Abstract

Prenatal education is a conscious effort of parents to educate their children who are still in the womb of their wives. A conscious effort is specifically directed at both parents because the child in the womb is not yet possible to be educated, let alone taught, except by his own parents. Postnatal Education is human education in a family environment starting from human being born until the end of his life. All kinds of life sciences gained from the family are the result of the process of postnatal family education. From human being born, they have been taught how to face down, drink, eat, walk and even about religion. Lifelong learning provides learning opportunities fairly and broadly to everyone in accordance with the differences in interests, age, and learning needs of each. This opportunity is an opportunity that can be used for learning such as group learning activities, individual learning activities, and learning activities through social media. Learning activities can be carried out in various places, namely at work, worship houses; association buildings, schools, playgrounds, sports fields, youth arenas, study groups, hermitage, libraries, learning centers, institutions and so on.

Abstract

This paper is based on the problems of students, especially at the level of elementary education that follows the learning process of the bandongan model. Bandongan is a method using a circular sitting system with the teacher around the students, and still uses a very classic traditional method in his time. This article was made because of the many well-known and varied learning models, but it still did not last long in the current era. The purpose of this paper is to strive for the formation of the morality of students so that they are better and can be a reference point in teaching morality subjects. The method of taking this learning model is by literature study and field study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who have learning difficulties but have advantages of spatial visual intelligence which has been proven byquestionnaire multiple intelligence. So the purpose of this study to describe how students learn who have spatial visual intelligence who have learning difficulties. This research was conducted at SDIT Harapan Ummat located at Jalan Ksatrian X sub district of Matraman East Jakarta. researchers conducted a study on one of the students in class IV B Muzdalifah in the period of March to June 2018. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, descriptive method is a method of research that seeks to describe and interpret the object in accordance with what it is. Based on the findings of Learning in children who have spatial visual intelligence at SDIT Harapan Ummat Jakarta using the curriculum 2013 but adapted to the ability and disability of children with attention to the differentiation of each individual. In the implementation of this learning includes several stages: (1) Initial Activities, (2) Core Activities, (3) Final Activity. In this research, it can be concluded that teacher strategy in teaching to students who have learning difficulties that have spatial visual intelligence are Mind Mapp and Movie Learning.

Abstract

The first and the prime education for children in Islam is the Islamic family education. This family education is based upon Islamic guidance in purpose of building children’s faith, piety, highest endeavor –including ethics, morality, and spirituality, and the practice of religious values in daily life. This effort is a kind of amar makruf nahi munkar in family scope. Children needs family model for their future mental and spiritual development. The model and methods of Islamic education in the family scopes are adopted pretty much from the way of our prophet Muhammad taught his family and his companions. Muslim believes that whatever done by the prophet is the manifestation of Quranic essence. In the implementation level, the prophet let his companions and his follower to develop the teaching as long as the development itself in line with educational principles by the prophet.

Abstract

The purpose of this reaserch is to find out how the teacher's efforts in developing beginning reading and writing skill of first grade students. This study also aims to determine what obstacles faced by teachers in developing beginning reading and writing skill of first grade students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method where data collection using interview technique, observation and documentation. In this study the authors interviewed several sources including: the headmaster of MI Nurul Falah Suradita and two teachers of MI Nurul Falah Suradita. The result of the research shows that the teacher's effort in developing beginning reading and writing skill in the first class is by giving additional tutorial, giving the reading book, using the study time well, dictating the students, using Spell reading method and reading fluently, giving motivation, giving reward, giving guidance and supervision, bringing to the library and assessing. And the obstacles of teachers in developing beginning reading and writing skill are less conducive learning and limited textbooks.

Abstract

Life skills of early childhood consist of personal skills and social skills. In life skills-based education in early childhood is of course related to aspects of child development, namely physical, cognitive, language, social emotional, and spiritual. This research method uses normative research, with the approach used in life skills-based education is a contextual approach. While the methods used are interactive methods, role playing, open discussion and small group activities can also use modeling, observation, situation analysis, one to one rehearsal, debates, and games as a method of theaching life skills. This life skills-based early childhood education program consists of daily living skills and personal or social skills with practical life, sensory, mathematics, language art, and cultural activities that are useful for children’s personal development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to prove the improvement and effectiveness of video tutorial media as a result of development. The model in this study applied the research and development model of Borg & Gall. The procedure of this study included 9 steps, namely a) preliminary research and collecting initial information; b) planning; c) developing product drafts; d) conducting an initial trial; e) revising the results of limited trials; f) conducting field trials; g) making product improvements resulting from field trials; h) conducting operational field trials; and i) making improvements to the final product. Product testing was carried out on the fifth grade elementary school students in South Aceh. Data collection techniques used observation. The observation sheet was used to measure students’ process skills. The feasibility of the media was analyzed by score conversion using a scale of 5. Media effectiveness was analyzed by gain score, and t-test. The results of this study were video tutorial media products on style material that are feasible to apply to science learning on student process skills.

Abstract

Everyone has different abilities. Reflecting from the diversity of different abilities, it should be necessary to do various ways in developing those abilities. One of the individual's abilities is creativity. Creativity is an important ability to develop, even in various elements of education. In this case, educators play an important role to develop that ability. Creativity is very important to develop, because creativity has a big influence and adequate to contribute in one's life, for example in academic achievement. The art of paper folding or origami, is an excellent activity to stimulate creativity as well as build a structured mind power in children. Because the subject of this activity is an early childhood, then this activity is designed with a simple method. Children who follow this activity are only told to look, then practice together and they may even form another pattern they want.

Abstract

Angka kekerasan atau pun pelecehan seksual pada anak setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Bila tidak segera diantisipasi dan dicarikan solusi, bangsa ini akan berada pada jurang kehancuran karena generasi penerusnya sedang dikebiri mental dan pikirannya. Selain memberikan perlindungan melalui hukum, solusi lainnya adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan seks kepada anak sejak dini. Pendidikan seks adalah upaya pemberian pemahaman kepada anak-anak sesuai dengan usianya mengenai fungsi dan alat seksual, memberikan bimbingan kepada anak-anak bagaimana cara menjaga dan memelihara organ intim, dan memberikan pemahaman bila ada tanda kekerasan seksual. Kenapa harus sejak usia dini? Karena pendidikan seks pada usia dini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada anak sebagai bentuk pembelajaran dan keterampilan serta sebagai tindakan preventif (pencegahan) dalam menanggulangi kekerasan seksual anak sejak dini.

Abstract

Pengenalan menghafal Al-Qur’an atau disebut juga Tahfidz Al-Qur’an merupakan salah satu program unggulan sekolah-sekolah baik sekolah yang berstatus sekolah Negeri maupun Sekolah Swasta. Meskipun pada awalnya program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an tidak atau kurang diminati baik oleh pengelola pendidikan atau pun orang tuda dan siswa. Namun, sekarang program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an terbukti menjadi salah satu program unggulan sekolah-sekolah. Bahkan dengan menerapkan program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, banyak sekolah-sekolah tersebut yang banyak dicari dan diminati. Penelitian ini mengangkat tentang kelebihan-kelebihan dari program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an yang dilaksanakan oleh sekolah-sekolah yang kemudian menjadi sekolah favorit, sekolah besar dan bahkan Program Tahfodz Al-Qur’an biasa dimunculkan di Banner-banner, baliho, pamphlet penerimaan siswa baru dengan urutan paling atas kemudian disusul program-progam unggulan lain. Bagi orangtua siswa, menyekolahkan anak pada lembaga pendidikan yang melaksanakan program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an adalah sebuah kebanggan. Mereka mempunyai mimpi kelak anak-anak mereka menjadi para Muhafidz AL-Qur’an yang akan menuntun mereka dan memakaikan mahkota dari emas pada hari kiamat kelak.
