Abstract

A hospital is an institution whose main function is to provide healthcare services to the public. Additionally, a hospital is a healthcare institution that provides comprehensive individual healthcare services by offering inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care. Comprehensive healthcare services refer to services that include promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative actions. One of the government's efforts to provide healthcare services to the public is through implementing the National Health Insurance Program (JKN). The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors related to the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. The method used is survey analysis or receptive survey. The sampling method employed is total sampling, where all 29 staff members are included as the sample population. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between the staff's knowledge and the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. Similarly, there is a positive and significant correlation between education and the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. Training also shows a positive and significant correlation with the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. Moreover, work experience, human resources, attitude, completeness of documents, information technology, and facilities all demonstrate a positive and significant correlation with the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. In conclusion, the knowledge of the staff, education level, training, work experience, human resources, attitude, completeness of documents, information technology, and facilities collectively have a positive and significant correlation with the delay in BPJS claims at RSUD Sijunjung. A claim is a request from one of the two parties bound by an agreement, seeking to have their rights fulfilled, and the party making the claim submits it to the other party in accordance with the agreed-upon agreement or policy provisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Justice on Intention to Leave mediated by Job Satisfaction. This research is a descriptive quantitative research that used the hypothesis testing method. The analysis methods used are univariate and multivariate with the help of SPSS 25 and AMOS 22 software. The number of respondents used in this study was 153 retail employees taken by census. The results of the hypothesis test in the study show that there is a negative influence between Ethical Leadership on Intention to Leave, there is a positive influence between Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, there is a negative influence between Organizational Justice on Intention to Leave, there is a positive influence between Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction, there is a negative influence between Job Satisfaction on Intention to Leave, Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Ethical Leadership on Intention to Leave and Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Organizational Justice on Intention to leave.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini sedang dalam masa peralihan dari era Industri 4.0 menjadi era Society 5.0. Masing-masing era membutuhkan suatu strategi khusus untuk dapat menyesuaikan dengan perubahan yang ada, khususnya di bidang pemasaran. Marketing 5.0 adalah strategi yang direncanakan seorang pakar pemasar untuk menghadapi pemasaran era Society 5.0. Memahami pola perilaku konsumen adalah dasar seorang pemasar membuat strategi yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pola perilaku konsumen pada era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari data responden yang telah bersedia mengisi survei penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen pada era Society 5.0 lebih suka membeli barang secara online daripada offline, menggunakan media sosial sebagai sumber pencarian informasi sebuah produk, dan dipastikan bahwa konsumen akan lebih aktif melakukan eWOM. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perempuan usia remaja akhir adalah target pasar optimal pada era Society 5.0. Produk fashion adalah produk yang paling diminati oleh konsumen pada era Society 5.0.

Abstract

This research is focusing to understanding the influence of motivation and environment at work for employee performance with satisfaction of job as intervening variable on one-stop investment and integrated services in Makassar. Primary data is used in this research while conduct observation, personal interview along with questionnaire perform to collect the data. Samples in this study were all employees of DPM-PTSP Makassar City, and used a propably sampling technique with simple random sampling so that the number of samples used was 100 people from 160 observation data. In this study, the determination of the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a precision of 5%, the data management used was SMARTPLS Software. The result shown that motivation and environment at work both of them have significant with positive contribution for satisfaction on job, while motivation have positive along with significant influence for the performance of employee, it goes different with work environment that shown positive insignificant impact for employee performance. Satisfaction in job shown positive along with significant influence for performance of employee, while work motivation result shown significant but indirect influence for the employee performance by job satisfaction. The environment if work shown significant but indirect influence for the performance of employee by the job satisfaction. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Simplifikasi, Efisiensi, Efektivitas, Unsur Biaya dan Percepatan waktu dalam Prosedur Pelayanan SKCK berada pada level Well Quality, Sufficient Quality, Less Quality atau Not Quality di Polres Kabupaten Gowa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Probalilitas Sampling dan jenis pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Jumlah populasi 17.039 responden kemudian memakai rumus slovin untuk mendapatkan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 98 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Confirmatori Factor Analysis (CFA). Kata Kunci: Layanan Publik; Prosedur; Intelkam Polres Gowa.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationships between leadership style, compensation and work environment on work discipline within the context of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City. The total population in this study was 42 people as well as being the sample in this study using saturated samples or the census method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale model and then being tested for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Smart PLS method. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City b). Compensation Ability has a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City. c). The work environment has a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari social media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian dan pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian perumahan subsidi pada PT. Sarana Bumi Sentosa di Kabupaten Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pembeli perumahan subdisi PT. Sarana Bumi Sentosa di Kabupaten Bekasi. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diperoleh sejumlah 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan memakai uji hipotesis uji t. Hasil pengujian membuktikan variabel social media marketing dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian perumahan subsidi pada PT. Sarana Bumi Sentosa di Kabupaten Bekasi. Pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat bernilai 22,7 %, sedangkan sisanya 40,25 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Social Media Marketing, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The DPRD (Regional People's Representative Council) cannot carry out its duties, divide tasks and fulfill everything. Functioning means that the organization does not have the auspices of other people. In this case, employees participate in carrying out and executing the work. The Regional People's Representative Council Service Center was formed to support and carry out the activities of the Regional People's Representative Council and especially its staff. This means that the structure of the regional government knows that there is a management, among other things, formed from regional leaders and the regional People's Representative Council as partners. Among other things, participation means improving regional government within it. The implementation of regional autonomy discussed adheres to the principle of decentralization, the principle of sharing of powers, and the principle of co-administration. Some public administration tasks are regional in nature, some are managed in an organized manner and remain the responsibility of the state. This study examines the role of DPRD Secretariat staff in carrying out the sacred duties of its members, especially the functions of legislation, budgeting and supervision. Use qualitative research methods to better describe employee roles. The survey results show that employee discipline still needs to be improved. Keywords : DPRD Secretariat Staff and DPRD Functions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of regional original income, and balance funds partially and simultaneously on regional financial independence in Karawang regency. This study uses a quantitative research type using primary data and secondary data obtained from the 2008-2022 Budget Realization Report in Karawang Regency. The sample used in this study was saturated sampling with a total of 15 observational data for three years. The results of the study show that Regional Original Income has a positive and significant effect on regional financial independence in Karawang Regency in 2008-2022. Balancing Funds have a negative and significant effect on regional financial independence in Karawang Regency in 2008-2022. significant for Regional Financial Independence in Karawang Regency in 2008-2022.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dapat dianggap sebagai modal berharga bagi suatu perusahaan, yang secara aktif mengambil peran dalam mencapai kesuksesan perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai kemampuannya. Untuk mencapai kesuksesan perusahaan secara optimal, penting bagi manajemen untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dengan efektif, guna merangsang peningkatan kinerja para karyawan. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Dengan melibatkan 65 karyawan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja adalah faktor yang memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa disiplin kerja terkait balas jasa yang diberikan sudah memberikan keadilan bagi karyawan. Selain itu budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan
