This research aims to find out the Effect of Sales Promotion And Service Quality on Zalora Customer Purchasing Decision. The type of research used is associative research with quantitative approaches. by using data collection methods namely Field Research (questionnaire) and Library Research (journal & book). The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis and t test. The results showed that variables sales promotion (X1) and service quality (X2) had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision (Y) because the value of tcount > ttable and the significant value was smaller than 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that the sales promotion (X1) and service quality (X2) has an effect on purchasing decision (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of relationship and work placement on employee performance at DP3AP2KB Bima Regency. This type of research is associative using quantitative data types from primary data sources. The research instrument used in this study was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this study were all employees at DP3AP2KB Bima Regency, totaling 101 people, which were divided into 72 ASN, 20 honorary employees and 9 volunteer employees. . The sample in this study were 72 civil servants. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria in this study were employees who had ASN status, totaling 72 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and library studies, data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests, The results of the study show that there is a joint influence between the level of education and work placement on employee performance at DP3AP2KB Bima Regency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance. The study was conducted in Istanbul Fursesaine Jembrana Bali with a sample of 71 respondents. It uses PLS and SPSS analysis methods. Based on the research results, the occupational health variable significantly negatively affects employee performance. This is because before the prospective employee is accepted to work at Istanbul Fursesaine, the company ensures the health of its employees or health selection that the condition is healthy. After all, in connection with the work to be carried out by the employee, it is a job that requires individuals to have a muscular physique. Then the work safety variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The importance of safety for employees is the obligation of all companies to use safety equipment by predetermined standards. Furthermore, occupational health and safety variables simultaneously affect employee performance. This test can test a simultaneous test with SPSS, namely the F test so that occupational health and safety affect employee performance. So can conclude that occupational safety and health affect employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of liquidity, firm size, and profitability on dividend policy, as well as the impact of profitability as an intervening variable in the relationship between liquidity, firm size, and dividend policy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018-2020. The study was done with the help of SmartPLS software and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Purposive sampling was used, with as many as 65 companies participating. This study relied on secondary data. The data was gathered from a variety of sources, including the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), books, reports, journals, and other publications. The findings show that, in the period 2018-2020, liquidity and company size have no effect on dividend policy, profitability does, and profitability cannot be an intervening (bridging) factor between the effects of liquidity and firm size on dividend policy in Indonesian manufacturing companies.

Human resources are one of the important resources in an organization. Organizational culture is the willingness, ability and willingness of a person to adapt his behavior to the organizational culture that has high relevance to his willingness, ability and willingness to increase work productivity. The first purpose of this study was to determine the factors behind the formation of organizational culture in supporting employee performance at CV Bratas Pratama.. The second Knowing the application of organizational culture in CV. Bratas Pratama in supporting the performance of its employees. This study uses a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and information documentation techniques as many as 2 people consisting of 1 main director of CV Bratas Pratama and 1 technician supervision of CV Bratas Pratama. The results of the research related to the role of organizational culture in supporting employee performance indicate that the applied organizational culture has been able to support employee performance improvement from year to year. It can be proven that the role of organizational culture has been complied with by employees effectively and efficiently, and the innovations given by superiors to employees to achieve company goals together can be seen in the achievement of project completion that is always on time in accordance with the contract agreement stated.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) and Solvency represented by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Firm Value Moderated by Dividend Policy of companies listed in the Kompas 100 Index for the 2019-2021 period. This analysis uses multiple linear regression and moderating regression analysis (MRA). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, as many as 42 samples at the Kompas 100 Index company for the 2019-2021 period. The results showed that profitability (ROA) had a significant effect on firm value, solvency (DAR) had an effect on firm value. Meanwhile, dividend policy is able to moderate or strengthen the influence of profitability on firm value but is unable to moderate the influence of solvency on firm value.

Penelitian ini mengambil objek di PG. Krebet Baru, yaitu sebuah perusahaan industri penghasil gula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu karyawan PG. Krebet Baru Malang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data angket kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PG. Krebet Baru. Kata kunci: konflik kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan

The purpose of this research is to to analyze the Occupational Health and Safety Program and Policy at the PGA Department at the Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA) PT Ciomas Adisatwa Sidoarjo.In this study used descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The sample of this research is Chicken Slaughterhouse Employees at PT Ciomas Adisatwa Sidoarjo who were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, documentation.The results of this research are the Occupational Health and Safety Program and Policy at the PGA Department at the PT Ciomas Adisatwa Sidoarjo Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA), namely: 1) Establishing an Emergency Response Team and Food Safety; 2) Preparation of Emergency Preparedness and Response Implementation Procedures; 3) Providing K3 and Social Security Facilities. The application of medical devices provided to PT Ciomas Adisatwa Sidoarjo was carried out properly
