Abstract

Penggunaan asuransi syariah semakin hari semakin meningkat. Penelitian tentang asuransi syariah terus berkembang dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data terkini tentang isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan ketidaksadaran dalam menggunakan asuransi syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode bibliometrik, yaitu menggunakan data akademis yang berbasis dan terindeks Scopus untuk menganalisis penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya tentang asuransi syariah. Data diperoleh dari Publish or Perish dan dipilih dan disimpan data yang paling sesuai dengan topik. Data ini diolah menggunakan software VOSViewer yang memvisualisasikan data dalam bentuk garis-garis yang saling terhubung dengan warna yang berbeda. Hasil tentang relevansi topik asuransi syariah dengan peneliti sebelumnya yang diperoleh dari VOSViewer. Penelitian ini mengkaji kata kunci “asuransi” dan “syariah”. Visualisasi jaringan pada kata kunci penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peta perkembangan penelitian asuransi syariah terbagi menjadi 4 cluster. Cluster 1 terdiri dari 16 istilah, cluster 2 terdiri dari 9 istilah, cluster 3 terdiri dari 7 istilah, dan cluster 4 terdiri dari 5 istilah.

Abstract

Industri halal merupakan sektor yang tengah berkembang pesat dan memiliki potensi besar dalam perekonomian khususnya di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, sehingga kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya suatu produk yang memenuhi standar halal juga akan semakin diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, UMKM di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang melalui Sertifikasi Halal khususnya UMKM di Desa Laden Pamekasan, dengan Sertifikasi Halal dapat menjadi sarana strategis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan daya saing serta membuka akses pasar yang lebih luas, namun masih ada beberapa pelaku UMKM di Desa Laden belum memanfaatkan kesempatan Sertifikasi Halal sehingga daya saingnya akan kalah dengan UMKM yang sudah tersertifikasi halal. Dalam hal ini pemerintah mewajibkan seluruh produk yang beredar di Indonesia harus bersertifikat halal dengan cara diakui kehalalannya oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang jaminan produk halal (UU JPH). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan menggunakan studi banding pada beberapa pelaku UMKM di Desa Laden Pamekasan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of income, financial literacy, and investment knowledge on interest in sharia investment in Kartasura District. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed randomly to 100 respondents. This research uses a descriptive statistical data analysis method with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 software and hypothesis testing is carried out using a partial test (t test) with a significance level of 5%. The results obtained from the partial test (t test) are that income has no significant effect on interest in sharia investment in Kartasura District. Meanwhile, financial literacy and investment knowledge have a partially significant effect on interest in sharia investment in Kartasura District.

Abstract

Program pengembangan UMKM menjadi salah satu instrumen penting dalam meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat, yang pada akhirnya membantu mengatasi krisis moneter. Bank Indonesia berperan sebagai otoritas moneter, dengan Program Sosial Bank Indonesia (PSBI) sebagai wujud empati untuk mengatasi masalah sosial ekonomi. KPw Bank Indonesia Jember juga terlibat dalam program pengembangan UMKM, termasuk UMKM keripik pisang Musae Chips di Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses pembinaan KPw Bank Indonesia Jember terhadap UMKM Musae Chips dan membandingkan skala produksi sebelum dan sesudah pembinaan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dilakukan di KPw Bank Indonesia Jember dan UMKM Musae Chips di Bangsalsari, Jember. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis deskriptif serta validasi data melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan UMKM melalui pelatihan di berbagai aspek, termasuk manajemen, produksi, pembiayaan, dan pemasaran, serta event pameran untuk memperluas pasar. Skala produksi UMKM Musae Chips meningkat setelah pembinaan, namun biaya input juga meningkat, yang berdampak pada harga produk. Implikasi dari hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dan skala produksi UMKM Musae Chips, yang berpotensi memperluas jangkauan pasar. Namun, peningkatan biaya input pasca pembinaan dapat mempengaruhi harga produk, sehingga perlu diimbangi dengan strategi harga yang kompetitif agar tetap menarik bagi konsumen.

Abstract

This research explores the role of women in political leadership from an Islamic economic perspective, focusing on the interconnectedness of women's empowerment, gender justice, and the socio-economic welfare of the ummah. This research adopts a library research design. The analysis shows that Islamic teachings support women's political leadership, emphasizing justice, competence, and adherence to Islamic values, which include principles of equality, communal welfare, and social well-being. Women's empowerment in Islam is rooted in the recognition of their right to lead and influence society, which is essential for achieving socio-economic development. Through political empowerment, women can shape policies that benefit marginalized communities and promote public welfare. Case studies from Muslim-majority countries, such as Indonesia, demonstrate how women leaders have driven significant reforms in education, poverty alleviation, and economic stability. However, cultural norms, gender stereotypes, institutional barriers, and discriminatory laws still hinder women's political participation. Overcoming these challenges requires societal, legal, and educational reforms based on Islamic principles of justice and equity. Gender justice in Islamic economics advocates for fairness, equality, and dignity, ensuring that both men and women have equal rights, including leadership opportunities. Islamic economic values such as maslahah (public welfare) and balance support women’s inclusion in political leadership, emphasizing competence and ethical governance over gender. Gender justice initiatives, including equal education and employment opportunities, have led to increased participation of women in politics and the workforce, promoting more inclusive socio-economic development. Women's leadership is pivotal in promoting the welfare of the ummah by contributing diverse perspectives to decision-making, particularly on issues like education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation. This involvement enhances inclusive policy-making, aligned with Islamic principles of justice and social welfare. Women's political leadership is crucial for achieving socio-economic prosperity. Women leaders advocate for equitable access to resources, human capital development, and social safety nets, which help reduce inequality and ensure that economic benefits are shared across all segments of society. Gender-sensitive policies, such as fair wages and education reforms, contribute to economic growth and poverty reduction. Despite significant progress, women may still face barriers to leadership due to gender biases, restrictive cultural norms, and patriarchal systems. However, Islamic teachings offer support for overcoming these challenges, emphasizing justice, equality, and the dignity of both men and women. In Indonesia, women's political leadership has grown significantly, with more women now holding positions in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. This shift reflects societal changes, legal reforms, and a global commitment to gender equality. Islamic economic frameworks provide a foundation for policies that promote women's rights and leadership, supported by Islamic values of adl (justice), musawat (equality), maslahah (social welfare), and maqasid al-shari’ah (objectives of Islamic law).

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar modern dan sistem digitalisasi telah secara signifikan mengubah gaya hidup masyarakat. Perubahan ini berdampak negatif terhadap pasar tradisional, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Pemerintah telah melaksanakan program revitalisasi pasar konvensional guna meningkatkan daya saingnya terhadap pasar modern dan sistem digital. Namun, dampak dari inisiatif ini terhadap pedagang Muslim dari perspektif ekonomi Islam masih belum banyak dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model revitalisasi di Pasar Besar Ngawi dan menilai bagaimana program tersebut meningkatkan kesejahteraan pedagang Muslim. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan memanfaatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data mendalam mengenai pelaksanaan revitalisasi dan dampaknya terhadap para pedagang. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa revitalisasi memberikan hasil positif, termasuk peningkatan kualitas fasilitas, sistem manajemen yang lebih profesional, serta integrasi digitalisasi dalam transaksi dan administrasi pasar. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti akses yang terbatas bagi pedagang lanjut usia, kesulitan beradaptasi dengan sistem digital, dan perlunya alokasi ruang dagang yang lebih baik sesuai kebutuhan pedagang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun revitalisasi membawa banyak manfaat, masih ada aspek-aspek yang perlu diperbaiki untuk memastikan pelaksanaan program yang optimal dan manfaat yang merata bagi seluruh pedagang di Pasar Besar Ngawi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan solusi finansial dalam kegiatan ekonomi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah khususnya dalam pasar uang. Salah satu instrumen penting yang mulai diperhatikan dan berkembang di pasar uang adalah Repurchase Agreement (Repo). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meninjau sejauh mana penerapan Ekonomi Islam dalam implementasi Repurchase Agreement (Repo) di pasar uang, dengan analisis utamanya mengacu pada Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) No. 94/DSN-MUI/IV/2014 Tentang Repo Surat Berharga Syariah (SBS) Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, yang mana berfokus pada pengumpulan dan analisis sumber-sumber tertulis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui sumber-sumber yang relevan, seperti buku, artikel, dan publikasi ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan Repurchase Agreement (Repo). Berdasarkan penelitian ini bahwa Repurchase Agreement (Repo) di pasar uang yang mengacu pada ketentuan syariah itu diperbolehkan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of self-service technology and Islamic business ethics on the customer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan among Muslim Generation Z in Surabaya. The study focuses on Generation Z as tech-savvy and religiously conscious consumers. Mie Gacoan's implementation of technology-based self-service faces both positive and negative responses from consumers. Furthermore, complaints regarding product quality and service attitude raise questions about business ethics and their alignment with Sharia values. This research adopts a quantitative method with data collection procedures through questionnaires. The sample size for this study is 120 respondents, determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research is conducted using multiple linear regression, implemented with SPSS version 26 software. The research findings indicate that self-service technology positively and significantly influences the customer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan among Muslim Generation Z in Surabaya, and the Islamic business ethics variable also has a positive and significant impact on the customer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan among Muslim Generation Z in Surabaya.

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a contemporary issue of global concern, and an exploration of them is urgently needed in the current era. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the SDGs by focusing on analyzing the effect of malnutrition on economic productivity in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member countries. The methods used in this study are Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FMOLS) and Dynamic Ordinary Least Square (DOLS). This is used to analyze how much long-term influence is formed. The data used is panel data of 35 OIC member countries from 2001 to 2022 and is divided into several model categories, namely low income, lower middle income, upper middle-income and high income countries models. The results show that in the long run, malnutrition has a significant negative effect on economic productivity and the largest effect is on countries in the lower middle-income category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the health level of the Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSPPS) Usaha Barokah Jatipurno, which plays a vital role in supporting micro and small businesses based on sharia principles. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with financial ratio analysis, covering aspects of capital, asset quality, management, profitability, and liquidity. Data were collected through documentation studies of financial reports, structured interviews with cooperative management, and direct observation of cooperative operations. The analysis results show that KSPPS Usaha Barokah Jatipurno's Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) increased from 25% to 27% over two years, the problematic productive asset ratio remained stable at 3%, and the current ratio stood at 2.0, indicating good liquidity conditions. With a health assessment score of 84%, the cooperative is categorized as being in a "Fairly Healthy" condition. These findings recommend strengthening risk management, innovating sharia-compliant financial products, enhancing human resource capacity, and conducting regular evaluations to improve the cooperative's performance and sustainability in the future.
