Abstract

This study has directions to find out the factors that influence the natural tourism of Keban Agung Island on the economy in Semidang Aji District, OKU Regency.  This research method was carried out using a quantitative method in which the research used multiple linear regression analysis.  Data was obtained from business actors in Keban Agung Village.  The results of this study are the factors that influence natural tourism on the economy in Keban Agung Village, namely there are four factors in cluding: the number of purchases, receipts, the number of visitors and community businesses.  Of the four factors, three factors have a significant effect on the economy in Keban Agung Village, namely the number of purchases, receipts and the number of visitors, and one factor does not have a significant effect on the economy in Keban Agung Village, namely the community business factor.

Abstract

The government is trying to improve food distribution routes to underdeveloped, remote, outermost and border areas through the Sea Highway program. The purpose of this study was to analyze fluctuations and disparities in food prices in Tidore District, North Maluku Province and Bintuni Regency, West Papua Province. This research was conducted through a price survey in the city of Surabaya as the initial area for the distribution of food goods through the port of Tanjung Perak to the port of Ternate (North Maluku) and the port of Sorong (West Papua). The samples taken were wholesalers in Surabaya City and retail traders in Tidore and Bintuni Regencies. The results of the study show that chillies are a commodity that experiences price fluctuations both in Tidore Regency, North Maluku and Bintuni Regency, West Papua. As for chilies and cooking oil, there is a high price disparity in Tidore Regency, North Maluku, while purebred chicken meat is a commodity that experiences price disparities in the West Papua region

Abstract

Evidence of development digital technology is with social media presence. The use of social media in the new normal era is still being carried out and carrying out other activities that were carried out before the pandemic. This study aims to determine the types of social media used, the use of social media by extension workers and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the use of social media in the new normal era in agricultural extension activities in Soppeng Regency. This research is  descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research . The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Sample in research this totaling 28 instructurs agriculture in the District Soppeng. Study this show that social media is used in activities counseling agriculture in the District Soppeng includes: whatsapp, facebook, youtube, instagram, and twitter. social media whatsapp have most presentations _ used that is 100%. Utilization of social media in activities counseling agriculture are in category tall with presentation 21.4%. Factor supporters in use of social media namely: support agency, ownership of media tools online, internet network. Whereas factor inhibitor use of social media namely: lack of TIK training and farmers only access whatsapp social media.

Abstract

Supplier performance plays an important role in ensuring the availability of supply goods that will affect the Serumah Kopi is a coffee shop that mainly sells coffee. Several marketing activities have been carried out to increase sales volume, but the sales volume of the coffee shop is still low. The objectives of this study are to 1) understand the current marketing management of Serumah Kopi Coffee Shop, 2) identify alternative marketing strategies and the best marketing strategy for Serumah Kopi Coffee Shop. The research method used is qualitative with a case study technique. Primary and secondary data were collected through observation, interviews and literature studies. Data were analyzed using strength, weakness, opportunity & threat (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of the study show that there are seven alternative strategies 1) Providing testers / free trial vouchers to the local community, 2) Consistently creating creative content by highlighting characteristics, 3) Selling through all online food delivery platforms as well as participating in promos from each online food delivery platform , 4) Providing the accuracy of the guarantee of suitability of taste & timeliness of making orders, 5) Providing games (cards, chess, etc.) and wifi to support consumer needs. With an alternative priority strategy is the first strategy.

Abstract

Raja Tape 31 agro-industry is a tape-processed agro-industry located in Nangkaan Village, Bondowoso Regency. It has a problem with decreasing sales volume due to the Covid-19 pandemic, while the price of cassava and its raw materials are getting expensive and difficult to obtain. This research aims to identify sales volume, added value, channels and marketing margins. The sampling method is purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, Hayami added value table, marketing channels and margins analysis. The results show that the sales volume of Raja Tape 31 Agroindustry experienced sales fluctuations and sales of dodol tape and pia tape decreased by 25-30%. The added value of processed tape products into dodol tape and pia tape at Raja Tape 31 Agroindustry provides positive added value where VA > 0. The added value of dodol tape is Rp.6,471.75/kg of raw tape and glutinous rice flour with a value added ratio of 18.34 %. Meanwhile, the added value of pia tape is Rp.46,202.61/kg of tape raw materials and wheat flour with an added value ratio of 40.62%. There are two marketing channel patterns for dodol tape and pia tape products in the Raja Tape 31 Agro-industry in Bondowoso Regency, namely: a. Marketing channel I (Level zero): Producers – Consumers. b. Marketing channel II (Level one): Producers - Retailers - Consumers. (4) The margin for marketing channel I for dodol tape is 0 and for marketing channel level II for dodol tape is Rp. 2,000 with distribution for a 45.00% profit share and 9.00% costs. The margin for marketing channel I pia tape is 0 and marketing channel II is Rp.3000 with a profit share distribution of 63.33% and costs 12.67%.

Abstract

Technology development applied to the retail food business, and more consumers accept the online shopping modes for daily needs become some of the factors supporting the development of digitally based food retail. However, the development of the digitally based food retail industry in Indonesia could be considered as still in an early development stage of digitalization. This requires further understanding of the market and marketing potential based on understanding consumer behaviour to see the opportunity for developing digital-based food retail. This research aims to explore the knowledge of the agribusiness actors involved in digitally based food retail about consumer behaviour that has potential for business and marketing development, specifically the small and medium scale businesses. An inductive approach was applied for this research using in-depth interviews with agribusiness actors in West Java and Jakarta that use the digital retail channel for the business. The study found consumer behaviour that can potentially support food retail with digital-based in Indonesia is related to social, cultural, and consumer habitual aspects. These factors comprise the changes in consumer shopping habits, cooking and food consumption habits, food-related lifestyle, communication and interaction modes, the potential of women and urban consumers, and the increasing trend of healthy food consumption. This research contributes to consumer behaviour for food shopping through online channels, and digitally based food retail transformation, and practically for agribusiness actors on developing strategic and effective marketing for promoting food products in this digital era.

Abstract

Farmer households in rural areas tend to adopt multiple livelihood patterns as a livelihood strategy. Limited income in the agricultural sector causes farmers to develop strategies to sustain their lives. This paper aims to analyze the diversity of livelihoods of rice farming households on rainfed land. This research uses a qualitative design with a case study technique. Informants in this study were farmer households and community leaders. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results show that livelihood strategies are related to three main things: the availability of opportunities, the existence of capabilities and the diversity of livelihood options. One of the factors that determine the livelihood strategies adopted by farmer households is related to the employment opportunities available in the village as well as opportunities that come from both inside and outside the village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Bea Export Policy on cocoa commodity in Padang Pariaman Regency. This study uses a quantitative survey method using questionnaires and interviews. The sampling method is proporsionate purposive sampling with 40respondence. Methods data is analyzed using Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that The Impact of government policy that is Output Policy (TO = Rp. -70.673.522,51, NPCO = 0,69), Input Policy (TI = Rp. -585.152,91, NPCI = 0,92, TF = Rp. 2480.279,36), and Input-Output Policy (EPC = 0,68, TB = Rp. -72.568.648,96, KK = -1.03, RSP = -0.97).

Abstract

The purpose of this research are; (1) to find out the oil palm nursery process at PT. Rebinmas Jaya; (2) for. know. How many. cost of oil palm nurseries, BEP (break event point), and sensitivity analysis at PT. Rebinmas Jaya; (3) to determine the cost efficiency of oil palm nurseries at PT. Rebinmas Jaya. The basic research method used is descriptive method. The data analysis used is cost volume profit and break event point. The results showed that the nursery at PT. Rebinmas Jaya uses a double stage system. The total cost of PT. Rebinmas Jaya in the amount of IDR 1,334,296,125 consisting of fixed costs of IDR 177,328,368 (13.4%) and variable costs of IDR 1,156,967,757 (86.6%). The unit break even point (BEP) is 10,859 and the rupiah BEP is IDR 434,360,000. Nursery PT. Rebinmas Jaya was declared feasible, with an R/C of 1.4. Comparative price efficiency of 66% is cheaper to do your own nursery compared to buying seeds from outside.

Abstract

The availability of milkfish during the season will be abundant, and cause the price of fish to fall, to anticipate it, the La Primarasa household industry in Lamongan makes fish floss from milkfish. This effort is carried out with the aim of increasing the added value of milkfish. This study is a quantitative research with the purposive sample method in selecting the sample, and using the calculation of added value analysis. The results of the study obtained that the amount of added value from processed milkfish into milkfish floss La Primarasa is Rp12,000/kg with an added value ratio of 24%.
