Abstract

This study aimshfor the purpose of this study which ismto determine the effect of profitability on bankruptcy predictions. Working Capital Moderation is rarely done by other studies. And find out whether the company in the cement industry has the potential to go bankrupt. The sample used in this study was 4 companies incorporated in the Cement Sub Sector which were incorporated on the IDX (IndonesiapStock Exchange). The analytical methodoused is a descriptive statistical method with thepModerated Regretion Analyze analysis tool. Thepresults of this studypindicate that there is a significant negative effect of the ROA variable on bankruptcy predictions. The DER variable is able to moderate the relationship between ROA and bankruptcy. By using the Atlman Z-Score model it can be seen that from the five study samples there were 3 companies that were classified as healthy, one company classified as gray, and one company that was potentially bankrupt.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine factors that can increase product buying interest. Factors analyzed include UMKM product quality factors and service quality factors and see which factors are most influential. This research was conducted in the city of Tasikmalaya with UMKM subjects engaged in work including geulis, paying geulis and batik, the study population was all Tasikmalaya residents using probability sampling methods by distributing questionnaires to 120 consumers who had used / bought UMKM products. in the city of Tasikmalaya. The analytical tool used is the Regression genre. From these studies it can be seen that the factors that can increase buying interest of UMKM products in the city of Tasikmalaya are product quality factors with a significance level of 0.012 below 0.05 and significance for service quality factors equal to 0.00 below 0.05 with a level of influence of 31% can increase interest in buying UMKM products in the city of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas Pengaruh Perceived security, information quality terhadap trust pada purchase intention secara online dan pengaruh brand equity terhadap purchase intention. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Pengolahan data menggunakan IMB SPSS 18, dengan hasil penelitian perceived security tidak berpengaruh terhadap trust, sedangkan variable yang lain saling mempengaruhi.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of electronic money towards the purchashing decision of the people in Kediri in this Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. As we know that so many e-money as financial technology facilities in Indonesia are show up. The author decide to choose GOPAY, OVO, and DANA to be researched. The first reason is, these three e-money are permissibled by Bank Indonesia as Central Bank In Indonesia. Second, GOPAY, OVO, and DANA are the most used e-money in Kediri. They give a lot of promotion for their costumer in so many department stores in Kediri. This reaserach method is qualitative research. The author directly researching on the department store and the people who did the purchasing method with these three electronic money.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of performance conditions of Samino Konveksi by using financial ratio analysis during the period 2017 to 2018. Financial ratio analysis has four types, namely liquidity ratios using the current ratio, asset management ratios using inventory turnover ratio and total asset turnover ratio, debt management ratio using debt ratio, and probability ratio using return on total assets. The method in the study is descriptive. The type of data used is secondary data, namely financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements. The results of the study show (1) Liquidity, the current ratio of the company in 2017 is improving. 2018 worsens. (2) Solvency, the company's Debt ratio in 2017 is improving. 2018 worsens. (3) Activities, the company's inventory turnaround in 2017 deteriorates. 2018 is improving. (4) Profitability, in 2017 and 2018 there is no change (fixed). Abstract

The research was done due to employee satisfaction which should be facilitated by the proximity of the leader as mediation because of the closeness of the leader and proactive personality existing employee identification expectations related to job satisfaction of the workers will increase. In this study, the proximity of leadership serves as a mediating variable. Malang Strudel used as an object of research is based on the continued development of Strudel Malang in Malang area. As well as the tightness of growth and development in the food business impact capabilities demand tightness employees to have a proactive personality that serves to complete the work of the company. High target of company makes leaders must also engage with employees in order to have an impact on employee satisfaction. Respondents for the study were all employees of Malang Strudel (70 people). The research variables are described in the questionnaire that will be distributed to the respondents for this study using saturated sample and data will be processed using smart analysis of PLS. Based on research conducted showed that employees Malang Strudel are employees who have a positive personality. This is indicated by the value of the three variables (proactive personality, job satisfaction and the closeness of the relationship between leaders and employees) high. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia atau karyawan merupakan suatu komponen yang sangat vital bagi sebuah perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kualitas dan kompetensi yang unggul sangat diperlukan dalam aktivitas operasional sehari-hari. Namun permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam sebuah perusahaan adalah tingginya niat karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan dengan beragam alasan. Pertama, disebabkan adanya pengaruh hubungan kerja baik antara karyawan dengan atasan atau organisasi. Kedua, adanya kepercayaan yang diciptakan oleh sesama rekan kerja. Ketiga, komitmen organisasi terhadap apa yang dikerjakan. Keempat, dari tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Beberapa hal diatas merupakan faktor penyebab alasan karyawan untuk pindah perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu pihak perusahaan berupaya untuk melibatkan karyawan dalam segala aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara workplace relationship, co-worker trust, job satisfaction, affective organizational commitment dan intention to leave. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survei berbasis kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah 150 karyawan perusahaan swasta di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan kriteria telah melalui masa kerja minimal satu tahun dan memiliki atasan langsung yang bertanggung jawab secara langsung terhadapnya. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil korelasi antar konstruk diukur dengan melihat path coefficients dan tingkat signifikansinya yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan hipotesis penelitian. Tingkat signifikansi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 5%. Dalam proses pengolahan hasil penelitian akan menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS 5.0. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research to analize the influence of pshysical work environment, non physical and stress on performance on employee performance. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach methods. The object of this research is the permanent Pabrik Suka Rasa Bakery with 31 people. The method of data collection in this research used a quaestionnaire with a likert measurement scale while for the data analysis technique in this research using multiple regression analysis. Based on the hypothesis testing, the f test is known that joinly (simultaneously) physical environment, non physical and stress significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study was aimed to determine: (1) employees transfer in BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province; (2) work motivation at BPK Representative of North Maluku Province; (3) performance in BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province; (4) the effect of employees transfer on the performance of BPK staff of the Representatives of North Maluku Province; (5) work motivation towards the performance of BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province (6) employees transfer and work motivation towards the performance of BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province. The problem underlying this study is that the main performance indicator has not yet been reached in the North Maluku Provincial Representative BPK, inconsistent employees transfer policies, and decreased of employees discipline. The study was conducted on civil servants in the BPK Representative of North Maluku Province. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive associative research. Data collection procedures are carried out through a questionnaire as the main data source, and are equipped with interviews / observations and document analysis. The study sample counted 49 people and the population was 67 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) perception of employees transfers in BPK Representatives of the Province of North Maluku is low; (2) the work motivation of employees at BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province is very high; (3) the performance in the North Maluku Province BPK Representative was high; (4) employees transfer is not significant to employees performance with the value of -tvalue>-ttable (-1.664> -2.013) significance of 0.107; (5) work motivation is significant on employees performance with tvalue>ttable (16,554> 2,013) significance of 0,000; (6) employees transfer and work motivation have significant effect on employees performance with a calculated Fvalue> Ftable (140,178> 3,200) significance of 0,000. The R square is 0.859 which means employees transfer variables and motivation variables together have a contribution of 86.9% on performance. The conclusion from this study is that employees transfers doesn’t have significant effect on employees performance partially. Work motivation have positive and significant effect on employees performance. Employees transfer and work motivation together have a significant contribution on employees performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze motivation, organizational culture and performance. This research is conducted in Community and Village Empowerment Office, it used sample of 33 ASN consist of Office Secretary, Head of Section, Head of Subdivision, Section Head and Staff, data is collected using questioners. This research is to analyze motivational variable data, organizational culture and performance using quantitative descriptive analysis. Data is divided into primer data and secondary data. The scoring of this research uses a Likert scale. To describe the figure of each variable studied, the data is tabulated and uses a statistical descriptive analysis by calculating the mean (mean). The analysis result present that variable motivation of State Civil Apparatus in the Office of Community Empowerment and Village of Sleman Regency generally get a good category with mean 3,79. While organizational culture variables generally also get a good category with mean 3,83. The ASN Performance variable in the Community and Village Empowerment Service, although it is not yet maximal, it also has a good category with mean 3, 49. Even though the performance variable obtains the lowest mean compared to the motivation variable and organizational culture variable, it remains in the good category.
