Abstract

Teaching skills are not limited to the delivery of lesson material but the complexity of the demands of learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the effectiveness of microteaching implementation with teaching skills and teaching readiness of Islamic Education Study Program students of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. This study used a survey research method with a quantitative research approach focused on revealing causal relationships and testing hypotheses. The population in the study was Islamic Education students who had taken microteaching courses. Identification with probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula is 74 students. Path analysis was used through a regression approach and using AMOS software version 24.0. The calculation results obtained that the effectiveness of microteaching courses with a path coefficient value = 0.575 has a positive effect on teaching skills, while microteaching courses with teaching readiness does not have a positive effect with a path value = 0.244. While teaching skills with teaching readiness there is a positive influence of 0.621. from the results of the above research, the implementation of controlled microteaching can develop students' skills, but in teaching readiness, identifying is influenced by other factors such as infrastructure, motivation, teaching techniques, pedagogical knowledge, and self-confidence, from the importance of constructive feedback in microteaching sessions.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter dan akhlak peserta didik di Indonesia. Namun, dalam upayanya untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, PAI juga menghadapi tantangan untuk tetap relevan dan efektif dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai agama kepada generasi muda. Era digital yang semakin maju telah menghadirkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) sebagai alat yang potensial untuk meningkatkan efektivitas asesmen pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan asesmen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) di MTs Darul Jazil, serta mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI menawarkan kemampuan untuk memberikan analisis data yang objektif dan cepat, yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi, mengurangi waktu koreksi, dan memberikan umpan balik yang lebih mendalam dan personal kepada peserta didik. Dampak positif ini memungkinkan pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang lebih responsif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan individu peserta didik dan perubahan dalam pendidikan. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengungkap beberapa tantangan signifikan, seperti masalah etika dan privasi data, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, dan kemampuan pendidik untuk menggunakan AI. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, pelatihan guru yang intensif, pengembangan kebijakan privasi dan etika yang ketat, dan investasi dalam infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai sangat direkomendasikan. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif ini, MTs Darul Jazil dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan AI dalam penilaian PAI, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

 Today, the debate over the integration of Islamic religious education and science in Indonesia's public schools and universities continues. They frequently navigated their own paths, ignoring each other's presence. This research attempts to identify the constraints and solutions to the integration of Islamic religious education and science in these institutions. The study employed a non-interactive qualitative approach, utilizing content analysis to examine various emerging issues found in books, documents, journals, and other articles. The study's findings revealed several obstacles to the integration of Islamic religious education and science in schools and tertiary institutions, such as the lack of relevant integration formulations, the absence of integration regulations, the scarcity of human resources, the division between religious and general material hours, and the lack of comprehensive teaching materials. Therefore, we can offer the following solutions: (1) formulating curriculum integration relevant to the Indonesian context; (2) establishing regulations or revising the National Education System Law; (3) fostering collaboration between PTU and PTAI; (4) preparing human resources in the form of focused and creative teachers; (5) reconstructing relevant teaching materials; and (6) providing adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of demonstration methods and drill techniques on the subject of fardu prayers for grade 2 students at SD Negeri 3 Pelang , Mayong District, Jepara , and to describe learning outcomes on the subject of fardu prayers for grade 2 students at Pelang 3 Public Elementary School , Mayong Jepara . This research is classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in class II of SD Negeri 3 Pelang . The research was conducted in the odd semester of 2023-2024. The primary data sources are PAI teachers, school principals, and grade 2 students at SD Negeri 3 Pelang . The data collection technique uses test, observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity checking techniques use diligent observation, triangulation, and peer checking. The results of this research are: (1) The implementation of learning is divided into three cycles, namely Pre-Cycle, Cycle 1, and Cycle II. The use of demonstration methods and drill techniques on the subject of fardhu prayers by teachers in explaining, and demonstrating in front of the class and then students re-enacting the prayer movements and repeating them over and over helps learning. (2) Based on the results of the analysis carried out by researchers regarding learning outcomes from pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, there has been an increase. In the pre-cycle, the average score was 58.75 with 16 students who completed and 16 who did not complete with a presentation of 50%. In cycle I the average score was 74.06 with 23 students who completed and 9 who did not complete with a presentation of 71.9%. Meanwhile, in cycle II the average score was 81.41 with 29 students who completed and 3 who did not complete with a presentation of 90.6%. With the increase in learning outcomes, many students have been able to perform and adapt the movements and read the fardu prayers correctly, although there are still some who have not yet mastered them completely.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the level of theological and teleological intelligence in the moral development of students at the Al-Kifayah Riau Islamic boarding school. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The entire relevant population is selected for the study as the total sample. There are 24 male students and 32 female students living in the Al-Kifayah Islamic boarding school dormitory in Riau, who are the research subjects. Data were collected through a questionnaire created specifically for this research, which consists of structured questions aimed at gathering information about theological and telelogical intelligence. The results of this research are that the level of theological intelligence of the majority of students is high, while the level of teleological intelligence is moderate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inclusive and creative approach in Islamic education for Generation Z based on the book Islam for Gen-Z by Hatim Gazali. The method used is qualitative research with a content analysis approach and literature review. This study found that Generation Z, who live in the digital and diversity era, understand religious teachings better through an open and interactive approach. Inclusive education allows students to be actively involved, respect differences in views, and appreciate Islamic values such as justice, tolerance, and equality. In addition, the use of digital technology, such as social media, supports student engagement and makes learning more relevant. The results of the study indicate that the inclusive approach is effective in deepening religious understanding in Generation Z, despite challenges, such as conservative resistance and the need to improve educator skills

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation that occurs in Islamic boarding schools in welcoming the era of society 5.0. Classical Islamic boarding schools in essence still use old traditions in their implementation in various matters related to Islamic boarding schools. Meanwhile, the society 5.0 era requires pesantren to adjust new things that must be done so that pesantren institutions are not left behind with the times. For this reason, pesantren needs to transform in various things about pesantren in order to be able to adjust to existing developments. The research methodology in this study uses literature research using primary and secondary data taken from books and articles which are then analyzed to get conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that pesantren has transformed in several ways, namely first, Transformation of Islamic Boarding School Leadership. Second, transformation of the pesantren education system. Third institutional transformation in Islamic boarding schools. Fourthtransformation Islamic boarding school curriculum. and the fifth, transformation Islamic boarding school education methods.

Abstract

Students with low achievement often face challenges in developing self-mastery, including low motivation, lack of self-confidence, and difficulty managing emotions. This study aims to identify factors that influence the development of self-mastery in students and understand the role of teachers based on Carl Rogers' self theory. The method used is a qualitative approach conducted through a case study at SD Islam Hasanudin 04 Semarang with a thematic analysis approach data analysis technique. The data obtained were the results of interviews with teachers, field observations, and school documents. The results of the study indicate that (1) self-mastery is influenced by internal factors such as self-motivation and emotional management, and (2) external factors such as family and teacher support. (3) Positive family support and constructive feedback from teachers have been shown to increase students' self-confidence, encourage mental resilience, and intrinsic motivation. (4) This study also found criteria for teachers who can improve students' self-mastery. This study provides important insights into how environmental influences and teacher interventions can help low-achieving students reach their maximum potential

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Critical Incident Method on the learning outcomes of the 3rd -grade Qur'an subjects at SDIT Darul Falah Ponorogo. This study uses a quantitative experimental approach with a True Experimental design because the researchers took illustrations as generalizations of the population with a pre-test and post-test control group design approach, the selection of experimental and control classes were selected systematically so that students' abilities were equivalent by using Nonprobability Sampling (Systematic Sampling). . This research took a sample of 30 students who were randomly selected 15 students in the experimental class and 15 students in the control class. In collecting data using tests and documentation, the data technique was tried through the Mann-Whitney non-parametric test because the data were not normally distributed and not homogeneous and were assisted by the SPSS 22 application. The experimental post-test score of 9.93 was greater than the control class post-test score. 9. 2, which means that there is an effect of learning with the Critical Incident method on student learning outcomes which are described by the Mann-Whitney test of 0.05> 0.000. Based on the results of the study,  shows that the Critical Incident learning method can be used in various institutions in learning the Qur'an Hadith to make the educational process more creative and innovative, and can be used by other researchers in researching  subjects with the same characteristics.
