Abstract

This research aims to analyze the work procedures contained in the activity of spare part issuance and provide suggestions for improvement for the work procedures for spare part storage. The data used is the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for spare part expenditure as well as existing problems. The problem that occurs is that the storage work process in the spare part warehouse does not yet have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the work process for the removal of spare parts is not carried out in accordance with existing procedures. That caused a difference in the actual amount of stock with the system. The problem in the storage process is that spare parts are not stored in accordance with the storage location and for the warehouse worker expenditure process does not use the Proof of Request for Goods (BPB) or related documents. The cause of the problem was analyzed using the fishbone diagram method with several factors, namely human, method, environment, machine and material factors and used a questionnaire to determine the potential root causes of the problem. For proposed improvements using the 5W + 1H method. Based on the results of the analysis of the 5W + 1H method, the proposed improvement is in the form of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for storing spare parts and making the identity of each spare part that is stored.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as a mediating variable: a case study on PT. Bhumi Merapi Agrowisata(2019). This study uses a causal relationship, while the analytical tool used is path analysis. Data taken through the distribution of questionnaires given to all employees of PT. Bhumi Merapi Agrowisata totaling 30 people. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, personality has a positive effect on OCB, personality has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on OCB and organizational commitment is a mediating variable of the effect of job satisfaction and personality on OCB. As an improvement effort, it is suggested by PT. Bhumi Merapi Agrowisata to enhance OCB behavior, it is suggested to pay more attention to the organizational commitment of its employees through providing job satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Bir Bintang di Soloraya dan secara simultan serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian antara variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tentang variabel penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan diolah menggunakan uji data instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengumpulan data karena responden terbatas pada konsumen yang berusia 21 tahun ke atas dan berdomisili di Soloraya, sehingga tidak menggambarkan konsumen Bir Bintang di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Padang. Metode Penelitian dalam penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menguji hubungan antar variable yang digunakan yaitu budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, melalaui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sample secara random serta analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis model struktural (inner model) adalah untuk memprediksi hubungan antar variabel. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan mengunakan Aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Artinya semakin kuat nilai-nilai, norma-norma atau peraturan yang dijalankan, maka semakin tinggi komitmen karyawan. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, artinya lingkungan kerja tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Lingkungan kerja yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi bisa saja yang bersifat umum seperti pemilihan warna gedung atau warna cat ruangan serta sirkulasi udara, sehingga tidak mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja, artinya komitmen karyawan dalam bekerja lebih rendah sehingga dapat menurunkan kinerja. Hal ini disebabkan adanya beberapa karyawan yang mencari kesibukan diluar sehingga melemahkan semangat kerja karyawan yang lain

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: public perception of the use of online transportation (GRAB) in the city of Bima. This research is a descriptive type of research. The population of this study is that which is used in this study, namely objects/subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics set by the researchers to be studied and then drawn conclusions. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, t-Test One sample test.The results show that: the results of the calculations in the one sample test table above can be seen that the value of t (hgicount) is 52,719. The value of df (degree of freedom) or degrees of freedom is 0.000. Thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which reads that the community has a good perception of the existence of online transportation (GRAB) in the Bima city area is "accepted"

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of bank capital, credit quality and bank size on credit growth with liquidity level as a moderating variable. The object used in this study is conventional banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sample used is 39 banks from a population of 41 banks, using purposive sampling method. This research can be obtained from the bank’s finansial statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression model and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that bank capital has No. significant effect on kredit growth, credit quality has a significant negative effect on kredit growth, bank size has a significant positive effect on kredit growth and the level of liquidity is not able to moderate the relationship between bank capital, kredit quality and bank size with credit growth. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) on the Net Profit Margin of LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis was carried out partially and simultaneously using linear regression through the t test and F test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, there were 112 samples. Panel data is used in this study. Panel data is a combination of cross-sectional and time series data. There are 112. Cross-sectional data, there are 28 companies included in the sample criteria and time series data for 4 years. The results showed that partially Curent Ratio (CR) was not proven to have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM) while Debt Equity Ratio (DER) was proven to have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM). And simultaneously proved that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) proved to have a significant effect on the Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

Komitmen organisasi merupakan kepercayaan seseorang terhadap organisasi atau perusahaan dan terlibatnya individu dalam kegiatan atau kepentingan organisasi dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan loyal terhadap organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan eksplanasi (Explanatory Research). Populasi penelitian ini karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja maupun kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover on Return On Asset simultaneously and partially. Associative research type. Popolation used is financial report data (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement) for the year 2010-2019 PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero), TBK which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by obtaining samples for the last ten years, namely the years 2010-2019, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Current Ratio partially did not have a significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk and Total Asset Turnover partially do not have a significant effect on Return On Asset at PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk while the Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) simultaneously are not significant and have no effect on Return On Asset (ROA).
