Abstract

Pasar Lakessi merupakan pasar yang telah revitalisasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Republik Indonesia Penelitiann ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat pedagang menggunakan kios pasca revitalisasi pasar Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung dengan pengelola pasar yaitu UPTD Pasar Lakessi, pedagan dan pembeli. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan yang diberikan oleh UPTD pasar tehadap penggunaan kios pasar yaitu hanya sedikit kios yang digunakan oleh pedagan untuk menjual barang dagangannya. Tanggapan yang diberikan oleh pedagang yang menggunakan kios menunjukkan bahwa kios yang digunakan bersih dan terlindungi serta tidak panas namun kurang pembeli, semetara itu tanggapan yang diberikan oleh pedagang yang tidak menggunakan kios yaitu mereka membangun kios sendiri dengan bahan apa adanya pada area parkir karena lebih banyak pembeli. Tanggapan yang diberikan penjual menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh harga dan kemudahan dalam berbelanja pada bagian area parkir mendorong mereka untuk membeli di area yang tidak diizinkan oleh pengelola pasar.Tinjauan maslahah menunjukkan bahwa manfaat yang diperoleh dari revitalisasi pasar sudah sesuai dengan syariah, selain pedagang memanfaatkan pasar dengan masuk akal dan manfaatnya berkaitan dengan orang banyak. Namun masalah ditemukan yaitu terjadi ketidakadilan pendapatan dan penggunaan kios yang mengakibatkan ketidaktertiban dalam menjual barang.

Abstract

This research utilizes a literature review method to investigate the dynamics of Islamic banking institutions and their assets in Indonesia from 2019 to May 2023. The 2022 Islamic Financial Development Report of Indonesia reveals a significant growth of 15.87% in the assets of the Islamic financial industry. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) emphasizes the resilience of the Islamic economic and financial sector, including Islamic banking, in facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, the assets of the Islamic financial industry reached IDR 2,375.84 trillion, with growth primarily occurring in the Islamic capital market (15.51%) and Islamic Non-Bank Financial Institutions (20.88%). Indonesia remains a key player in the Islamic Finance Development Indicator 2022. This research describes the development of Islamic banking institutions from 2019 to May 2023, highlighting fluctuations in the number of branches and Islamic banks. Consolidation, Islamic financial literacy, and digital technology are key factors shaping the dynamics of this sector. Despite a decrease in the number of Islamic banks, total assets increased from IDR 624.564 trillion in December 2019 to IDR 785.646 trillion in May 2023. These factors support the growth and resilience of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for a Muslim in managing their wealth and is also a form of social concern that is given when it reaches the threshold. The distribution of zakat to the recipients is not only limited to consumptive forms that meet basic human needs, but also includes productive zakat distribution in the form of capital for businesses that are monitored for their development, so that the recipients can become more self-reliant. The Indonesian economy has experienced a decline due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has led to an increase in poverty rates in Indonesia. This research utilizes literature research from articles and published journals. The research findings indicate that zakat plays a role in alleviating poverty and ensuring social justice for the community, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. BAZNAS and LAZ throughout Indonesia have created collaborations to assist the government in dealing with Covid-19 by establishing the Covid-19 Crisis Center

Abstract

The Indonesian government has implemented the Family Hope Program since 2007, in an effort to accelerate poverty reduction. PKH companions are one of the determinants of achieving success in programs that are carried out intensively and sustainably. Facilitators are not fully able to resolve problems that exist between KPM PKH or between companions and KPM PKH. The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of assistance to KPM PKH improves the social welfare of the Adiluwih Village community and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the effectiveness of implementing assistance to KPM PKH in Adiluwih Village. This research is field research using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research explain that the assistants in implementing PKH in Adiluwih Village have been effective. The research results show that PKH facilitators have effectively implemented empowerment programs for PKH KPMs in the form of; Program to develop interest in learning through Tutoring, Limited Land Utilization Program, and Family Capacity Building Meeting Program (P2K2). As for the supporting factors for the effectiveness of the implementation of mentoring, namely that the companion has good skills in communicating with the community and recipients of PKH assistance because the companion has attended Social Worker education and training and the companion has been certified as a Professional Social Worker, making it easier for the companion to provide understanding and solve problems. problems faced by the community during the process of implementing the Family Hope Program assistance. Meanwhile, the factor inhibiting the effectiveness of the implementation of mentoring is that PKH facilitators find it difficult to allocate their time to each implementation of empowerment program monitoring activities because the assisted area is too large and there are still KPMs who are not present during the socialization of the program being implemented.

Abstract

Business performance is an assessment of how the strategy implemented by the company is realized. By assessing business performance, it can be seen how far the company has developed. The aim of this research is to find out whether innovation has an effect on business performance, and to find out whether competitive advantage is able to mediate innovation on business performance. The population in this research are MSMEs in Semarang City who have been established for more than 5 years. The number of samples in this study was 115 respondents using a cluster sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation methods. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with a path analysis approach and the SPSS program. The research results show that the innovation variable has an influence on business performance, then competitive advantage also has a positive and significant influence on business performance. The results of the indirect effect test also show that competitive advantage is able to mediate the relationship between innovation and business performance. The implementation of innovation strategies influences the business performance of MSMEs in Semarang City. Competitive advantage also influences business performance and can mediate the relationship between innovation and the business performance of MSMEs in Semarang City. Suggestions for MSME players in Semarang City to implement innovation strategies that are appropriate to the business sector they are undertaking so that they will increase their competitive advantage which will improve business performance.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a business model analysis of Lamooi Beautycare, a newcomer to the highly competitive skincare industry. Despite receiving positive recognition from customers, Lamooi Beautycare faces the challenge of establishing a competitive edge amidst the dynamic skincare market. The study seeks to identify internal and external factors influencing the current skincare industry and formulate business development strategies that enhance the company's competitive advantage. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling. In this research, the informants used as research subjects were the Beauty Company/Brand, namely Lamooi Beautycare, with 3 respondents, namely the owner of the beauty brand to be researched, a marketing employee, and an admin. The Resource-Based View (RBV) framework will be utilized to analyze internal factors, complemented by the Five Forces Porter framework for the analysis of external factors. Additionally, the study will incorporate the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to formulate a comprehensive business development strategy. Through this analysis, the research aims to provide a profound understanding of the skincare industry's dynamics, evaluate critical factors influencing Lamooi Beautycare's success, and develop precise strategies to achieve competitive advantage. By gaining a better understanding of internal and external factors, Lamooi Beautycare is expected to optimize its internal potential, leverage market opportunities, and navigate competitive challenges, ultimately realizing its vision and mission while expanding its business in this fiercely competitive era. The existing strategy that is/has been implemented by the owner of the Lamooi Beautycare Brand is in accordance with the nine elements in the Business Model Canvas, namely, Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Customer Relationships, and Key Resources

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan efisiensi kinerja bank syariah dan bank konvensional di Indonesia sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan 10 bank konvensional dan 10 bank syariah dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2022. Data tersebut dibuat triwulanan dan dianalisis menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan efisiensi antara bank syariah dan bank konvensional sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak bahwa baik bank syariah maupun bank konvensional sama-sama mengalami penurunan efisiensi selama pandemi COVID-19. Dengan kata lain pembatasan mobilitas selama pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang sama terhadap kedua jenis bank. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa biaya tenaga kerja dan promosi merupakan biaya yang paling tidak efisien penggunaannya selama pandemi COVID-19 baik pada bank syariah maupun bank konvensional.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2021, pemerintah menggabung ketiga bank syariah nasional yaitu BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah. Hasil penggabungan tersebut melahirkan bank syariah baru yaitu Bank Syariah Indonesia. Dari perspektif teoritik, tujuan penggabungan tersebut diharapkan performa dan kesehatan bank menjadi lebih baik dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia sebelum dan setelah merger pada tahun 2021 serta mendeskripsikan stabilitas dan efisiensi bank hasil penggabungan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desai penelitian kuantitatif. Pengukuran kinerja ini didasarkan pada perhitungan rasio keuangan, sedangkan untuk pengukuran efisiensi dan stabilitas berdasarkan pada pendekatan data envelopment analysis (DEA). DEA merupakan program pendekatan matematis melalui pengukuran efisiensi dari decision making units (DMU) dengan model contant return to scale (CRS) dengan menganalisis DMU di tahun sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dari ketiga bank sebelum merger, yang memiliki kinerja yang baik yakni PT Bank Mandiri Syariah , dan untuk bank setelah merger yakni Bank Syariah Indonesia memiliki kinerja yang rata-rata jauh lebih baik dari bank sebelum merger , namun sebaliknya untuk efisiensi dan kestabilan ketiga bank sebelum merger lebih baik dibandingkan setelah merger. Sehingga peneliti menyarankan peningkatan produktivitas BSI melalui perluasan sentralisasi berbasis inovasi dan menjauhi diversifikasi pendapatan yang merupakan salah satu penyebab kerawanan bank setelah merger.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance. The sample used was 100 people who were collected by non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. Data collected by distributing questionnaires directly and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Islamic market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the application of PSAK 109 to the presentation and disclosure of financial statements reflected in the concept of trustworthy metaphor at BAZNAS East Lombok Regency. The development of the number of Muslim communities in Indonesia is very high but this is not in line with the potential of zakat recorded and collected at Baznas every year. The reason is the lack of trust of muzakki to channel their zakat funds to zakat management institutions. Thus, a good accounting system is needed to realize accountability and transparency in the presentation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK 109 standards. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and observations for primary data, and literature studies for secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the application of zakat accounting with the reflection of the concept of trustworthy metaphor is good, seen from all forms of activities and preparation of financial statements carried out by holding the principles of shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah. In addition, the application of PSAK 109 related to the presentation and disclosure of financial statements is still not fully in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
