Abstract

Sleep Disorders like insomnia is one of the main health problems. Sleep deficiencies can increase the risk of diabetes, hypertension and cognitive disorders and behavior. The brain produces electrical signals, when someone is doing any activity such as moving, waking up, sleeping, etc. This electrical signal can be recorded using an electroencephalogram (EEG). In this study, brain signals are read with EEG Digital Laboratory of Clinical Neurophysiology Imanuel Hospital. The EEG signal results will be classified using Machine Learning Support Vector Machine (SVM). EEG signal data was obtained from Immanuel Hospital in Bandung. Conditions to be classified are the condition of waking, drowsiness (stage-1), and sleep (stage-2). Extraction of features using discrete wavelet transform Daubechies DB4. The decomposition level used in this study is Level-1 and Level-2. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the best parameter values obtained are C 10, Gamma 1, and Kernel Poly. Based on these parameters, the accuracy value was 78.8% for level-1, and 76.6% for level-2.

Abstract

In 2024, regional elections are scheduled to coincide. Transparency and accountability must be referenced in the election of regional leaders so that the results inspire confidence among all parties. E-voting is one of the debates that arise to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the election. The e-Voting system can be deployed beginning with the collecting of voter information, the registration of prospective voters, the performance of voting, and the calculation of voting results. This system can be linked to the National Population System during the data gathering phase for prospective voters to recruit candidates who match the standards. Consequently, this study attempts to highlight the topic of research on the difficulties of regional head elections utilizing electronic voting technology. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The results of the study indicate that the E-voting system in general elections is a system that is utilized more effectively and has complied with the election principle, namely Luber Jurdil, so that in the implementation of E-voting, a unique and explicit regulation can be formulated, both in the form of laws and Perppu. Because the election legislation itself has not been precisely regulated concerning electronic voting until this point, this study also illustrates the benefits and drawbacks of electronic voting

Abstract

A fiduciary guarantee is one of the material guarantees known in positive law to carry out the function of a bank or creditor running its business, providing credit to its customer or debtor, and offering credit by the bank (the creditor) to its customer (the debtor), based on the ability and ability of the debtor to take debt advantage. In providing credit to customers (debtors), of course, there are conditions of a guarantee that must meet by debtors. There are problems from the results of the explanation, among others, first, legal protection for creditors in the fiduciary guarantee agreement, and second, the arrangement of fiduciary guarantee rights holders. This study uses a normative legal research method, which focuses on library studies, and this research uses a Legislation approach and is descriptive of qualitative analysis. Then from the first results, legal protection for the interests of creditors as fiduciaries is to provide definite provisions for creditors and complete data arrangements that must include in the fiduciary guarantee. Second, the performance of fiduciary rights holders in Indonesia, contained in Book II of the Civil Code, Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Rights, and Law Number 4 of 1996 concerning Mortgage Rights
