insurance program owned by MTs Tanwirul Qulub Karanggeneng Lamongan, this program is a superior program that provides full assistance to students in the learning process in the school environment. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research, informants of this study are principals, teachers and students, the technique of data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis is done by data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Moslem Personality Insurance program at MTs Tanwirul Qulub is carried out by giving students habituation activities such as daily reports, morning khalaqoh, habituation of dhuha and dhuhur prayer together and home visit, from these activities students are able to develop values. character in himself as a good Muslim..Keywords: Moslem Personality Insurance

Abstract: The most important and strategic educational institution is the family. This is because the challenge of Education today is facing the millennial era. This era is marked by disruptive, post truth, and hedonism. Families as filters in facing the challenges of the era. This paper aims to analyze Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's views on family-based Islamic education in the millennial era. The study in this paper applies the descriptive analysis method and the type of library research that uses library sources to obtain data or information. The results of this study are Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's views on family-based Islamic education. According to Abdullah Nashih Ulwa's view, the urgency function of the family in shaping the personality of the child as one of the educational institutions can be through the material provided to the child, including religious, physical, moral, intellectual, sexual, and psychological education material, while the right method is the method exemplary, advice, customary habits, attention and supervision as well as punishment. Through material and methods applied in the family environment, it can deliver the righteous and pious children as expected by religion, society and parents.Keyword: Islamic education, Family, Millennial Era

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analysis the affectivity of group investigation model on student understanding writing technique in the first semester. This research is used quasy experiment and the posttest only control group design. The study is done on Indonesia language subject in first- semester students with study program Islamic education religion, class A as experiment class and class B as a control. The data analysis test is used T-test independent with SPSS. The result of the research is showed the average value of test on student understanding writing paper in the first semester with Group Investigation model is 81.17 better than average value of Brainstorming model 71.00 and significant value Independent Samples Test is 0.003 or less from 0.05 (0.003<0.05),  there are many different of influence both of learning model, group investigation model more effective on student understanding writing paper technique in the first semester.Keyword: Group Investigation Model, student understanding

Abstract

Abstract: The article discusses the interrelationship between the theory of faith development and the formation of children's characters in preschool tahfidz programs. During this time the faith is considered related to human develop-ment, including child development. This assumption has an impact on the rampant standing condition of religious-preschoolers with excellent programs memorizing the holy books in Indonesia. The program of memorizing the Qur'an for Muslims is called tahfidz. The preschool implementation of the Tahfidz program starts from memorizing juz 30th. This educational program was establis-hed in the hope of supporting preserving the Qur'an from the non-written aspect because it is believed to study the Qur'an more first and center of knowledge. In addition, the Qur'an contains guidance on Muslim values and is used as a shaper of religi-ous character. This is related to the meaning of character as the application of values in individual actions. Based on several research results, the hope of preservation of the Qur'an in the Tahfidz program of children is achieved and adds evidence of the relationship of faith with religious character, especially in early childhood. This article is revie-wed by the method of review of literature related topics to reveal conditions in the field.Keywords: Early child; religius character; tahfidz program.
