Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The research had done in Terapung Raya Village, Muara Batangtoru District, South Tapanuli Regency on 20 oil palm farmers. The researcher applied an interview system and filled out a questionnaire to collect data from 20 oil palm farmers who were selected based on predetermined criteria. The research objective is to determine the effect of production factors on the income of oil palm farmers in floating village and to see other constraints that affect the production and income of other farmers. The data used in this research are secondary data and primary data which come from interviews and farmer questionnaires as well as other supporting data from literature studies and related agencies. Production factors that form the basis of this research are the amount of oil palm production, land area, age of oil palm plantations, maintenance costs of oil palm and the selling price of oil palm. The results showed that on average the farmers in Terapung Raya Village were still of productive age with adequate levels of education and their own land. From the results of data analysis, production factors have an influence on the income of oil palm farmers. Production factors that have a significant effect on farmers' income are the amount of production and the selling price of oil palm. Meanwhile, other factors such as land area owned by farmers, plant age and maintenance costs do not have a significant effect on farmers' income in Terapung Raya Village, Muata Batangtoru District.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang tingkat signifikansi factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani kelapa sawit di Desa Terapung Raya Kecamatan Muara Batangtoru. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, pengisian angket dan study pustaka. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang responden dari petani kelapa sawit yang ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling dengan kategori luas lahan 2 Ha atau lebih. Adapun variable yang dilihat pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah poduksi kelapa sawit, luas lahan, umur tanaman kelapa sawit, biaya pemeliharaan kelapa sawit dan harga jual kelapa sawit. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa variabel-variabel (factor-faktor) pada penelitian ini memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kelapa sawit dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,033 yang lebih kecil dari 0,050. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kelapa sawit.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze business model, internal external environment and formulate alternative strategies in UD. Salacca based on Business Model Canvas. The methods of research used are descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained through secondary data and primary data. Data collected through depth interviews, observation and focus group discussion. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the SWOT and BMC. The results showed that SWOT has Strengths (S), South Tapanuli is the salak production center in North Sumatra. Weaknesses (W) such as some products are not always available and cannot meet large-scale demand or exports; venture capital, technology and labor are still limited; there is no official cooperation contract with suppliers, customers and distributors. Therefore, BMC now needs to be improved by utilizing Opportunities (O) including the assistance from the Government in the form of counseling, training and mentoring of the production machinery business; product promotion facilities at trade shows / festivals and also trade sites; other than that the product has been in demand by domestic and foreign tourists; The business already has a link to export products. So as to be able to face the Threat (T) of many competing products that use substitute raw materials and more sophisticated production technology resulting in consumers not loyal. The resulting alternative strategies are increasing consumer reach and business scale; improvement of production facilities and infrastructure; improving services with consumers; partnerships with distributors and souvenir vendors; increase capital, technology and labor.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan sumber daya di PT. Lembah Karet  setelah pengimplementasian Quality Manajemen System ISO 9001:2008. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menetapkan key informan dan triangulasi data. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu PT. Lembah Karet  setelah mengimplementasikan Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008. Instrumen penelitian berupa panduan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yaitu PT. Lembah Karet telah melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya sesuai dengan pengimplemetasian Quality Manajemen System ISO 9001:2008 klausul 6. Pengelolaan kompetensi  dengan meningkatkan kompetensi karyawannya melalui kebijakan yang diterapkan dan program pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan. Pengelolaan kesadaran melalui kebijakan Punishment yang diberikan untuk menambah kesadaran karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya.  Pengelolaan Pelatihan Karyawan dengan mengadakan program pelatihan dari pihak internal maupun eksternal sejak tahun 1991. Pengelolaan Prasarana yaitu melakukan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan terhadap mesin/peralatan serta bangunan produksi. Pengelolaan Lingkungan kerja yaitu melakukan perbaikan terus-menerus terhadap keadaan lingkungan kerja melalui pemeriksaan rutin keadaan udara, kebisingan, dan kandungan zat-zat saat proses produksi serta hubungan kerja.

Abstract

Request for salak sidimpuan every year. is quite high but the production of salak is decreasing every year as a result of climate change and also the way of cultivation that has changed. During the harvest season, there is a surge in production which causes low prices. The main obstacle that arises is the decreasing production of salak every year. Community service activities in Lembah Lubuk Raya Village, West Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency gave very positive results seen from the enthusiastic response of the farming community to participate in activities, both socialization activities on value added for zero waste and training in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer. It is hoped that this activity can continue to be carried out so that the transformation of knowledge from universities to the community can continue and provide results in economic development Keywords: Salak, Commodity, Value Added, Zero Waste, Lembah Lubuk Raya.

Abstract

Keterbatasan lahan mengakibatkan produktivitas lahan pertanian semakin menurun. Khususnya pada  daerah perkotaan yang sudah semakin terbatas, sedangkan kebutuhan pangan semakin meningkat. Pemanfaatan lahan perkarangan untuk bercocok tanam dapat membantu untuk memulihkan kondisi pertanian di tengah masyarakat perkotaan, dengan menggunakan sistem hidroponik. Hidroponik adalah budidaya tanaman dengan menggunakan air sebagai medium untuk menggantikan tanah. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Meureubo Aceh Barat yang bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada siswa dalam teknik budidaya tanaman hidroponik dengan memanfaatkan perkarangan sekolah dan memotivasi siswa untuk berwirausaha komoditas sayur hidroponik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan metode demontrasi. Penyuluhan diberikan oleh Dosen sebagai narasumber dengan memberikan materi terkait teknik budidaya tanaman hidroponik, bahan yang digunakan sebagai media tanam serta nutrisi yang digunakan untuk mendukung keberhasilan dalam budidaya kangkung hidroponik. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan mendemonstrasikan cara budidaya sayur kangkung secara hidroponik sistem wick yang di bantu oleh mahasiswa. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat dilihat dari pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, antusiasme dan keaktifan siswa, dan hasil kerja kelompok dalam menanam sayur kangkung hidroponik dengan metode sistem wick serta perkarangan sekolah yang menjadi lebih estetik. Pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada siswa diharapkan berkelanjutan guna mendukung lulusan SMK yang terampil serta mampu melihat prospek usaha agribisnis komoditas sayur hidroponik.

Abstract

Pestisida sintesis mempunyai efek samping yang sangat berbahaya di masa yang akan datang, baik pada kesehatan manusia, tumbuhan dan juga hewan. selain meninggalkan residu berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia maupun hewan, juga menyebabkan resistensi dan resurgensi hama. Penggunaan pestisida nabati sangat baik digunakan karena memiliki fungsi dalam menekan populasi Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT) sampai pada level yang tidak merugikan secara ekonomis, denga demikian produksi tetap berada pada level tinggi. Desa Sarogodung merupakan sentra produksi kopi, pada tanaman kopi terdapat banyak hama yang mengurangi produksi kopi dan mengurangi penghasilan petani setempat. Melalui kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat ini  dapat  bermanfaat dalam penggunaan pestisida nabati sebagai pengganti pestisida sintesis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi tanaman kopi bagi petani kopi

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Value Chain of coffee commodities in Central Aceh Regency and analyze the Value Chain Map of coffee commodities in Central Aceh Regency in the implementation of the Inclusive Business Model. This research was conducted in Central Aceh District, Aceh Province. This research was conducted in March–August 2023. The data used is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The sampling method with non-probability sampling uses the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis. Data analysis techniques use the Value Chain Map approach. The value chain of coffee in Central Aceh Regency the first distribution pattern is farmers selling directly to middlemen to exporters and consumers, the second pattern is farmers to middlemen to cooperatives and consumers, then the third pattern is farmers to middlemen to MSMEs Coffee Processors and consumers. The implementation of an inclusive business model for coffee commodities in Central Aceh Regency is through a partnership or collaboration between coffee farmers and the Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan Cooperative. The highest value for farmers who are members of cooperatives is in principle 2 of effective market linkage (3.8). The lowest value is principle 3 fair and transparent governance (3.0). The highest value in non-cooperative farmers is principle 1 chain-wide collaboration (2.5). The lowest value is the 6 principles of Measurement of outcome (2.0). The inclusive business model is very profitable for farmers who join cooperatives because farmers get premiums, higher prices, infrastructure development, coaching and capital to improve farmer welfare.

Abstract

Coffee is an export commodity as a source of foreign exchange, regional economic development and farmers’s income. UD. Tyyana Coffee is a coffee agribusiness Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. The aim of this study was to analyze the Resource Based View coffee processing business “UD. Tyyana Coffee” in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Research methods are qualitative descriptive. Data analysis method uses a Resource Based View approach with the VRIO framework. The results of the study found that UD. Tyyana Coffee has the sustainable competitive advantage. Tangible resource in UD. Tyyana Coffee is ten resource that are sustaibanle competitive advantage, two resources are temporary competitive advantage, one resource is competitive parity, and two resources are competitive disadvantage. Intagible resources are fourteen resources are sustaibable competitive advantage and one resource is competitive disadvantage. While the results for the capabilities possessed are twelve capabilities are sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the cost of goods produced at Oen Kopi Cafe Banda Aceh City. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Primary data in this study is production cost data. The data was analyzed using the Cost Plus Pricing method in the Full Costing approach. The results of the study were obtained the selling price of beverage products Kopi Kurma set by Oen Kopi Cafe was 23.000 rupiah, according to the Full Costing approach is 17.019,88 rupiah, thus obtaining a difference of 5.980 rupiah. Thus, the selling price of products in one production set by Oen Kopi Cafe is greater when compared to the costs calculated using the cost of goods produced with the Full Costing method approach. So Oen Kopi Cafe gets significant benefits.
