Abstract

Setelah mengalami kontraksi ekonomi akibat pandemi COVID-19, Indonesia memasuki fase pemulihan ekonomi yang menandai era baru. Dalam upaya pemulihan tersebut, sektor UMKM menjadi salah satu pilar utama dalam perekonomian, berperan sebagai penopang bagi pelaku ekonomi serta memberikan perlindungan. UMKM dapat dianggap sebagai penggerak utama dalam pemulihan ekonomi nasional setelah mengalami krisis, karena memiliki kemampuan untuk bergerak lebih cepat, responsif, dan adaptif terhadap situasi yang ada. UMKM di Indonesia memiliki peran sosial yang penting sebagai penyedia jaring pengaman, terutama bagi masyarakat dengan tingkat pendapatan rendah, sehingga memungkinkan mereka terlibat dalam kegiatan ekonomi produktif di sektor riil. Selama masa pemulihan ini, investasi dan modal bantuan menjadi sangat penting bagi UMKM agar dapat terus beroperasi. Oleh karena itu, banyak UMKM yang mengandalkan pembiayaan dari lembaga perbankan guna mendorong pertumbuhan usahanya. Keuangan dan pembiayaan syariah hadir sebagai solusi untuk mendukung kegiatan ekonomi UMKM yang mungkin tidak bisa dijangkau oleh bank konvensional yang cenderung memberikan pinjaman kepada perusahaan besar dan menerapkan bunga. Penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi kepustakaan atau sumber bacaan sebagai sumber data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan dan keuangan syariah dapat mendukung pemulihan ekonomi nasional dan menjadi solusi bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengatasi dampak ekonomi akibat kontraksi ekonomi. Salah satu jenis pembiayaan yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM adalah pembiayaan mudharabah. Pembiayaan dengan akad mudharabah dapat meningkatkan ekosistem wirausaha, memberdayakan UMKM secara produktif di Indonesia, mewujudkan distribusi pendapatan yang adil, serta menstabilkan modal bagi pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role and potential of digitizing zakat management using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method in the process of filtering articles according to the research subject. The data source comes from articles published by journals indexed by Scopus which were collected using the Publish or Perish (PoP) program. From a total of 112 studies, 47 articles were obtained from 33 Scopus indexed journals that were relevant for analysis, published in 2014-2024. Selected articles were analyzed using the VOSviewer tool. The results of this research show that digitalization in zakat management has an important role in the collection and distribution of zakat. Technologies such as blockchain and the use of bitcoin currency also have the potential to increase the role of digitalization of zakat management in the future. This research can be used as a reference for further research regarding the digitalization of zakat.

Abstract

Relationships between people (human relations) are communication between individuals humanely, namely communication that has entered the psychological stage where communicators require communication to understand each other's thoughts, feelings and can take joint actions. This study aims to find out how to realize Islamic public relations (relationships between communities) at KJKS Mandiri Amanah and the role of Islamic public relations in improving the performance of KJKS Mandiri Amanah. The method used in this research is a qualitative scale field research method, this research is devoted to the type of basic research. The data used is primary data in the form of data recorded at KJKS Mandiri Amanah Surakarta. This research was conducted at KJKS Mandiri Amanah which was carried out between February 2021 and July 2021. This study concludes that in realizing Islamic public relations at KJKS Mandiri Amanah, the leader uses several methods including holding regular meetings at the end of each month in order to create chemistry between parties, build good communication between employees and to customers and the community. general. Regarding the role of Islamic Public Relations in improving the performance of KJKS Mandiri Amanah carried out by the leadership and management, namely by further improving its services and prioritizing the convenience and trust of customers

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the contracts applied to online buying and selling using the dropship system and the laws according to classical scholars and contemporary scholars. This qualitative research uses a descriptive analysis method with a process of collecting data from various sources; observations, interviews, and literature studies in journals, books, and articles relevant to the research topic. The approach used in this research is a phenomonological approach. Based on research findings, it can be said that the dropship system in online buying and selling is not prohibited in Islam and can be used with various contracts, including salam sale and purchase contracts, wakalah bil ujroh contracts, and samsarah contracts. The dropship method fulfills the prerequisites and principles of trade legitimacy in Islam. The permissibility of this dropship system refers to the general rule of muamalah fiqh which says "All forms of muamalah are permitted unless there is an argument that forbids it."

Abstract

Investasi merupakan suatu kegiatan penempatan sebagian kekayaan seseorang untuk mendapatkan keuntungan di masa yang akan datang. Salah satu instrumen investasi yang diminati banyak masyarakat adalah investasi emas karena cenderung aman dan menguntungkan. BSI cicil emas merupakan produk pembiayaan untuk membantu nasabah dalam pembelian emas dalam bentuk lantakan / batangan dengan cara dicicil dan menggunakan akad murabahah. Pembiayaan dilakukan dengan cara membayar uang muka di awal sebesar 20% dan 80% sisanya dengan cara dicicil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peluang investasi emas melalui produk pembiyaan BSI cicil emas Kantor Cabang Pembantu Situbondo. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder melalui observasi, wawancara, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi dari BSI Cabang Situbondo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peluang investasi pada produk cicil emas trennya positif karena banyak keuntungan dari investasi cicil emas diantararanya investasi emas lebih menguntungkan dari uang karena tidak terpengaruh inflasi , proses jual belinya mudah, margin yang ditawarkan kompetitif dan harga emas setiap tahun cenderung naik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether Halal Awernes can influence the strengthening of the Halal Value Chain, also to see whether Blockchain Technology can affect the strengthening of the Halal Value Chain. This research method uses a quantitative method that proves the theory or results of previous research. The data used are SMEs in Indonesia, with a random sampling method using the formula according to (HOSMER et al., 1997). So that the obtained data that must be taken amounted to 96 respondents throughout Indonesia. Data analysis uses SPSS 26. The results of this study are Halal Awerness and Blockchain Technology have a positive and significant effect on the Halal Value Chain. This means that, the higher the halal awerness of MSMEs towards halal products will further strengthen the implementation of the Halal Value Chain in Indonesia. The higher understanding and use of blockchain technology in MSMEs will further strengthen the implementation of the Halal Value Chain in Indonesia.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development, especially with increasing consumer awareness of halal products. This also encourages the rate of demand for halal products, especially halal food and beverage products which are the primary needs of Muslims. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of halal certification, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for food and beverage products at Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta Branch. In this research, Rocket Chicken is considered to be a very potential research object because it is one of the developing types of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which operates in the culinary sector. The method used in this research is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method of Multiple Linear Regression analysis to see the relationship between independent and dependent variables significantly by taking 100 respondents with the help of data processing using Eviews 10 software. The results of this research prove that halal certification and price have a significant influence on food and drink purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta Branch. Meanwhile, separately, only the product quality variable was not significant. Therefore, MSMEs at Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta Branch must obtain halal certification, pay attention to product quality and price to increase consumer purchasing power for their products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially the effect of transparency and accountability on the quality of financial reports and their impact on intention to pay zakat. The type of research used is descriptive and associative research. The variables used transparency, accountability, quality of financial reports, and intention to pay zakat. The location of the research was carried out at the National Amil Zakat Agency, South Sumatra Province. The population used is 104 respondents. The sample used is saturated sample. The data used are primary and secondary data, as well as data testing using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) and the coefficient of determination test (R²) as well as path analysis and hypothesis testing (t). Research data processing was assisted by the SPSS version 25 computer program. The results of the study can be concluded partially (t test) showing that partially accountability affects the quality of financial reports. While transparency has no significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Accountability and quality of financial statements have a significant effect on the intention to pay zakat. Meanwhile, transparency has no significant effect on the intention to pay zakat

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company attractiveness, reputation and online recruitment on interest in applying for work using the Tik-Tok application. The population used is GENERATION Y AND Z Muslims aged between 15 and 41 years who use the Tik-Tok application. From the results of these calculations, a sample of 96 people were obtained as respondents. The research was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis tests. Based on the test results, it can be concluded: Company attractiveness has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, company reputation has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, online recruitment has a positive influence on interest in applying for work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze stock market reaction events preceding and following the proclamation of the Russian invasion of Russia for companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and indexed by the Jakarta Islamic index. This investigation employs a quantitative approach with an event study methodology. The sample consists of thirty shares of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The research sample was selected using the technique of purposive sampling. The research data were analyzed utilizing the paired sample t-test method. The findings of this study indicate that the anomalous return variable affects Jakarta Islamic Index stock prices differently before and after the announcement of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Before and after the proclamation of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, there is a difference in the trading volume of stocks included in the Jakarta Islamic Index. Investors need to reallocate their assets strategically by developing a hedging strategy to avoid the risk of global uncertainty induced by unpredictability. Investors must invest long-term in anticipating speculators on the capital market, who can cause aberrant returns and abnormal stock trading volatility. To stabilize the stock market, regulators should consider the adverse effects of the financialization/globalization of the stock market in terms of war/conflict. Speculators prey on the uncertainty of global events, which leads to tyranny and abnormal rates of abnormal returns.
