Abstract

This article aims to find out the development of the government's role in providing SME financial governance policies. The development of knowledge is seen from the relationship and direction of collaboration of affiliation, country, and relationship between authors so that the dynamics of novelty can be known. The method used is bibliometric science mapping. Data was taken from the Scopus database in several stages, namely identification, filtering (inclusion and exclusion criteria), and data finalization. We use the Analyse Results and Source menus on Scopus, Scimago Journal, and Country Rank. Cluster co-authorship calculations and their visualisations use VOSviewer software version 1.6.12. The results showed that publications on the topic of entrepreneurial finance began to appear in 1992. The United States was the country with the most publications, with an output of 92 documents out of a total of 327 documents. The most prolific writer is Douglas Cumming, with a total of 18 articles. Based on the visualisation analysis of VOSviewer, Douglas Cumming has a strong relationship in terms of collaborative writing with Silvio Vismara, Massimo G. Colombo, and Joern Block. The results of his research found that venture capital was approached significantly by technology-based companies compared to other external sources of capital. The results of our mapping can be used to determine reference information and future research bases, both by author and by country, for the application and development of the topic of entrepreneurial finance research, especially for SMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of gender in the Electronic Stunting Data Collection Program (e-important) in Bandung City, with a focus on policy, monitoring and evaluation in preventing stunting. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the e-Penting program in Bandung City has had a positive impact in recording stunting data with a strong gender mainstreaming approach. The data collected involved the active participation of women at various levels, from posyandu to sub-districts, producing more in-depth information about the impact of the program on women and men. This program successfully integrates gendered data analysis into the monitoring process, providing more comprehensive insight into gender inequality in stunting rates and access to health services. The evaluation showed that women's participation as direct users and stakeholders supported the success of the program, with women's opinions and experiences significantly integrated in the analysis of the program's successes and shortcomings. In this way, e-Penting is not only an effective tool for recording stunting data, but also a pioneer in realizing gender equality and women's empowerment through information technology innovation.

Abstract

The existence of women in the village realm is a dilemmatic phenomenon. On the one hand, female leaders can demonstrate the breaking down of stigma and stereotypes that women will not appropriately fill the public sphere. On the other hand, their existence is no different from formality, ignoring the substance and representation of women's interests. This research seeks to compare three villages that were and are currently led by women. Do they reflect inclusiveness? This inclusiveness from the campaign period to the dynamics when taking office will be seen. The research results show that not all female leaders at the village level can design inclusiveness. In carrying out village development planning deliberations, for example, women's involvement is more to overcome administrative requirements than to accommodate their interests.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the relationship between Muslim communities and prostitution is present in everyday social life, especially in the prostitution area of Bandungan, Semarang Regency. With the case study research method, the authors conducted observations, documentation, and structured and unstructured interviews simultaneously with prostitution business actors, Muslim associations, and local government actors. As for the findings, first, the relationship between society and prostitution has been socially shaped over a very long period, not something that appears instantly. The gradual social change from the colonial era to the emergence of tourism gave rise to the characteristics of prostitution, which were relatively different from the localization models of prostitution in other regions. Second, the relationship between the Muslim community and prostitution is intertwined in social relations because of intertwined economic interests. Third, social disharmony is still present despite social harmony, especially in the relations of citizens who do not depend on their economic interests in the prostitution business, especially among people who are affiliated with Muslim organizations. This study concludes that the relationship between the Muslim community and prostitution occurs dynamically, which is still contradictory but has no conflict with each other.

Abstract

This article examines the energy trilemma faced by Indonesia in the context of the nickel industry, focusing on three main aspects: the reliability of energy supply, environmental sustainability, and economic accessibility. With the global demand for nickel in electric vehicle batteries increasing, Indonesia, as one of the largest nickel producers, faces significant challenges in ensuring a stable, environmentally friendly, and affordable energy supply for nickel processing and extraction. The study uses data analysis from the mining and energy sectors to evaluate how current energy policies impact the nickel industry. It also explores the use of renewable energy sources in nickel mining operations and their impact on environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the article assesses the economic accessibility of the energy used in the nickel industry, considering the importance of nickel in the Indonesian economy. Findings indicate that despite progress in renewable energy utilization, challenges remain in production scalability and long-term sustainability. The article proposes strategies for optimizing energy resource management in the nickel industry, emphasizing the importance of technological innovation, supportive policies, and international cooperation. This research provides essential insights for policymakers, investors, and industry stakeholders in addressing the energy trilemma in Indonesia, particularly in the context of the evolving nickel industry.

Abstract

Abstract:Political corruption refers to the misuse of public office for personal gain or the abuse of political power for illegitimate ends. It manifests itself in various forms, including bribery, cronyism, nepotism, embezzlement, fraud, and abuse of public resources. Political corruption not only undermines the rule of law and democracy but also weakens public trust in government institutions and hinders economic development. The detrimental effects of political corruption are far-reaching and can have a significant impact on society as a whole. It increases inequality and poverty, reduces public access to essential services, and deprives citizens of their fundamental rights and freedoms. Moreover, political corruption also distorts public policies, compromises public safety, and promotes political instability.Overcoming political corruption requires the implementation of effective anti-corruption laws and institutions that hold public officials accountable for their actions. Such efforts require a combination of political will, public participation, and international cooperation. However, addressing political corruption is an ongoing challenge, and continuous efforts are required to prevent its resurgence in different forms and contexts. Keywords: Corruption, Government officials, Political corruption.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of technological innovation on the transformation of public administration through the implementation of e-government in Indonesia. The main objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which the implementation of e-government has contributed to efficiency, transparency, and community involvement in the delivery of public services. The research methodology involves a case-study approach to e-government implementation at various levels of government in Indonesia. The results of this research highlight the positive impact of information and communication technology (ICT) innovation in the transformation of public policy, especially in Indonesia. The digitalization of public services, increasing transparency and public participation through social media, efficiency and cost savings through process automation, and efforts to increase data security are key points that support the transformation of public administration. The implementation of e-government in Indonesia, driven by central government policy, reflects efforts to improve services, efficiency, and community involvement. However, challenges such as the digital divide, resistance to change, legal and regulatory issues, and the need for inclusive public participation are things that need to be considered in implementing ICT innovation in public policy. Taking these challenges into account, this research concludes that ICT innovation can be a significant driver in achieving positive transformation in public administration, provided that it is necessary to overcome the obstacles that arise.
