Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kinerja Merek, Keunggulan Kompetitif, dan Keterlibatan Pelanggan terhadap Pembelian Ulang di Techno Bordir MTC. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 75 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Techno Bordir MTC. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Merek dan Keterlibatan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembelian Ulang, sementara Keunggulan Kompetitif tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas merek dan keterlibatan pelanggan untuk mendorong pembelian berulang, sedangkan keunggulan kompetitif saja tidak cukup untuk memastikan pembelian berulang yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dalam menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan.   Kata Kunci: Kinerja Merek, Keunggulan Kompetitif, Keterlibatan Pelanggan, Pembelian Ulang, Techno Bordir MTC.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yang terjadi pada Manado Tateli Resort. Metode Pengambilan data yang diambil disini adalah dengan cara Kuesioner dengan jumlah populasi 40 Responden Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data sekunder dan data primer. Pengujian instrumen pada penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pengujian uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, dengan menggunakan program software smart PLS versi 4.0. Kepribadian, Orientasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kebahagiaan dan Kontribusi Kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Orientasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kebahagiaan, Kontribusi Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Responden dari penelitian ini sebanyak 95 Pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dengan alat uji analisis yang dipakai yaitu IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kerjasama Tim, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja secara parsial dan simultan pada pada Pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.   Kata Kunci: Kerjasama Tim, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Prestasi Kerja.

Abstract

In recent years, financial inclusion has gained attention for its role in driving economic growth, social equality and financial system stability. As digital technologies evolve, expanding access to financial services, especially in rural areas, has become essential for reducing poverty and bridging socio-economic gaps. This study explores how mobile banking advances financial inclusion, focusing on factors that influence adoption in rural areas. Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework, the research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing structured questionnaires to gather data from 50 respondents who hold Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) accounts in Motoling Village. The results reveal that when considered simultaneously, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions all significantly influence the intention to use BRI mobile banking (BRImo). Effort Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive and significant impact on the intention to use BRImo. While Performance Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions do not have a significant impact individually, they still exhibit a positive effect on adoption intentions. This highlights the complex, interconnected factors that influence mobile banking adoption in rural areas.   Keyword: Financial Inclusion, Mobile Banking, UTAUT, Intention to Use

Abstract

Prestasi Kerja merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai kinerja karyawan dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh Self Efficacy, locus of control dan quality work of life terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT. PARAMA MURTI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Parama Murtidengan jumlah sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di olah aplikasi Statistical Product and Services Solutions (SPSS) 26. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Locus of Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Quality Work of Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk PT. Parama Murti, kiranya mengelola dan meningkatkan Self Efficacy, locus of control dan quality work of life ini sehingga dapat menjadi strategi efektif bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan prestasi karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Self Efficacy, Locus of Control, Quality Work of Life, Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penguasaan Hard Skill dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Fresh Graduate pada Komunitas Autobase Twitter @Collegemenfess. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 76 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel Hard Skill dan Efikasi Diri secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja dan secara simultan variabel Hard Skill dan Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Fresh Graduate pada Komunitas Autobase Twitter @Collegemenfess.   Kata kunci: Hard Skill, Efikasi Diri, Kesiapan Kerja, Fresh Graduate

Abstract

The majority of Indonesians prefer cafes for coffee, with customer satisfaction being vital. Kedai Sedjak 2019 in Manado, with its unique 80s photo studio vibe, excels in store atmosphere but faces challenges like traffic noise and limited air conditioning. Offering a varied menu, including signature drinks like Es Thai Tea and Es Kopi Kedai, it highlights the importance of product variety and innovation in keeping customers satisfied and engaged. Using a quantitative research approach by using Multiple Linear Regression as the method of analysis data. Data was collected through a survey questionnaire distributed to other millennials people who had experienced visited Kedai Sedjak 2019 around 100 sample. The study's findings that the independent variable which are Store Atmosphere and Product Variation have a simultaneous influenced to Online Purchase Decision. This indicates that in Kedai Sedjak 2019 Coffee and Eatery, a welcoming store atmosphere coupled with a diverse range of high-quality products can synergistically enhance customer satisfaction by providing a comfortable environment and offering ample choices to meet varying preferences, ultimately fostering positive experiences and loyalty among patrons.   Keyword: Store Atmosphere, Product Variation, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of e-wom, brand awareness and perceived quality for moment self photo studio Manado services, one of the popular self service photo studio. The independent variables in this study are E-WOM, Brand Awareness and Perceived Quality, while the dependent variables analysed is Purchase Intention. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents who are Generation Z and active TikTok users. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM, Brand Awareness, and Perceived Quality simultaneously shows positive and significant effect on Gen Z's Purchase Intention. The implementing of interactive E-WOM, innovative strategies on Brand Awareness and increased Perceived Quality is proven to play an important role in increasing purchase intention.   Keywords: E-WOM, Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality and Purchase Intention

Abstract

: This study objective is to measure the influence of Promotion, M-Payment Method, and Perceived Value on customer Purchase Decision. For the purpose of this study, the researcher selected participants from the population of Kopi Kenangan mobile application users in Manado which are classified as Generation Z. This study use quantitative approach to analyze the data of 100 respondents as the research sample. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is conducted using the SPSS statistics version 30. The result of hypothesis testing shows that promotion, m-payment method, and perceived value simultaneously have positive and significant influence on customer purchase decision; promotion has positive and significant influence on customer purchase decision; m-payment method has positive and significant influence on customer purchase decision; perceived value has positive and significant influence on customer purchase decision.     Keyword: Promotion, M-Payment Method, Perceived Value, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of consumer engagement and social media marketing towards purchase intention partially and simultaneously, data were collected through a questionnaire method and because the population are unknown therefore this study uses the Lemeshow formula, rounded up to 100 sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which serves to see the effect. The results in this study indicate that both consumer engagement and social media marketing play significant roles in influencing Purchase Intention. When analyzed together (simultaneously), these factors have a combined effect that strongly impacts consumers' intentions to purchase. Separately (partially), each factor also demonstrates a distinct influence on purchase intention. Customer Engagement motivates consumers to interact more actively with the brand, fostering a deeper connection and increasing their likelihood to buy. Meanwhile, Social Media Marketing enhances brand visibility and appeal through strategic campaigns, attracting consumers and encouraging purchase decisions. The combined and individual impacts of these factors emphasize their importance in driving purchase intentions.   Keyword: Consumer Engagement, Social Media Marketing, Purchase Intention
