Industri kecil memiliki peranan strategis dalam perdagangan nasional hal ini karena proporsi usaha skala kecil mempunyai daya serap tenaga kerja yang sangat besar. Kota Tasikmalaya memiliki banyak sumber daya yang dapat dikembangkan, baik industri bordir, makanan atau kerajinan. Industri Kecil Menengah telah terbukti mampu menghasilkan berbagai komoditas, lokal maupun pasar internasional, tetapi daya saing dari produk yang dihasilkan pengusaha tersebut belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh koordinasi dengan pengembangan industri kecil produk usaha kerajinan tangan dan bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh koordinasi terhadap pengembangan industri kecil produk usaha kerajinan tangan dan bordir sebesar 29,7 % sedangkan 70,3 % disebabkan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

With village autonomy and decentralization patterns, the development of village government organizations and management must be increased so that the actual goals of village autonomy that are to improve the welfare of the community are quickly achieved. However, the condition that the development of the organization and management of the village government is still very slow to go to the village government to serve. The purpose of this paper is to gain an understanding of the development of village government management organizations with case studies in Lebak District of Banten Province. The framework used is thinking of Janet V Denhart et al (2007: 121).The conclusion of this paper is that the development of the organization and management of the village government in the study object begins with the abandonment of past village government and has formally entered the village bureaucracy government. Only a small percentage of village governments enter into the village government entrepreneurship phase because of the lack of entrepreneurial spirit. Village government serves with a vengeance is plagued by factors of geographical area and difficulties even though village budgets from the government are increasing.

Abstract

Banten Province which stood by the passing of Law No. 32 on October 4, 2000. Ahead of the 13th anniversary of politics in Banten province was shaken by the arrest of Tubagus Chaeri Wardana (TCW) who is also the younger brother of Ratu Atut Chosiyah by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in a hand-catching operation which then detained Ratu Atut Chosiyah in the bribery case Pemilukada Lebak Regency 2013. The implementation of legislative elections will be the first test of the shock experienced by the Family Politics Clan Ratu Atut Chosiyah. This research uses quantitative approach method. Hypothesis in this research is with the shocks on Family Clan Ratu Atut Chosiyah then the level of election of family member Atut Chosiyah in legislative election year 2014 become low. Allegations of political observers about the fall of the RAC family's political clan after the arrest of RAC and TCW by the KPK proved to have no realities. Legislative Election 2014 is true to prove to the audience that the Atut family political clan is not exhausted and still stands firmly. The people still trust their political rights to be channeled by members of the RAC Family Clans. Thus members of RAC family already have the stability and political existence in the eyes of the people of Banten. The RAC Political Clan termed by many observers as the Political Dynasty has turned out to be a self-repairing system even though some elements have problems. Have a good regeneration system where other family members can continue their political clan in Banten. Conclusions regarding the election level of members of the RAC core family clan in 2014 Legislative Election in their respective districts (1) H. Andika Hazrumy has a very high degree of election, (2) Hj. Ade Rossi Khoerunnisa has a high degree of election, (3) Andiara Aprilia Hikmat has a very high degree of election, (4) Tanto Warsono Arban has a very high degree of election, and (5) H. Aden Abdul Kholiq has a very low level of election. Therefore, all stakeholders of democracy in Banten Province should be more participative and more concerned about politics, and mobilize elements of democracy such as political parties, interest groups, academics, press, NGOs to become watchdogs of democracy in Banten, so that Atut Chosiyah political clan re-entrenched strongly in Banten does not violate the norms and rules of law applicable in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work values of service satisfaction, how much influence the ability of communication to the satisfaction of service, how much influence the handling of complaints against the satisfaction of service, how much influence the values of work, communication skills and handling of complaints against the service satisfaction. This research was undertaken at The Regional Public Hospital of Serang. This research is a quantitative survey research method with a view to doing an explanation. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, unstructured interviews, informal observations, and documentation. The analysis method is quantitative analysis with statistical tests include: frequency distribution, product moment correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, simple linear regression, and multiple regression. Number of study samples as many as 280 respondents. Results showed: (1) Working Values has a positive and significant impact on service satisfaction by 0.554, (2) Communication Ability has a positive and significant impact on service satisfaction by 0.470 (3) Handling of Complaints has a positive and significant impact on service satisfaction by 0.585. (4) Work Values, Communication Skills and Handling Complaints has a positive and significant impact on service satisfaction by 0.592./

Abstract

This research maintain to analyze The Influence of Employee’s Remuneration Perception, Work Motivation and Work Discipline to The Employee Performance in The State Treasury Services Office (Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara/KPPN Percontohan) Serang, Banten Province Therefore, in order to strengthening all this variable factors to the employee’s performance, the organization need to more recognize and honouring the employee’s work achievements, career opportunies and also make tranparency and accountability between structural and fungsional employee’s system to reduce the distorsion and unfairness of this remuneration system. About discipline, the punishment had to attended for create the money follows function system in The State Treasury Services Office.

Abstract

The hospitals as a health service provider should already know how the quality of they service can be provide satisfaction to the patient. This study is aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Khusus Gigi dan Mulut Kota Bandung. Population in this study is patient of RSKGM Kota Bandung with total sample 99 respondent. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires with non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis technique is used coefficient correlation test, coefficient determination test and linear regression test to know how far the relationship and effect of service quality to patient satisfaction at RSKGM Kota Bandung. The result of analysis correlation test indicate that service quality variable have value r equal to 0,785 is in range 0,60-0,79 or in category strong relation. The result of determination test or Adjusted R Square is 0,616. This means that 61,62% of consumer satisfaction can be explained by service quality variables, while the rest is explained by other variables which not examined in this study.

Abstract

Improved access to health services for women of course originated from the family / home, where husband / male has a big role. Understanding and involvement of husbands in providing information about women's reproductive health is one manifestation of attention and affection of a husband to his wife. This study tries to see how the concerns of men about women's reproductive health Ranjeng Village. Is a qualitative research method in this study with key informants were men and his wife as the Kampung Ranjeng secondary informants. This study found the results of research that understanding husband / men about reproductive health of women and various kinds of diseases that can affect female reproductive organs, both local and immigrant population is still low. This is influenced by economic factors, education, culture. Concern men in Kampung Ranjeng on reproductive health is influenced by economic considerations and more towards the use of contraceptives.

Abstract

Pemerintah telah membatalkan 3134 Peraturan Daerah. Terdapat empatperihal yang menyebabkan Perda dibatalkan: (i) Perda dan Perkada tersebutmenghambat investasi (perizinan, retribusi, jasa usaha, IMB, sumbangan pihak ke-3,dan lainnya); (ii) Perda dan Perkada tersebut bertentangan dengan undang-undang yanglebih tinggi dan kepentingan umum; (iii) Perda dan Perkada tersebut bertentangandengan UU No. 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Putusan MahkamahKonstitusi (sumber daya air, menara telekomunikasi, BUMD, dan pengalihan urusan);dan (iv) Perda dan Perkada lainnya yang dirasa tidak perlu karena merupakan normaawam yang berlaku di masyarakat. Pembatalan 3.143 Perda harus dilakukan dalamrangka menegakkan aturan sebagaimana tertuang dalam Undang-undang No. 23 tahun2014 dan Putusan MK, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan Program Gerakan Masyarakat Mandiri, Berdaya Saing Dan Inovatif (Gema Madani) yang merupakan salah satu program unggulan sesuai dengan visi Pemerintah Kota Tasikmalaya, kenyataannya masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan dalam tata kelola lembaga yang belum sesuai dengan aturan, perubahan regulasi yang menunjukkan perubahan tugas, pokok dan fungsi pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana leading sector Program Gema Madani saat ini bukan lagi pada bidang tetapi pada sub bagian. Hal yang ingin diteliti lebih mendalam adalah bagaimanakah pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan Program Gema Madani di Kota Tasikmalaya agar efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini berangkat dari proposisi pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan pada dasarnya mengelola suatu tim kerja dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi yang efektif dan efisien. Adapun dimensi-dimensi pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan Program Gema Madani di Kota Tasikmalaya berdasarkan pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia, penguatan organisasi dan reformasi kelembagaan. Informan yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: unsur pemerintah daerah dan unsur masyarakat. Sedangkan metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif.

Abstract

After had being carried out nationalization and hostility against west countries, the New Order regime made important decision to change Indonesia economic direction from etatism system to free market economy. A set of policies were taken in order private sector could play major role in economic. However, when another economic sectors were reformed substantially, various effords to reform the State Owned Enterprises had failed. The State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), in fact, remained to play dominant role like in years of guided democracy era 1959-1965. Position of the State Owned Enterprises tended to be even stronger. Source of the problem in reforming SOEs finally lied on reality that vested interest of bureaucrats (civil or military) was so large that could’nt been overcome by technocrats.Key Word: state owned entreprise, reforms, vested interest
