Abstract

This study aims to test relationships between market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and business performance in small firm that located in tourist village in Yogyakarta. Independent variable is the market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation. The dependent variable is business performance. The data collection is done directly by using a survey questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression. Results can be concluded that the market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation affects the business performance

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey research.Variabel penelitian ini harapan dan kinerja.Sebagai populasi penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang datang ke Purnama Swalayan di Bantul. Untuk sampelnya sebanyak 100 responden. Teknis pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Convenience Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Deskriptif . Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat 11 Konsumen merasa tidak puas yang berarti ada perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yang ditunjukkan oleh 11 atribut yaitu : (1) Kehandalan karyawan yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar -5, (2) Konsistensi jadwal buka dan tutup tidak berubah-ubah yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar -4, (3) Pekerjaan tepat waktu sesuai yang dijanjikan yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar - 2, (4) Karyawan dapat memahami keinginan konsumen yang itunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar -5, (5) Kepedulian yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar - 12, (6) Tempat parkir aman dari pencurian yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar -8,(7) Komunikasi antar karyawan dan konsumen berjalan baik yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar -1, (8) Karyawan menerima keluhan dari konsumen yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar - 2, (9) Karyawan memberi perhatian pada konsumen yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar -2, (10) Lokasi Purnama Swalayan mudah dijangkau yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar -3, (11) Ruang usaha bersih dan tertata rapi yang ditunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja yaitu mempunyai selisih sebesar - 3. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah harga, dan citra, mempunyai pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan konsumen angkringan di Kelurahan Sendangadi, Mlati Sleman. Untuk mengetahui apakah harga, dan citra mempunyai pengaruh secara sendiri-sendiri terhadap kepuasan konsumen angkringan di Kelurahan Sendangadi, Mlati Sleman Variabel penelitian ini adalah harga, citra dan kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat yang membeli makanan angkringan di Kelurahan Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari masyarakat yang membeli makanan angkringan di Kelurahan Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman. Sampel diambil dari sebagain pupulasi sejumlah 56 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel Aksidental. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hasil analisis data dengan Analisis Regresi Berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=0,451X1+0,349X2. Harga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan tingkat α=5%. Citra mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan tingkat α=5%. Harga dan citra mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan tingkat α=5%. Kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi harga dan citra sebesar 51,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain, yang tidak di jelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Harga, Citra dan Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to test the influence of factors in marketing mix which consist of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process toward the loan selection decision by SME businessmen in Yogyakarta Special Region bank. The sampling method is purposive sampling with 99 respondents. Multiple regression analysis is utilized to test the hypotheses. The testing result shows that there are 2 variables : product and physical evidence, significantly which is positively influence dependent variable. However, price, place, promotion, people, and process do not have significance influence towards dependent variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine the profitability and how the effectiveness of the use of assets. Subjects were PT Ciputra Surya Tbk. Object of this research is earnings PT. Ciputra Surya Tbk from 2008-2012. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of the ratio of dupont analysis, commonsize analysis and activity ratios. The results showed that the development that occurs tends to increase profitability. From commonsize analysis increase profit margins are relatively small due to the element of cost of sales is still less efficient. And for the effectiveness of the use of assets as indicated by the turnover of the Operating Assets and arguably less effective management of its assets primarily in cash and receivables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effects of Motivation, Career development and Compensation Against Employee Satisfaction of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store) Branch of Yogyakarta. This is a descriptive study that aims to explain the research variables, namely motivation, career development, compensation and job satisfaction. In this study population were all employees of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store) Branch of Yogyakarta which totaled 65 people. As well as sampling techniques strata sampling, which amounts to 40 people . Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: Results of multiple regression analysis of the Effects of Motivation, Career Development and Compensation Against Employee Satisfaction of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store ) Branch of Yogyakarta Is Y = 0.258 + 0.313 X1 + 0.286 X2 + 0.315 X3 +e Motivation on job satisfaction in the t test, t value of 2.358 with variable motivational significance value of 0.024 Therefore, the significance value is less than 5% (0.024 2.84 ) and significance value ( 0.000 < 0.05 ), then the hypothesis is accepted so that it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence jointly between motivation , career development and compensation against complacency employee PT Tozy Sentosa. Abstract

This research aims to test the impact of transformational leadership to the effective occupational commitment anda teaching performance. This research used population method (sensus) with 70 Teachers in SMA Negeri 3 Ponorogo as the responden. This research use path analysis. Based on the research, the elements of transformational leadership are strongly influence teaching performance, directly and indirectly through affective occupational commitment. For this school, headmaster must be someone who has transformational leadership style; in order to raise teaching performance and build teacher’s affective commitment in their job.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate financial performance of Yogyakarta City Government in fiscal period of 2013 to 2017 by using the specific Government Financial Ratios. Yogyakarta City Government’s liquidity performance, as seen in the results measured by using Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, has been in highest peak from its minimum-good-standard. The settlement for its current debts by using current assets is indicated risk-free though there found some non-optimum managements of current assets (assets components are too liquid). Government’s leverage performance, as seen in the results measured by using Debt to Regional Income Ratio and Debt to Regional Tax Ratio, has been in lowest peak from its maximum-good-standard. The settlement for its debts by using regional income and regional task is indicated risk-free. Government’s income management analysis, as seen in the results measured by Decentralization Degree is categorized in “acceptable” to be in “medium” stage. Meanwhile, the results measured by Regional Independence Ratio show us some moving-trends of local financial ability from “low” to be in “medium” level and relationship-pattern from “consultative” to be in “participatory” stage . Both ratios ensure that independence level of Yogyakarta City Government is still low though it keeps showing us increase as the years went by. The results measured by using Regional-Owned Enterprises Contribution Degree shows us that the contributions counted by Regional-Owned Enterprises are still very low. Government’s expenditure analysis, as seen in the results measured by using Capital Expenditure to Total Expenditure Ratio, shows us that Government’s capital expenditure through the fiscal years are still in the reasonable and fairness limit. The results measured by using Efficiency Ratio are both lower than the maximum standard of 100%. The governmental-budget-using is in “efficient” stage. There is no over-financing indicated.

Abstract

M-banking is a banking service that makes it possible to conduct banking transactions via mobile phones with an internet connection. Through m-banking, banking transactions become easier and simpler. One measure of the success of a bank is needed based on trust. Trust in m-banking depends on the perception of technology and the perceived risk of using the m-banking. We propose that 1) technology perceptions influence significantly on trust 2) risk perceptions significant to trust 3) technology perceptions and risk perceptions simultaneously influence trust and 4) technology perceptions have a significant influence on risk perceptions. The population in this study was that m-banking users with samples of 71 respondents were obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the t test and F test. The test results show that each hypothesis is accepted with a significance of less than 0.05 which means that 1) the perception of technology influences the significance of trust 2) the perception of risk influences the significance of trust 3) the perception of technological technology has a significant influence on perceived risk. Adjusted R Square 11% shows that there are still many factors beyond the perception of technology and perceptions of risk that can explain trust.
